*Mel levitated Kiley into the hospital wing and put her onto a bed. She went to the medicine cupboard to get a potion that would heal Kiley's broken arm while Madame Pomfrey hurried over to Kiley and started to make the usual fuss over her.*



~Mel

*Kiley opened her eyes for a moment and was instantly blinded by the bright lights. She closed her eyes again and told herself to breathe in and out...in and out...* "mel...." *She muttered, feeling alone*

*When Mel heard Kiley talk, she ran over to her bed, almost knocking over a few of the potions in the cupboard as she did. She didn't even bother to close the cupboard, either. She kneeled down beside Kiley and put the table on the bedstand and then started to stroke her hair*
Melanie:"Kiley, it's okay, I'm here. I'm going to give you a potion for your arm, okay? It's not going to taste amazing, but you need it." *she didn't even wait for Kiley to say anything before she opened the bottle, measured out a dose, and poured it in to Kiley's mouth.*



~Mel

*By this point Ki had lost alot of blood, and it was really hard for her to stay consious. She cried out at the feeling in her arm.* "Mel......tell weston that I love him....and that I'm sorry....." *She said, tears leaking through her closed eyelids, thinking she was dying, and thinking she was never going to see weston again*

Melanie:"Kiley, you're not going to die, okay? You're going to be alright." *she told her forcefully*"Got that?"

*She turned to Madame Pomfrey*

Melanie:"I'm getting more blood replenishing potions."

Madame Pomfrey:"Alright. I'll work on the last of her wounds."

Melanie:"Good." *she said, before walking back to the cupboard and grabbing 4 br potions and taking them back to Kiley*



~Mel

*Kiley stayed quiet, having no energy left to talk. She wanted to see weston to say goodbye...*

Shade clicked his brief case open on the bed opposite and placed some forms that madame pomfrey had just signed into it. He looked at the scene and turned to see Kiley - a girl that he had once abused when he was a global business man. He hung his head in shame, trying not to let her see.

*Mel saw, though. She recognized him immediatley, even though he was a bit different than before. She was livid that he was there.*

Melanie:"Leave." *She demanded of him loudly. Just looking at her, you could tell that you did not want to mess with her right now.*




~Mel

Shade turned to her, not wanting to look at Kiley.


"I am governor now." He said simply, arrogance creeping into his voice.

*Kiley cringed at the sound of his voice knowing who it was immediatly* ""Why're you here?" *She asked quietly, opening her eyes, which were red from crying and contrasted drastically with her pale skin, which was even paler than normal from loss of blood*

Melanie:"Who cares. The castle is huge, find some other place to keep your self-absorbed self busy. Probably a room that has a lot of mirrors, so you can look at yourself and think about how amazing you are."



~Mel

Shade raised an eyebrow. "My arrogance deflated along with my bank account. But give it a few months and Ill be back - greater than ever. Then I will be able to abuse you both."

He hung his head again, his ego was talking not himself. "I'm sorry - my ambition sometimes takes on a life of its own. He came forward, looking at kiley with his washed out eyes that were once full of colour."

"You were a good f*ck" he smiled jokingly.

*Melanie was livid. He had NO right to say anything like that to Kiley. She went over to Shade and tried to knee him 'where it hurts'.*




~Mel

Shade fell backwards onto another bed and took a while to recover.

"I shall ensure the headmaster hears about this!"

He dashed out of the wing.

Melanie:"And luckily, I don't really care what he tells Hans, because he's a b*stard and he had it coming to him."



~Mel

*Kiley had stayed silent, slowly going slightly paler.* "Just....leave it." *She said quietly*

*Mme. Pomfrey came over wityh a sleeping potion* "She needs to sleep, and recover."

Melanie:"I know." *Mel mumbled, walking over to the chair beside Kiley's bed and plopping down into it.*



~Mel

*MMe Pomfrey shoved the glass to Kiley's lips and forced her to drink. Kiley was alseep before she could even say anything.*




*Kiley opened her eyes and looked around. It was about mid day, judging from the light coming in through the windows. She didn't want to move or speak, so she decided to just wait for somebody to figure out she was awake*

*Melanie was sitting on the bed next to Kiley's, and Mark was laying on her stomach. He noticed her necklace and started to play with it. That was when Kiley woke up.*

Melanie:"Hey, what are you do- Kiley?" *Melanie asked, looking over at Kiley*



~Mel

"Hi Mel..." *She said, her voice hoarse rom not using it* "What's up?" *She asked, attempting a smile*

Melanie:"Not a lot...I've respent most of the last couple days in here with you and Mark."



~Mel

"Days?" *She asked, feeling slightly sick to her stomach* "How long have I been asleep?"

Melanie:"Two days, don't worry." *Mark was now reaching over for Kiley*"No, Mark. You might hurt Kiley. That wouldn't be good at all!"



~Mel

*Kiley sighed and turned her head a little, smiling when she saw the stuff from her friends.* "I've had visitors?" *She asked*

Melanie:"No, Kiley, everybody hates you and wanted you to die. Of course you did! Alex helped you eat some of the candy you got, though. He told me that he thought it would be too much for you to be able to eat all of the chocolate." *Mel rolled her eyes.*



~Mel

*Kiley smiled* "You guys can eat any of it. I don't mind. How's Ian?"

Melanie:"He's doing great. He hasn't given up yet; He still hasn't smoked again." *she told Kiley*"And since it's okay for me to eat your chocolate, give me some." *she held out her arm to Kiley*"Because I don't want to move, and you haven't moved for a very long time."



~Mel

*Kiley picked up her arm, the one she'd broken and cringed* "I can't reach. Sorry." *She said, relaxing again* "Who's visited?"

*Melanie sighed*
Melanie:"Okay. Pretty much everyone we know and then some. People I have never seen before came in once they heard that Harshing did it. Weston, Alex, Ian, and Simner spent a lot of time in here, though."


~Mel

*Kiley half smiled at the sound of weston's name. She rolled over and took a small package from weston he'd left for her. She unwrapped it and opened the box and...there it was. A silver ring with a diamond. An engagement ring. There was a small piece of paper in the box that read

Love,
When you figure out you want to spend the rest of your life with someone, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible. I couldn't wait for it to start any longer. Will you marry me?

I love you with all my heart and I await your answer,
Weston

*Kiley read it through at least 3 times before taking out the riing* "Mel?" *She asked weakly, not sure if she was dreaming or on some sort of pain meds that would cause her to imagine things*


ooc: I know we have to kill him off, but I want it to be like romeo and juliet...they were married for like, a week or something before they died. So they can be engaged and then he'll die. And I'll read romeo and juliet and sob. lol

OOC: Okayzies.

IC:

*Melanie grinned. Weston had told her what it was (only because Mel was so persistent and obnoxious) and Mel knew that Ki would be ecstatic.*
Melanie:"Yes?" *she asked, still grinning.*




~Mel

*Kiley had started to cry, but was laughing at the same time and grinning. She slipped the ring on her finger and laughed. Kiley looked up at Mel, not really knowing what to say*

Melanie:"So that's a yes?" *she asked Kiley*"I'm pretty sure Weston will be happy about that."




~Mel

*Kiley nodded* "Yes........did he say when he'd be back?" *She asked eagerly, wiping away the tears with her good arm*

Melanie:"Noooo, but I can try and find him for you if you want me to." *she offered*"Doesn't that sound like fun, Mark? We can run around looking for him together?" *The comment was really sarcastic, but Mark giggled, since he really didn't know what she was saying.*




~Mel

*Kiley shook her head* "No...I don't want to be left alone...." *She said, still grinning* He wants to marry me........and I want to marry him...."

Melanie:"Yup. And I'm going to tell you now so that you never forget it- if you even dare to consider making me wear an ugly dress, especially if it is pink, I will never talk to you again."




~Mel

*Kiley laughed* "I won't.........I want to get married outside. And I want a beautiful white dress.....no shoes..." *She said, grinning* "And I'm going to live with weston. I'll be his wife...." *She said, letting it sink in*

Melanie:"Mmhmm. He'll be yours forever."


OOC: I really had no idea for anything else she could say. lol.

*Kiley sighed and closed her eyes* "Can I leave now? I really would like to go find weston...."
