Change. What does it really mean? Does it mean you change until no one knows you anymore? Is it the one thing most people hate to see in others or themselves?

Faith didn't know what it meant but she was sure going through some changes, with the color of her perfect blond hair now brown. Her eyes didn't look the same they were smaller than usual. This wasn't bad change it was just a phase poor little Faith was going through. Was it just a phase? Or was it something more than that?

She hadn't seen Finn for a while, she left school to go home spending time with her family, something she needed, to just get away from everything, between school and Finn. Things were just too complicated even though she thought Finn loved her again she just could never be sure. She never even told him she 'cheated' on him. Her life was a mess but it seemed the change she was going through was good change not bad change.

As Faith made her way through the crowded streets of Diagon Alley, she thought about those very things. She was carrying a shopping bag that contained a shirt and a pair of pants. Just what she needed more clothes. She sighed and tucked a peice of brown hair behind her ear. Her hair was longer than before about down to the middle of her back.

Her orbs of blue scanned the streets keeping an eye out for some of her friends. She needed to talk to someone soon. She hadn't even gone back to school yet she wasn't planning on going back for a few days so she had time to settle in.

She missed Finn, she missed him so badly. She just wanted to be in his arms him holding her him loving her. She missed the feeling of his soft lips on her. She needed to see him she needed to just look into his eyes and tell him she loved him but she knew that it was just a hope and a wish and that most of her hopes and wishes didn't come true. After all she didn't even tell him where she was going or that she was even leaving.

Finn saw someone who looked like Faith wandering around Diagon Alley. Maybe she dyed her hair? Finn wondered. He didn't really like the brown hair, but wasn't about to say something and look like a dork. She had a different demeanor than his Faith. She seemed sadder. He tapped her on the shoulder. "Excuse me Miss?" He said, not expecting it to be Faith, "You look like my fiance. Maybe you know her, Faith Brown?"

Faith was about to turn a cornor when she was tapped. Her first instinct was to slap the person who had touched her but she didn't she just turned and looked at the boy who touched her. It was Finn...Why didn't he know that it was her? She just then remembered that she looked different. A small but sure smile crept on her face as she looked up at him. She didn't say anything to him just looked into his eyes, those eyes she missed so much.

Finn still wasn't sure who it was. The face was Faith's but the eyes were wrong. "Who are you?" He didn't look at her smile, only her eyes. He was trying to see her soul through her eyes. Her eyes were empty. He was sure it wasn't Faith, "Miss, who are you?"

Her smiled faded and she looked down at the ground. " It's me...." she said softly. " Faith it's Faith." she said then looked up at him again she just wanted to turn and leave but her feet weren't letting her move so she just stayed where she was.

"You look... Different...." He said, "Is something wrong? Have you been eating? You look really thin and pale... Did you dye your hair?" So many questions were running through his mind, some of them just started coming out, "Are you okay, Like really, are you okay?"

" Nothing is wrong, yes I've been eating, and yes I did dye my hair." this was not what she thought would happen it was far from what she wanted to happen. She was upset she just wanted to be in his arms. " It's nice to see you too Finn." she said this time turning from him.

"Look, you just make me worry, okay," Finn said, stepping in front of her, "I worry about you when I don't see you..." Finn wrapped his arms around her. "I love you, and I'm sorry," He whispered in her ear.

Faith looked at him as he spoke with a small sigh. When he wrapped his arms around her she closed her eyes, that was all she wanted. She wrapped her arms around his torso resting her head on his chest. When he whispered in her ear it sent a shiver up her spine. Biting her lip she pulled him closer. There were so many things she wanted to tell him about, like what she had done when she was gone and why she had gone in the first place. But for now just being in his arms was good enough for her. " I love you." she said softly just above a whisper.

"I'm not..." Finn said, "I don't..." he couldn't finish, "I don't deserve you..." He said finally, "I couldn't even recognize you... I'm too suspicious... I'm bad for you..." He sighed. "I'm surprised you are still with me..."

Faith pulled away giving him a confused look. " Finn, I left without note and I came back differently if anyone doesn't deserve anyone I don't deserve you." she told him looking into his eyes her pale hands touching his face lsihgly. " I love you. That is why I am still with you, and in my eyes your perfect." she told him.

Finn looked at her hand, "What happened to your hand? It's so pale..." he stopped, "No never mind, I don't care." He brought her closer and embraced her. He kissed her slowly and slowly. He didn't want the moment to end, but knew it would.

Faith sighed. " It is still winter Finn I don't get tans in Win-" she was cut short by his lips touching hers. She would have pulled away to finish but she didn't she just kissed him back slowly the feeling just coming back to her.

Finn held her closer. He didn't want to stop kissing her so that she couldn't say something to distance them.

Faith pulled away but kept her face close to his. She sighed and closed her eyes again resting her head on him for support.

Finn sighed as well. He didn't want to say anything as words only seemed to damage their relationship. Finn waited for her to say something.

Faith didn't know why it was so hard for them to just talk like a normal couple. She didn't know why she was afraid to say things to him thinking it would ruin their relationship. She looked up at him, her blue eyes big and round as she looked into his. " Finn, I don't like being afraid of saying something to ruin us." she said softly. " Can we go like somewhere else and just talk?" she aske him.

Finn swallowed. Talk? He thought, The only time girls want to 'talk' is when they want to break it off... or if something's wrong He looked up. "Yeah, sure we can go somewhere, where do you want to go?"

Faith smiled and took his hand in hers. She grabbed her bag. " Um, I don't know anywhere..." she said looking up at him.

Finn smiled. "We certianly are indecisive..." He said, "Come on, let's go in here." He took her hand and they sat down outside in a cafe. "Is this okay?" He asked.

Faith smiled nad nudged him with her shoulder lightly. She looked around the cafe as she sat down. " Yes It's perfect." she nodded with a smile. She really just wanted to hear his voice. She missed him so and she needed to just talk to him.

After a long silence, Finn said, "So... erm... what did you wanna talk about?"

Faith sighed taking his hands in hers over the table. " Anything I just want to talk to you." she told him. She couldn't believe that her parents, all they did the whole time she was home was argue with her about how she was too young to marry a boy they have only met once. She just wanted them to see that she loved him no matter what happened between them. She looked away from him.

"Well, what are you thinking about?" he asked, hoping she wouldn't say her parents, he hated dealing with them, despite the fact that he only met them once.

Faith knew him enough to not bring them up so she didn't. " Nothing..." she told him with a nod. She looked him in the eyes and smiled at him letting her thumb run lightly over his hand.

"Now are we going to lie, or are we going to open up the lines of communication and tell the truth?" he asked, knowing he wouldn't like the truth if she told it.

" We're going to tell the truth." she said the smile fading. " I was just thinking about my parents..." she told him hoping he wouldn't ask anymore. She knew that he would though, How come he could always tell when she lied to him?

I wish she was a better liar, Finn thought, Now we have to talk about her parents... "What's up with your parents?" he asked.

Faith sighed. " I know you don't like talking about them Finn, but they are my parents." she told him looking past him ou thte window. " They just think that I'm too young to get married and they don't really know oyu that well, that's all." she said softly.

"What would you like me to do?" he asked, "I'll do whatever it takes not to lose you."

" That's just it, I don't know what you have to do to make them accept you." she looked back at him. "You aren't gonna lose me."

"Find out for me. I'll do whatever it takes to make your parents like me."

Faith sighed softly running a hand through her hair. " Okay." she said with a nod. She didn't know what to do to get them to like him, it wasn't like he had made a bad impression or anything.

"So what else is going on?" He asked, wanting this to blow over. He was tired of talking about her parents.

" Nothing."she sighed. " Nothing at all." she told him still looking around. The cafe was slightly crowded.

This bothered Finn, perhaps even scared him. She had nothing to say to him, and he hadn't a thing to say to her.

She smiled over at him still holding his hands in hers. She bit her bottom lip wondering if she should tell him about Simner. She didn't want to ruin this relationship again but it wasn't fair not to tell him.

Finn knew there was something terrible on her mind. He didn't want to know what it was. He knew she would tell him soon though.

Her hands found their way back to her lap. " So, um." she paused and looked up at him.

"What?" he asked, not fully hearing her because some mother was comforting her crying child.
