General appearance of your character- Evangeline is a little overweight, with long blackish brown hair and multicolor eyes. She's very curvy. She loves eyeliner, and wears a lot of it, but not so much that it's tacky. Her school uniform is her main article of clothing, but when she's in casual dress, she wears a pair of jeans and a black or dark red t-shirt, with a cool design.

personality- Evangeline is sometimes insecure, but mostly she's quite cocky. She's your typical pureblood in that her only goal is to marry a rich Slytherin. She loves to read, and doesn't even have a best friend. She's got a lot of money, and she knows it and acts like it.

personal back history: Evangeline is part of the Rosier family, which are known Death Eaters. Her Uncle Evan, who she was partially named after, was killed by Aurors, shortly after Igor Karkaroff's capture. While resisting arrest he took a big chunk out of Mad-Eye Moody's nose in the process. Sirius Black recalls him as one of Snape's friends. Her father is the cousin to Bellatrix Lestrange, Andromeda Tonks, and Narcissa Malfoy. His aunt's name is Druella Rosier.

Evangeline has been raised to believe ine thing, and that is that the Dark Lord is justified, and that purebloods are far better than 'mudbloods'.

FATHER: Odysseus Rosier was the oldest son in a line of three.

When Evan was killed, he vowed to avenge him. When Evangeline was born, he began to train her with a wand and with hand to hand combat, in hopes that she would one day rise to kill as many Aurors as possible.

MOTHER: Aemilia Nott Rosier. Her nephew is Theodore Nott, as her older brother is his father. Not much is known about her, as she died when Evangeline was younger.
