I know this question has been asked before, and I'm sure I've read the answer, but I forgot... How does one (or rather is it possible to) become an Animagus?

You apply in the Abilities application in the Sorting Hat forum.

Note: We already have 3 animagi on a semi-active site. Do not expect to get selected as one.
