Grand Sentinus stood in a pulpit, a beacon of power, beauty - everything a Wizard should be. His hands clasped the sides of it and he spoke out to a vast crowd. His voice was soothing, fatherly and yet utterly commanding at the same time. It was his innate power - people liked him from the offset. His blond, white hair blew back to make him look like a battling God.

"I have a task," he began, hurling his voice with magic to the minute crevases of Diagon alley. People listened intently.

*Kiley, once agqain, stood in the crowd. She wanted to find out about this guy and figure out if he was somebody that she would need to worry about or if he was jsut some crack pot. From what she was gathering so far, it was appearing that he would have to be actually worried about*

Flame stopped her shopping and stared up at the blonde man, a smile on her face. He was getting the attention, it seemed, from everyone on the street as his voice projected down it. He had a task? That sounded... Interesting.

"A task set by my first Ancestor - Merlin!" Several people shouted abuse at him. he looked on challengingly and withdrew the Elder Wand, the crowd fell silent.

"Only Merlin gave me the power to possess this."

"Wizards and Witches, your time is now. My great ancestor created you all to rule over this world, over muggles, over beasts." A sour taste formed in his mouth with that last word.

He slammed his fists on the side of the pulpit, manic and radical in his preaching - "WHY ARE WE LIVING IN FEAR," he screamed, "Beasts! Vampires and Dementors - they have slaughtered our families, they have driven us into fear. Every year we lose our cherished ones. No more." He flung his hands into the air to meet a wave of cheering and applause.

"We must stand united. We must eradicate these threats, we must ensure the safety of our kind then seize the world as one community, one race, one FAMILY!"

*Kiley couldn't help but ot roll her eyes and smile a little when he said he was a descendant of merlin. However when he spoke of ruling over werewolves and vampires and such, she stopped grinning. That sounded terrible. and to hear everyone cheer chilled her blood.*

She carried on looking up and smiled. Now this was genious. He wasn't like the dark lord had been, he doesn't want to hurt just anyone because they aren't pureblood and he didn't plan on using the creatures against those who did not support him. Or at least it didn't sound like that. "JOIN THE CAUSE!" she shouted. "DON'T LET THEM TEAR FAMILIES APART ANYMORE!"

"Werewolves!-" He spat, starting his rage "- For too long have they slithered into the establishment and plotted our downfall. Greyback worked with the Dark Lord Voldemort, he lead them all to darkness. They cannot be trusted. They are filthy, infectious creatures." He was telling the crowd, not asking them to consider and the crowd eat it all up.

"Infectious creatures that gain pleasure from passing the curse onto others. Or - they kill for fun! Greyback was lethal even in human form, the werewolf curse infects them all the time. The potion does not work," he spat, changing direction after a few people mentioned the wolfsbane potion, "The true cure is death."

"Werewolves must not be allowed magic, they are dangerous already without wands." A shining silver cuff appeared in his hand. "This is my own work, it ensures that scum like werewolves cannot use magic."

He threw it into the crowd then he waved his wand and thousands more erupted, like rain. "Take them - use them against our foes."

*Kiley jumped and turned to see flame standing right behind. She already didn't like the girl. Now she really didn't like her* "What's wrong with you people..." *She muttered under her breath, loud enough that if flame was paying attention, she could probably hear her*

Flame laughed at Kiley, who she had argued with many times in the past over things she could not remember now, things that didn't matter anymore. "What's wrong with us? What's wrong with you? You one of them?" Flame had never come into the knowledge that Kiley was, in fact, a werewolf but it meant she could torment her when she did.

The silver cuffs fell from the sky and Flame grabbed one moving it towards Kiley. "Want one? Do you?"

*Kiley couldn't be sure if Flame did know that she was a werewolf, but she didn't want to chance it. Kiley drew her wand and pointed it at Flame. Many people backed up to watch the fight. She knew it wasn't safe to draw attention to herself at the moment, but she didn't care* "Come on Flame....try me." *She said dangeriously. Kiley grinned and growled, trying to possibly freak her out and live up to the 'one of them' sterotype*

Tyrin, the opposite side of the crowd also bellowed slogans such as "Rise up, Rule all" and "Destroy the filth that scuttle and crawl." His voice was magnified. Already people were intent on using the silver cuffs against enemy's. People flocked to him shouting their names to join the Family. He was wearing an orange sash which denoted he was a Family member.

Flame ignored Tyrin. The time to join would come later. Right now she was busy. Kiley wanted a fight and Flame wasn't scared of her- a fight they would have. Wand snapped from her pocket, and she smirked darkly as it twisted it's way across her face. Kiley could make the first move, Flame never made the first move.

"A duel!" He exclaimed, noticing the gap in the crowd. "My children, The Family encourage fighting out disagreement it adds experiance and nurtures strength," he spoke with confidence, he had many many philosophies outside of the anti-beast movement.

"Continue my children, let us watch and learn."

*Kiley grinned, she couldn't help to. She loved to duel and she hadn't gotten to in so long. And now she was going to get to deul Flame.....Kiley took a step to her right before aiming her wand at Flame and shouting* "Expellarimus! Everte Statum!" *He intent was that she would possibly be able to block the spell that would make her wand go flying, but not the second one that would make her go flying*

Flame was watching her and knew when it was coming. "Protego!" Even if she did lose it wouldn't be easily. She would put up a fight. "Avis" she muttered, sending birds flying to attack Kiley from her wan just as the second spell hit and she was sent flying. She stood up quickly, aiming her wand again. "Furnunculus" if that hit her opponent would have boils and plenty of them.

*Kiley was attacked by the birds, pecked in the head and scratched. She was trying to think of a decent spell that would get rid of them. Finally, she thought of a counter curse* "Evanesca." *They birds vanished with a few final pecks. Kiley didn't have enough time to shield herself from the curse and only managed to thorw herself on the ground in an attempt to get out of the way. It missed her by about a foot. Still on the ground, Kiley aimed her wand* "Incarcerous." *She said, shooting ropes out of her wand to bind Flame*

The birds did their job well and it was with sorrow that she watched them disappear. The boil spell missed and she muttered under her breath asshe saw ropes speeding their way towards her Flame dodged, for the most part, except a single rope which wrapped around her ankle. Teeth grinded in anger. "Locomotor Mortis" she whispered, hoping Kiley did not hear what was coming.

*Kiley didn't hear and her legs were locked together so she was stuck on the ground. Kiley ground her teeth in frusteration and muttered* "Levicorpus" *Hoping that Flame would he hoisted upside down and distracted long enough that she could get her legs undone, which she did after a moment. Kiley stood, her legs shaking from just being locked together, and raised her wand once more*

Flame had been laughing at Kiley and theirfore not paying attention when she cast the spell and was therefore caught unaware. She was flung upside down and she dropped her wand on the muddy street. "You'll pay for this one day."

"Yeah, I'm sure I willl.....accio wand." *Flame's wand came wizzing towards her and she caught it* "But till then....langlock..." *She said for good measure, which would glue flame's tongue to the roof of her mouth so that Kiley couldn't hear her complain anymore. she grinned and laughed a little.*

Sentinus apparated in orange smoke (like OOTP film) and reappeared next to Kiley. He took her hand and raised it in the air. "This," he bellowed, "Is Family Material."

He took the girl and looked into her eyes, "Rise up, Rule all. Will you join the cause?"

*Kiley jumped slightly when the man appeared next to her. She droppped flame's wand and jerked her own so that Flame would come falling down to the ground* "What?" *She asked, suprised* "You want me to join The Family? A cult devoted to hurting people?"

"Dear girl, sweet girl," he muttered in his fatherly tone. He kissed her on the head and hushed her. "You are yet to understand, too young perhaps," he laughed at the idea that someone would oppose him. "Cult, its such an overused term. The Family is merely a club of like minded, RIGHT minded people - we dont like the dangers out there."

"Dangers? We're only dangerous when we want to be. There are other ways of controll" *She said, taking a step back from him, not keeping her voice down. She realized that she was letting out her secret to so many people, but she relized now that that wasn't the important thing. It was important that they see someone standing up to him*

Flame looked over to Tyrin, pointed at her wand in Kiley's hand and then pointed to herself. She knew that, if he understood, he would get her wand and let her down, uncurse her and give back her wand. Now she knew what was going on. Kiley was a werewolf.

"We," he muttered, poisonously. He rose to full height, not handsome but ugly. "You are one of THEM?"

He rose his wand and was ready to strike. He moved only a step backwards. "Children, take your wands, prepare to destroy this thing - answer me girl! Are you one of them, are you a beast, a scoundrel? Scum?" He grew impatient and his eyes flickered.

*Kiley spit on the ground at his feet and looked up, grinning. She threw her head back and howled as her answer that yes, she was indeed a werewolf. She found that it was necessary to potray herself as an animal that howled and all to make him feel better about trying to capture her. She took a deep breath and started running through thet streets, knowing she was was being persued*

In a few seconds Tyrin had waved his wand to let Flame down and hovered her wand over to her ((slight godding but its for easyness so as to keep the plot clean)). He apparated beside Sentinus and pointed his wand at Kiley.

The Grand Sentinus took the Elder Wand in hand and pointed it at Kiley he set out countless stunners like machine gun fire then apparated infront of her and tried to bind her with robes. He had a cuff in his hands, he mustent kill - just subdue.

*Kiley rounded the first corner she came to and then ran into the first shop. It was empty except for her and the owner.* "I need to hide." *The owner could obviously tell that she wasn't kissing around and he immediatly stood aside so she could get into the back room. Kiley dove behind a crate in the corner, trying to be as silent as she could. She could hear her heart pounding and she tried to calm herself down*

With one wand movement the shop front exploded outwards, Sentinus had blown half the building away. He was perfectly calm, if not focused. The crowd had gathered once more, watching. He turned to them.

"The girl is a werewolf. She obviously goes to Hogwarts. She endangers your children every day. She is evil. She must be stopped." He pointed his wand at the shop keeper and he was dragged forwards by invisible hands and forced to kneel at Sentinus' feet.

He pointed to Flame. "Redeem yourself. Kill this man." He was putting on a show, giving something for the crowd to talk about - soon fear would spread and people would long to be with him.

*Kiley groaned at the mention of the man being killed. She couldn't just hide here like a coward while someone else was killed on her behalf. Kiley took a deep breath and forced herself to stand and walk back out to where the rubble was from the destroyed store* "Don't kill him...he didn't do anything."

Sentinus smiled so innocently, he kicked the man side and walked straight up to Kiley and presented her with a silver cuff. "Put this on or you will be marked as an enemy to the Family." His voice was still magnified. "It will be a matter of time before we are allowed to kill miscreants, But if I try to harm you in anyway I am going against the Werewolf Protection Act which results in Azkaban. That will be repealed in due course."

*Kiley spit at him again, this time going for his face.* "Under the werewolf protection act you're not allowed to bind me in anti-magical cuffs, which I expect those are. It's a recent ammendment." *SHe said, glaring at him* "So I want to be left alone to leave or I'll report you to the ministry."

Some of the more dedicated Family followers breathed fast as she dared to spit in his face. Sentinus did not portray the merest flicker of anger. He nodded to Tyrin who killed the man outright.

"What a tragic accident," he muttered in a concerned tone as he made motions with his wand, scratched and bite marks formed. "Killed by a werewolf."


The crowd cheered. "Everyone saw it, didn't you?" Sentinus stepped away. "You will not go near the ministry of magic - this state is ruled by the mob now. Sentinus only gives one chance, you blew it. The next time we meet you shall beg me for life itself."

*Kiley felt terrible as the man was killed because of her. However, she tried not to show it and stood, staring up at him* "If I go missing, my friends will be currious. They'll suspect foul play and go to the ministry anyway. If you let me go now I won't go to the ministry..." *She only agreed so that more wouldn't die because of her*

"Who is stopping you filthy beast?" And with that he dissaparated away. It was up to the crowd with what they did with her and he, Sentinus would be innocent beyond all doubt. He had killed no one in his life... directly. He hoped Tyrin would torture her.

*Kiley slowly let out a breath, her wand still grasped in her hand. Kiley started to push her way through the crowdso she could get back to hogwarts and talk to mel and jake about what her possible actions could be*
