Casey grew up in a small town not far from Norwich, where she was free to roam the hills and travel along the river. Her mother died giving birth to her, so she grew up an only child with her father. Her father found it easier to blame Casey for her mother's death rather than deal with the pain. He never allowed himself to close to her because, secretly, he was always afraid that something might happen to her too and he wouldn't be able to go through that again. Consequently Casey believes that her father doesn't love her and that most people won't ever love.

Casey is extremely shy, she oftens walks about with her eyes cast downward. She is quiet and has never fought to stand up for herself. She doesn't make friends easily, and it's even harder for her to put her trust in someone. She fears that she will always get hurt, and so will go to any lengths to protect herself... even if that means never loving. She's never been one to keep friends for very long, she doesn't allow anyone to come close to her heart, making it hard for strong friendships to be made. But she's content with the life she leads. Her grades are spectacular, and in the months she stays at Hogwarts she's always happiest..

Appearance
Casey is naturally pretty, though she would never admit such a thing. Her copper hair is lucious and wavy, growing down past her shoulder blades. She has a pale complexion with freckles scattered everywhere. Her large eyes, a pool of green and blue, rarely betray her emotions. She is small, only just reaching past five foot, and graceful, travelling lightly on her small feet. As a child she was often taunted, names such as elf and fairy followed her wherever she went. She has since resented her small stature. She is completely identical to her mother, though she does not know this as she has only ever seen photographs.

Background

Her mother died giving birth to her and has grown fully believing that it was entirely her fault that her mother passed away. She blames herself, and only herself, though she has never told anyone that either. She was rather content with the way she was leading her life. Books came to be her greatest campanion as she quikckly came to believe that she could not trust anyone. She often found that she could easily escape her own unhappy world by entering into the wonderful pages of those fantastical books. When she received her letter from Hogwarts to be accepted as a witch her father was absolutely livid. But in time she managed to convince him to let her go. It was as if her own fantasy were coming to life. In the years spent at Hogwarts friends have come and gone, but she's never been happier. .

He was not always a the mean drunk he is now. In the years before his wife's death he was a jolly fellow, happy with his life and the world around him. When his wife passed away his life came crashing down. He blamed himself for his wife's death, but a small part of him blamed Casey. He turned to alcohol, where he could at least numb the pain a little bit. He never allowed himself to get close to his daughter fearing that the she would befall the same fate as her mother, and again his world would crash and burn.

Elizabeth was a loving woman, her heart was always big. She cared for anyone and everything. She was always joyful and happy, never showing a moment of sadness. Her pride was strong in the way she lived her life, but she'd always do anything to please her beloved husband. She passed away giving birth to her daughter, Casey.
