IM In SOOOOO much pain right now. I woke up early with an aweful headache on the right side of my head and it came to the point where if felt like someone had put a nife through my head. I went crying to my dad, who said it was a pinched nerve in my neck/head. Does anyone know what i can do to make if feel better? you have NO idea how much pain this stupid thing is giving me. ARGH *cries* i hate this!!!!

I had something like that before, but it was mostly felt like that in my stomach. Maybe lay a warm wetted rag where it hurts on your head, lay down, eat some hot food like soup. And maybe take some kind of headache medicne your parent's would maybe give you.

i ended up taking a hot bath to make it calm down. its feeling better...better enough to move around without crying out in pain. thanks though

but yeh I did everything Summer had said plus I had taken a bath and it helped ALOT
