Harshing is 58 years of age and is a pure blooded wizard. Harshing is constantly tormented by his sadism and has an addiction for pain of others he exercises his powers as a teacher to accomplish that. Harshing has only loved twice and he will never love again as both times the relation ship ended miserabley only twisting harshing’s demented sadism even more.

Family –

Father (John-James Harshing) - Deceased – This man was a hero of his time a member of the for-runner to the order – the Dark Defense League, he was a dark wizard catcher and fought many wars against the Dark Lord Grindelwald in the forties as well as global dark wizards for many years. He finally retired at 58 and lived the rest of his life in the comfort of his own private manor house. Harshing Snr. Became rich with wealth over his time in the League as many people paid him and he looted many wealthy dark wizards. This wealth was never squandered and invested wisely. It quadrupled into a fortune. John- James eventually died of a muggle illness known as cancer at age 72, he chose not to be healed and said he had a happy life. He died alone after refusing Coldstone access.

Mother (Elenor (Daleton) Harshing) – Deceased – Elenor was a head healer at an old hospital named Saint Alynes which closed down along wither 2 other wizarding hospitals for a bigger hospital called Saint Mungos. Elenor Lost her job there when she was 36 and never found work elsewhere. A short and rushed marriage followed in which she became pregnant on the first and only meeting with JJ Harshing. Coldstone was born. Elenor died in pregnancy.

Appearance –

Coldstone Harshing resembles a dragonesk being. His facial shape is pointed and harsh showing many years of wear. His eyes are slits and glow red when in a sadist mindset. His tongue appears thin and forked. His stature is ovf average size and weight but his hands remain bony. He used to have his hair long and silver but stopped dying it and shaved it off producing aqvery black with patches of grey style. His teeth are also daggered and harsh.


Personality –

His appearance fits his personality. Harshing is a stickler to traditional punishment and has always enjoyed bullying and torture since his days at Hogwarts however now he is older and more twisted he performs horrendous acts more prominently. His classes are run by an iron fist, he dares to do anything to his students in the many detentions he gives. He often enjoys winding them up by constantly making wittiscisms and snide remarks just to make them say something that will result in a punishment. He is a cold man to all even the staff and is a very hard person to both please and to gain trust from.

History –

Coldstone grew up with no mother figure as she died at birth by a strange uncurable magic. He spent some time in his toddler days with his father but as soon as he reached 10 his father was no where to be seen as he had loyalties to the Dark Defence League. Through his childhood Coldstone had to fend for himself without a mother or father around constantly, the times when his father was around he would teach him powerful magic (regulations weren’t about then).

Harshing was avid in magic by the time he started Hogwarts. He was, as suspected sorted into Slytherin like both his mother and father. Harshing liked this and soon rallied followers. He and his followers ran the school and tortured anyone who got in their way. Harshing developed a particular taste for the agony of others and it became an addiction, every time he tortured he would go one step further to fulfil his inner desires.

He was 14 when he first used an unforgivable, he knew little about them and only recalled them from his fathers lessons. But it was weak, a crucio that merely sent back the person being bullied. He was fascinated by the power of an unpractised curse and locked himself away for many months to perfect it. He didn’t attend any lessons under the ‘ill’ excuse. When he came out he was changed, he was no longer a sick bully but a powerful wizard. He used his fully blown cruciatus at 16 on a Hufflepuff girl by the name of Renethy Herbet (Tynside) it mangled her sex organs and any child she would produce would be a cretin with no mind.

His friends were disgusted at this and left him, they knew it had gone too far. Harshing ignored this minor blow and perfected the other two unforgivables for the remainder of his time at Hogwarts by killing and torturing animals. He did not kill until later on. During this time only one women came into his life - Marie. He taught her the torture curse to try and impress and woo her. She only reaped this knowledge and told Jason, his rival. Both of them lured harshing into the court yard and used this knowledge against him in a cyclic torture. This spurred him on to master the power of life and death: Avada Kedavra. He promised himself he would avenge them both and cause any spawn they had repeated pain forever and ever.

When he left school his father forced him into the Dark Defence League to serve Britain against global dark wizards and hunting down dark creatures. This was a perfect chance to perfect the unforgivables. Harshings captives never survived a court trial but he captured around 570 dark wizards (the record). For this he was made a high judge of the wizengammot at 18, the youngest ever.

He fell into the apprenticeship of old Herbologist Egbert Wittle, Harshing loved is mastery over plant life and was inspired to learn himself. Wittle, a very emotionless man took a fatherly liking to Harshing, they became friends.
Wittle showed Harshing magic he only dreamed about. But never taught it to him. This magic was called Naturalism and had power over life itself. The friendship , merged into a brotherhood, they became close, too close. They terrorised people in a sick passion then crucified and burnt their dead bodies in a wicked symbolism.

At 21 Harshing was in Russia with Wittle on a mission when he met a woman by the Name of Bella Chiltovskelli, he fell in love with her and her persona. For a few weeks Harshings sadistic and cold side left him for love. Wittle grew jealous at this and grew angry but let it mull. They married months later and produced 2 babies: Twins.

Wittle in a Mad rage went one night and slaughtered the entire family but harshing and fed their remains to the wolves apart from their faces which were sliced off and placed on the table. He waited for Harshings return.

Harshing entered the house and saw the scene. Loss was replaced by anger, anger beyond any before. He used an ancient legilimency on Wittle which tortured him for several hours before Harshing finally threw him into a 40 year coma. Killing him he could not do, the bond was still there.

After that Harshing continued his role in the league as a cold and hard man that was hardly spoken to again. He acclaimed much money on the death of his father and bought several houses around the world. When he finally left the league at 42 he spent his life in luxury in his homes and learnt ancient mind magic which gave him much power over people.

In the following years Harshing joined Voldemort and saw his downfall.

At 57 Harshing was offered a Job by Hans Mcarther at Hogwarts as a DADA professor. Harshing accepted as his hunger for pain grew more. The students soon felt his wrath as one by one they fell into his clasp. Harshing built a room which would torture the mind called ROOM 101 which many students regulary visited.

That was when an old professor came to the school, insane beyong belief by the name of Egbert Wittle. Harshing knew it was him and could not resist finishing him off. So one day when Wittle was flying ((the only skill that remained) Harshing tortured him but it backfired. Wittle released a spark of naturalist energy which nearly destroyed Hogwarts. Wittle, the Naturalist was back.

A year past when the Dark Lord Wittle rose to full strength, a series of downfalls and regains followed until Harshing vanquished him into nothing but a shadow of himself, never to return again.

Then came his second love, Alexis Silvers. The relationship and marriage was short because Harshing had joined the Death Eaters again at the rebirth of Voldemort. Alexis left him pregnant and never again returned.
