*Ian didn't know what was happening anymore. He was trying to be Noah. Dressing like him, acting like him, and even smoking...? Then there was Kiley and she was having fun with drugs, and Mel...Mel was just out of it, as usual. He was sitting beneath a tree, staring at nothing in particular, and smoking a cigarette that he'd gotten from the RoR, trying to figure out where his life was going.*

Noah was never going to go training in a graveyard with a Death Eater ever again. He swore it. His hand was still bandaged and bloody and he walked with the slightest of limps. Spotting Ian under a tree, he walked over, keeping his hand out of sight.

*At the sight of someone walking closer to him, Ian looked up. He saw Noah, ordinarily, he would've exclaimed 'HI!' happily, and practically jump up, but now he remained as he was and greeted Noah simply*
Ian:"Hey." *he said in a bored voice*

Noah sighed, "...Did you rinse your mouth?" Was the first thing that came to mind. He squatted down. The boy was really going down the drain in a very bad way...hell, he was even talking like him...

*he nodded*
Ian:"Haven't been caught yet." *he thought*Well, I was, but, whatever. It's not like they remember." *he rolled his eyes*

Noah sighed and began to pick at his bandages, stained crimson, "You are one exasperating kid." He held out his hand, "Give me one." He was out.

*Ian looked shocked for a second at the sight of Noah's hand, but forced a plain, emotionless face back on*
Ian:"What happened?" *he asked, opening his pack of cigarettes and handing one of them to Noah*

Noah wasn't about to tell such a little boy what he had been up to and who he was with. So simply, after lighting the cigarette, he said, "...It was just a game."

*Ian didn't believe that at all*
Ian:"Really?" *he raised an eyebrow*"What kind of a game?"

"It doesn't matter what kind of a game it was." Noah said sharply. "An idiot's game. It only matters that I lost."

Like I lost every other damn thing.

Ian:"This must be an idiot's game, too, because you must think I'm dumb enough to believe that that happened through a game."

"It did happen through a game." Noah shrugged, "Believe what you want...perhaps what matters most was who I was playing it with."

Ian:"And who would that be?" *he asked*

"A professor." Noah said, "Havok."

Ian:"Oh. He's pretty cool." *he put out his cigarette by using the trunk of the tree behind him, and tossed the butt into the grass.*

"Did you know he was a Death Eater?" Noah asked, mildly surprised.

*Ian looked over at Noah again, giving him a look*
Ian:"No. It's not like I walk up to people and ask them if they're death eaters."

"Well, that was question of the day, that cost me this." Noah held up his bandaged hand.

Ian:"Wait...Havok did that? I thought....never mind." *he looked away from Noah again*

"What? You thought he was a nice jolly young person that wouldn't think of doing something like this?" NOah smirked, "Well, anyway, are you going to go chop a finger off now?"

Ian:"No, that would be stupid." *he told him as if it were obvious*

"Almost as stupid as smoking." Noah shot back.

Ian:"Smoking doesn't hurt me or make me disabled, though." *he snapped*

"Yes it does...it's the number one culprit for slow suicide.." Noah smirked, "And you'll taste nasty when you kiss your girlfriends, that's a crime within itself."

Ian:"I told you, I don't give a damn about kissing. That's for me to worry about later. Atleast it's slow suicide, and not something with an immediate effect like losing a finger."

"You will later." Later was the keyword here, "...So what else don't you mind doing?"

Ian:"Well, I'd have to know what else there is to do in order to know, wouldn't I?" *he pointed out*

The boy was still still exasperating as ever, Noah brushed hair out of his eyes. "...Is hating life a new trend around here now?"

Ian:"Probably. Maybe a lot of people's lives just suck, though."

Noah snorted elegantly, if there ever was such an expression. "Lovely...And I thought I was being original."

*Ian shrugged*
Ian:"Well, you aren't. There's tons of people who run around complaining about how their lives suck. Mel did for a while."

"And I suppose you're one of them now?" Noah smirked.

Ian:"Not really. Sometimes I think my life sucks, other times I don't."

"Does it suck right now? Or your life sucks just because mine happens to?"

Ian:"There's some things that really get at me, and other things I'm ok with. It's normal. Sometimes I get worked up over things and start to think it sucks."

Noah looked him in the always and exhaled, "...You are not answering the question."

Ian:"I answered it. I told you that it was normal. It's not good or bad."

"I did not ask you whether or not it was normal." Noah said, maybe if he was exasperating enough, the boy would come to his senses.

Ian:"Ok, fine. It's not bad, but it's not good either." *That was his way of pretty much restating exactly what he had just said, but by technically answering Noah's question*

"Okay, now the second part, does your life suck more than mine?" How much more of a bast*rd was Ian going to force him to be?
