Caleb had changed into a pair of emo jeans like the ones he usually wore, a black band t-shirt, a zip up hoddie with the Him symbol on it, and black converse. He waited for Phyre leaning up against a random wall his hands in his pockets because of the cold.

Phyre had ran to her room. She pulled her hot pink chucks on with her black jeans and her favorite t-shirt on. slipping on her favorite hoodie and running out to meet Caleb. She soon got lost not knowing where to go. She looked around the buildings searching for his face anywhere he might be.

Caleb looked around for Phyre and spotted her. He walked over to her and tapper her lightly smiling. " Hello there..."

"Don't touch!...." She hissed as she turned around not knowing it was Caleb. Seeing him smiling she sighed relief and smiled. "hey"

Caleb smirked. " Come on the ice cream place is right down here." he said as he started to walk.

She caught up to him and followed him to the shop. "what kinds of ice cream do they have?"

Caleb looked over at her. " They have every kind." he smiled. " What would you like?" he asked.

"ummmm i'll have pepermint if they have it. What kind are you getting?" she asked.

" I'm just getting chocolate." he said as he ordered and gave the man some coing. " Here ya go." he handed her the icecream and looked around there was a few empty outside tables. " Wanna sit down?"

She nodded and licked some of her ice cream. "Sure lead the way"

Caleb sat down at the closest table and smiled licking his ice cream. He watched her for a moment and smiled.

She smiled back at him. "So whats so great about this school? I hear there's some really bad teacher here"

" honestly there isn't anything great about this school...I don't like it ery much..." he shrugged.

"Why?" She asked. There was seriously something screwy going on if the students really hated the school.

" I dunno I like home better I guess but if I were home I wouldn't have met you...that wouldn't be good now would it?" he asked smiling at her.

Phyre laughed and shook her head. "i'm nothin speial Caleb...."

" I think you are..." he said softly licking his ice cream.

"you're just saying that!" She laughed picking up her ice cream and eating some more. " SO where does your family live?"

" No I'm not." he smiled and said. " My aunt and uncle live in Ohio...and my...my mum and dad lived in England." he said softly.

Phyre frowned. She knew what lived ment. They were no longer here. "Wow Ohio! Thats in the states isn't it? I had a friend that lived in Ohio once." She said avoiding the subject of his parents. She didn't wanna cause him any pain or bring back bad memories.

Caleb nodded. " Everyone thinks that states are so great but just imagin England but alot smaller and less city...what about you?" he asked with a small smile.

She smiled. "Well before the fire my parents and i lived in paris. Then after i moved here with my aunt and uncle." She said remembering paris as if she lived there yesterday.

Caleb nodded again " Hm I see." he smiled and licked his ice cream again.

She smiled and began to eat her ice cream too. " whats there to do here in hogsmeade?" She asked. She knew a little about the town but other then what kiley had to told her she knew nothing.

" Well you cna og to the bars and stuff...or shop..." he smiled.

She made a face "Shopping is not my thing to much, but bars sound pretty cool"

" I hate shopping." he said while laughing at the face she made. " i love to go to bars though..."

She laughed."I see we have something in common what else do you hate? or like which ever"

Caleb couldn't help but smile at her laugh. " Uh...I like snowboarding...and football...I used to play football when I was youner I sucked...I was the goalie...but still I liked it..." he smiled and then said. " what do you hate...and or like?"

"Ummmm i hate flowery dresses. I love socer though i used to play all the time with my mom before she passed. I like scary movies and tons of different types of music" She thought she was rambling and grinned sheepishly. "I hate to much girly stuff."

" Ah look we are practically cousins we both hate girly stuff..." he smiled
