Delilah was sitting at the table closest to the back door, one long leg over the chair beside her. She was filing her nails and reading a thick text book at the same time. Floating by her head was a camera that kept taking photos and swirling around to get all angles.

*Melanie walked into the library and sighed dramatically whenever the rumors going around had turned out to be true. Delilah was back. Mel had no reason to hate her, she just did. She walked up to the girl and decided to start talking to her since the only reason that she had come down to the library was because someone had said that she was there.*
Melanie:"Feeling a little bit vain are you? Or is that one of your fans begging for pictures to paste on his wall?"

Delilah flipped a page in her book and looked up at the stranger with just her eyes, not moving her head.

"My nephew misses me. He's very magically inclined. He's taking these from home. He's my biggest fan." She turned back to look in her book.

*Oh, I doubt that. she thought. He's probably taking them so he can sell them to all of the stupid nerdy Hogwarts boys who couldn't get a picture of her otherwise.*
Melanie:"Oh, well I can see how he would miss you so much." *she said sarcastically. She knew her reputation and that was all she needed to know to think that she wasn't one to miss too much.*

Delilah closed her book. "Is there a reason why you're here?"

Melanie:"Because someone told me that you were back and I didn't believe them. So obviously I had to find you and see if it was true or not." *she explained matter-o-factly; It was the first thing that she hadn't said rudely to Delilah*



~Mel

"Want an autograph then? Yes, I'm here. Wow."

Melanie:"Well you've been gone for more than a year, what am I supposed to do? Just say 'oh, okay. Someone who was gone for a very long time just randomly came back and I believe it'? No!"



~Mel

Delilah closed her book. "I was in the hospital, but I'm back now, no need to worry yourself mother. Don't you fret. I'll find a way to make your life miserable quicker than you can get yourself pregnant. Oh wait..." She raised an eyebrow. "You did that already."

*Melanie smiled, not really caring if that was supposed to be mean. It didn't insult her at all, actually.*
Melanie:"Oh I wanted the baby so that doesn't matter to me."*she explained to her*"But you'll have a hard time making my life miserable since just about everything has been done to me already."



~Mel

Delilah stood next to the other girl at her full 5'11". "Is there something else you want or are you going to leave me alone before I have to make you leave me alone?"

*Melanie was no longer intimidated by size. Everyone she knew was taller than her, and her boyfriend could probably eat her for dinner, so Delilah's height didn't bother her.*
Melanie:"It's much more fun to irritate you." *she told her with a smile*

She pouted. "Leave me alone, skank." She sat back down and crossed her long legs.

Finn was studying at the next table down. He saw that Delilah was continuing to be her b*tchy self. He felt sorry for the girl that was talking to her. Finn decided that he would take some attention off this girl. "Delilah, you aren't exactly one to be calling people skanks." Finn said, not really caring what she would do, "You lie on a consistent basis, and would screw anything with a pulse. that would be the definition of skank." He went back to studying for his potions final, expecting a snide comment from her. At least he had gotten the other girl out of her evil gaze.

*Melanie thought for a minute.*
Melanie:"You're right."*she said to the boy who had appeared.*"Let's see what about skankiness applies to me: Well, I do shower, brush my teeth, comb my hair, wash my face, and shave daily. I have had the same boyfriend for a year now and have not slept around. I am not cruel, hence why my baby is still alive, but I do admit to being poor." *she smiled*"That's not skanky."

"Let me get you a prize." She rolled her eyes, then turned back to the boy.

"Oh, and my dear, I think you should keep a better harness on your woman and stop bugging me."

"She can do what she wants. " Finn said cooly, "She knows that at the end of the day, she has to answer to me. She's fine. I suggest you keep your legs in their current position. Closed"
He gave Mel a warm smile, he knew Delilah was a pain in the butt. "Finn," He said.

Melanie:"Very nice to meet you, Finn, I'm Melanie. And yes," *she turned back to Delilah very quickly*"An award would be lovely."



~Mel

She huffed.

"Listen, you people accuse me of being a bitch and a whore and yet when I try to sit here all alone and keep to myself I'm provoked. What the f**k do you people want from me!?" She screamed so loud a few books fell from the shelves.

"Leave me alone!"

"All those flashbulbs around your head isn't exactly keeping to yourself," Finn said cooly, "Normal people don't just sit around pretending they know how to read, while smiling for a camera."
