Darin looked all around him at the oh so farmiliar beauty of the castle. He loved this place with all that he was; he even loved the castle more than he loved the hole in the wall he called home. He looked up at the ceiling at the painting there and fell back on the floor of the corridor just to get a better view. As far as he knew he was one only one there but just as soon as he thought he was alone a girl came over to where he was and layed down next to him.

Cecelia walked down the hall, not seeing the boy there, and tripped over him.

"Oh s**t!"

She looked at him with a pout.

"Well this was plesant."

Darin quickly got up from the floor, red in the face, and got his stuff together for his class

"Sorry about that, I should have been watching where I plop my fat ass down at. Maybe the middle of the hallway isn't such a great place," He said chuckling, "What is your name again?"

Cecelia fluffed her hair and brushed her butt off.

"What's this again? I never told you a first time. What's your name?" Usually she left nastiness to her twin Delilah, but right about now she was angry, and her wrist hurt from falling on it. She held it loosely with her other hand.

Darin threw his bag over his shoulder hoping it might hit her in the face. He thought second of it because he was not ready to get in trouble already.

"Its just a figure of speech, geez, no need to go all haywire on me. When people ask you 'whats your name again?' it doesnt always mean you've told them already, it just means that they've see you around and they are just asking what your name is. But whatever you say."

Darin wasn't one to be anal about pity things but he just hated when Slytherins thought they were better than he was.

She rolled her eyes.

"Listen Nancy, are you going to tell me your name or not?" She wasn't the biggest fan of people to begin with, but this one was something else.

"Its Darin" he said through gritted teeth.

Darin glanced down at the cut on her wrist; he just realized it was bleeding, "You better put something on that cut, wouldn't want it to get infected," he said hopefully.
