Flame Lestrange - July 10, 2007 05:58 PM (GMT)
Confusion and fear, it was all she had known for a time. Fear of Harshing, confusion of where she stood in the world. It overwhelmed her and yet she carried on as if nothing was bothering her when it was. Then their was Tyrin- he had stood up for her against Harshing when she knew he feared him himself. What had all that been about? She sighed- it was all too much for her. She walked down to the lake, most unusual for her, and sat by it's shores as she stared across it at nothing in particular, trying to clear her mind.

Paige was out on the docks, curled up into a little ball. her short, choppy hair hung at her shoulders lifeless and straight, just the opposite of what it was naturally. Thick, black eyeliner adorned her eyes. She was feeling particularly odd that day. She stared into the icy depths, the murky green below. a slight wake, the wind heading her way.
She heard the soft steps on the grass behind her, and turned sharply. Just a girl she had seen around school before. She moved to the end of the dock closest to the shore and sat. She didn't know if the girl noticed her, she seemed to be staring off into space, into the abyss of a lake.
"H-hello there." She said softly to the girl.

She hadn't really been paying attention to anything and her mind had slowly been clearing when a voice broke the silence, returning her to reality. She looked up at the girl and smiled, suprised a Gryffindor would happily start talking to a Slytherin for no particular reason. "Hi, I'm Flame." she said, trying to be friendly for she had been lonely since Delilah had disappeared.
