The World is in transition. On one side we have the Dark Lord and his followers, gaining power across Europe. On the other we have the Ministry, a crumbling organisation, failing in all aspects. Somewhere under the bonnet is the Order of the Phoenix, also crippled after the destruction of Dumbledore.
Three years on from Dumbledore’s Death, Resident Idiot: Hans McArther replaces him as headmaster – Rufus Scrimgeour is discovered a death eater and Isobel Beckett takes his place, a ruthless woman not afraid to say what she thinks.
Amazingly, Hans manages to open Hogwarts year after year for his students. The Dark Lord continues to murder and gain the friendship of giants and dementors yet has not struck yet. He is dormant, festering into a huge power before he strikes. All across Britain people are worried and wary of when the Dark Lord will strike. Fear is rampant, no one dares leave their houses after dark. The ministry has allowed aurors to use unforgivable to destroy death eaters – death eaters go to Azkaban without trial now. Chaos prevails.
Harry Potter and his friends, Ron, Ginny and Hermione have gone into hiding. No one knows where they are. Many think them dead however some hold onto the hope that they are trying to vanquish the dark lord.
Hogwarts continues, a haven from the cruel world. The students however must decide which path to take, the Order or Voldemort's. Most choose the latter, as they know a new world order is about to prevail.

A clan of seven giants, including their chief, Gurg Othellius, have landed in a muggle port, south of London under the direction of Death Eater Coldstone Harshing.
Ministry aurors, following leads of Voldemort Activity in North Africa are unable to respond. The ministry begs capable Hogwarts students and staff alike to take a portkey to London immediately in order to combat the giant threat.
