Casey walked down the streets of Hogsmeade, she didn't really have any destination in mind, but it was just nice to get out and actually do something. She scanned the windows looking for something that caught her eye, but no luck so far. She scanned the streets for anyone that she might know, but no luck there either. She kind of wished that she had some form of company

Kaden had been in The Three broomsticks drinking all day. He had just found out that he would never see his daughter Trinity again. He opened the door of the bar and walked out carrying a bottle in his hand and staggering covering his eyes with his arm.

Casey looked around and immediately saw Kaden. As she walked closer to him she realized something was wrong, the bottle in his hand worried her. "Kaden... " She said quietly, unsure of what to think about this.

Kaaden took a swig from the bottle and squintted his eyes to see Casey. "Oh...Hi......Casey..." he said his words were slurred slightly. He looked at her for a moment then tears started running down his face at a fast pace. He dropped the bottle and dropped to his knees sobbing at her feet.

Casey just watched him for a second, surprised and worried. What had happened that had made him like this? Casey knelt before him and looked at, the concern obvious in her face. "What happened Kaden?"

Kaden tried to speak but couldn't due to his sobs. He looked up at her his bloodshot from drinking and not sleeping and puffy from crying. " Shes gone!!" he said through his sobs.

Casey looked at him quizically, "Who's gone?" she asked softly. She wrapped her arm around him, holding him, hoping to offer some sort of comfort. She didn't know what to do.

" Trinity!" he said softly. " I can never see her again." he said holding his head in his hands.

"What... What are you talking about?" Casey questioned, looking at him with a confused look on her face. She wondered if it was just the alcohol talking, if it was the cause for the alcohol.

Kaden's words started to slur more and more and he started feeling dizzy. " I....I can...never....see...my.....my....baby girl.....ever....again...." he said before his eyes shut and he fell backwards hitting his head on the hard ground.

"Oh god Kaden" She said quietly before he passed out. Casey started to freak out when he hit the ground. "Kaden?" She said urgently bending over him. She looked up at the passing people, hoping one of them would stop and help.

Kaden was out cold.

Random woman: A woman stopped and looked at Kaden then Casey. " Oh deary do you need some help?" she asked.

Casey looked at the woman pleadingly, tears forming in her eyes. She nodded unable to speak. After a moment she found her voice, "Please.. He just passed out..."

" Hmm...I see I'll help you....we have to get him somewhere safe....My house...it's right around the cornor is that alright miss?" she asked Casey.

Casey nodded, anywhere was fine with her as long as he was alright, "Yes.. Thank you so much"

" No problem come one." she said taking out her wand and levatating him to her front door and opening it. She set him down softly on the couch and told Casey to help her to get a towel for his head because it was bleeding.

Casey followed the lady and did as she was told. She questioned herself for a second, debating whether it was really a good idea to go into a strangers house. But she told herself that things would be fine. She brought the towel back and looked at the lady, "He'll be alright, won't he?"

" I don't know sweetheart." she said softly.

Kaden shifted slightly when he felt a sharp pain rush to his head.

Casey looked at the woman despairingly, but quickly turned her attention to Kaden when he shifted. She knelt beside him, "Kaden..?" she said quietly, her voice hardly above a whisper

" Ah!!!" he said sitting up quickly holding his head his hand covered in blood and dry blood.

" Lay down boy!" snapped the woman " You're going to make it bleed more!" she rushed over to him putting a rag on his head applying pressure. " Leave that there okay?" she said to him

Kaden layed back down and closed his eyes cringing.

Casey watched him, her eyes full of worry. "Kaden... are you alright?" her voice was full of concern and the blood only worried her more

Kaden looked up at her she looked blurry he closed his eyes again. " I don't know..." he said holding his head.

"Have you been drinking all day?" she questioned, her voice still quiet knowing that he wouldn't appreciate any loud noises

" Uh...Yeah I think so..." he said rubbing his head as the lady applied more pressure. " Ow! Hey that hurts!!" he said closing his eyes tighter.

Casey looked from him to the lady and back to Kaden, still carrying that concerned expression. "Why...? I mean... I don't know"

" Because..." he said softly. " I don't even know honestly.." he told her.

" Your a baby..." said the woman holding more pressure.

Casey sighed softly, and looked down at her lap. She looked back at Kaden, her eyes sad, though she tried not to show it. "How come you you won't get to see Trinity again?"

As soon as Kaden heard her name tears started rolling down his face. " She, she said that she hated me...and she said Trinity deserved better than me....she found a boyfriend and Trinity chose him over me...and now...now I can't see her I'll get arrested if I try." he said tears falling to the ground.

"Oh god Kaden I'm sorry. Isn't there anything we can do? Maybe take it to court or something...? They shouldn't stop you from seeing your own child!" She said, giving him a careful hug, making sure not to hurt him.

Kaden shook his head. " No we can't take it to court this guy has millions of dollars and I don't even have enough to keep up with rent every month." he said wiping tears from his face.

Casey rested her hand on his cheek carefully and wiped away some of his tears with her thumb. "We have to be able to do something! They can't keep you from seeing your baby girl. There just has to be something that we can do"

" No there isn't anything we can do unless I want to end up in jail..." he said sighing and closing his eyes.

"How's your head?" Casey asked worriedly. It looked painful. She was still trying to think of ways that she could help Kaden, but she knew that no one wanted to listen to teenagers, trying to do anything would be hard. But she was certain that they could just do something. Besides something is better than nothing.

" It's been better..." he managed a small smile that looked more like a cringe.

Casey frowned and looked down at her lap. She hated seeing people drunk, it always scared her because of the way her father was.

Kaden looked over at her. " I'm sorry..." he said softly.

"It ... It's ok" Casey said quietly, she looked up and managed a small smile.

The woman sat there and listened to them, she added more pressure and Kaden moaned. " Would you stop that?" he asked.

Casey looked up at the woman giving her a sharp look, she was beginning to dislike her. But she had to be nice, after all she had helped her when she had really needed it. She turned back to Kaden not really sure what to say.

" Look Hun I'm sorry but if you don't want to bleed to death then I have to do this.."she said shortly.

" Fine!" he said closing his eyes.
