If I spoke out,
Would people listen?
If my face broke out,
Would people stare?

Would I be called on?
If my heart was broken,
Would anyone care?

If feet were just feet,
Would they let us walk?
If plants were just plants,
Would they still let us breathe?
If questions were asked,
Would we be able to talk?
If I wasn't alive,
Would I still be me?

sorry, im gonna have to take the opposite oppinion. it didnt draw me at all. it just seemed to have no point to it. ok, so i cant write poetry correctly at all, but it didnt draw me into it.

1) Circe if you was on a writing forum I would slap you so hard LOL! You need to say why you liked it etc...

2) I edited out "I know it sucks" because it annoys me when people degrade there work either for attention or because they have low confidence, its usually the former.

Right onto the poem...

I found the poem very philisophical in nature and like how you didnt limit the imagery to rhyme. I felt the poem flowed well and was a little bit different from alot of the half-baked crap I have read. Very good in all.
