*Melanie had asked the RoR for nothing more than a pensieve in which she could show Squall the truth of what happened, and that he really had tried to kill Mark. She opened the door and walked to the center of the room, where the pensieve stood, and didn't wait before using her wand (which she had taken from Mark's baby bag before she left Mark with Liam) to draw the memory from her mind and into the pensieve. After a minute or two of hard work, she finally managed to get it and put it in the pensieve.*

Melanie:"Ready to be proven wrong?" *she asked Squall*

OOC: Mel where'd you get Holly? LoL

IC:
Diana walked in with all three of them worried at to what she was about to see. Maybe Mel was not lying, then again who really knows. She guessed they'd have to wait and see for sure. She quietly stood and glanced down at the pensive waiting to hear Squall's answer.

"i won't be" Squall told her, watching her extract the memory from her mind and place it in the pensieve

OOC: Oops, sorry, brainfart. This sounds dumb but I always confuse Diana with Holly. lol. Sorry.

IC:

Melanie:"You won't be, now go in, I don't like being first."

Squall took a deep breath and dived head first into the pensive, landing neatly at the scene. the two of them, Mel and Squall were talking in the corridor. Mel had Mark in her arms, who was crying. Squall looked like he was trying to apologise. the present day Squall waited for the present day Melanie to land.

*Melanie entered next, letting Kiki and Diana decide who would be next. She landed by Squall. Meanwhile, she watched the conversation going on between the two of them in the memory.*

Melanie:"Ok, Squall, I believe you!" *she said sarcastically*
Squall:"Mel, it wasn't me... i can't explain... it wasn't me" *Squall told her*
*Mark started crying more*
Melanie:"Squall, shut up! I'm not stupid. I know it was you and nothing you can say will change that, got it?" *she said fiercly*"And you're making Mark cry."




OOC: The italicized stuff will be what's going on in the memory.

IC:
Diana stepped in next landing near both Squall and Melanie. She looked on past the present two to the scene that was folding out before them, quietly she watched waiting to see if there was anything would prove Squall guilty of what he did.

OOC: Darn forgot to change, different file.

"it wasn't me!" Squall half shouted "i... i cant explain it... something, inside me"
Melanie:"Ok, I'm done putting up with this bullcrap. I'm leaving." *she managed to pull a pacifier out of her bag for Mark and put it in his mouth. He whined for a little bit longer, but stopped crying*
there was a glint in Squall's eyes, red and menacing. he blinked at shook his head, trying to get rid of the slight headache he was getting and said "Mel, believe me"


OOC: ill just help Mel keep this moving.

OOC: I was just sort of waiting for Kiki. She can come in whenever she wants, I guess.

IC:

Melanie:"He's going to do it now." *Melanie explained to Diana*



Melanie:"Nope, sorry! Can't do that for you, Squall, since you can't really do anything good for me."

*Squall shook his head again sharply, and the red gleam in his eyes came. he blinked, at it stayed there, stuck in his eye, malicious and evil. in one move, he rushed forward and whipped Mark from Mel's arms and ran away down the corridor, towards the Room Of Requirement*

*Melanie gaped, not knowing what happened for a minute. Then she noticed Mark wasn't with her, and Squall was running down the hall. Mark started screaming and his pacifier fell out of his mouth. Mel dropped her bag and started running after Squall*

Melanie:"COME BACK HERE YOU B*STARD AND GIVE MARK BACK TO ME!" *she continued shouting things like this at him as she chased him to the RoR*

*Current!Melanie fought back tears as she watched this happen. She still couldn't believe that she'd let him get that far, and that she had ever trusted him.*


OOC: I just realized that I had Mark with her at first. So, um, since it would be moronic to try and put a baby in a pensieve let's change it so that she left him with um...let's say Liam. lol.

Diana heard Mel say it would happen then. She watched on with interest, making sure she didn't miss a thing. Then she saw it the red gleam in Squall's eyes as he stole Mark from Mel running with him to god knows where. Glancing to Mel Diana saw she was close to tears and put her hand on the girls shoulder gently. She also glanced over to Squall to see his reaction before she continued watching the past scene.
