Cecelia was sitting at a small pub in the corner of the pub with a large order of onion rings, waiting for Rogue. She wasn't stupid. She could tell something had happened while she was gone. She wasn't sure to what extent, but Rogue was deffinately not expecting to see Cecelia wrapped up in Doriens arms, so something happened...

rogue walked into the pub. seeing CHI-CHI with a large order of onion rings. she smiled and gave a laugh.
"those are for me? thanks i'm starving!"
she said knowing all to well that they were cecelias and if she tried to take one the girl would probably bite her fingers off. pushing dorien out of her mind. she came to a decision she would be friends and would not dwell on the past. she gave cecelia a hug and rubbed the belly. leaning down.
"hi bianca is the baby girl hungry?"
rogue said, well more like cooed

She chuckled. "She'd better be 35 pounds when she's born because I was 110 pounds before I got pregnant damnit." She chuckled. Being 110 and 5'11" made her a bit thinner than she would like but 145 was rediculous.

"So..." she said, unsure how to start the conversation that she knew was necessary. "Lunch is on me dear. Dorien sent me a few hundred Galleons a month while I was gone... I never really spent anything so I'm rolling in it now." She chuckled.

rogue smiled and nodded. feeling guilty of what had happened she looked down at the table and then back up. rogue was a coward about this stuff.
" so how are things going? i mean with the pregnancy? is she alright? will she be...human or vampire?"
she asked tryng to avoid that conversation that was bound to come up.

"So you know?" she said, mildly surprized, but knew instantly that she had to get this out before it ate at her further. She took an onion ring.

"One thing you need to know about me Rogue...I'm not like most girls. I'm sure you know about my sister Delilah...We're both part veela, and she had a habit of f*****g everyone's man...I have all the Veela powers but I don't use them. One power I'm having a hard time ignoring now...I can sense lies...and guilt." She bit into an onion ring.

"I'll let you tell me before I ask. We're both women. I trust you'll respect a pregnant fiance enough to tell me."

rogue sighed softly. then leaned back in her chair.
"alright....i kissed him. i met him in the forest as i was spying on "The Family". dorien was doing the same. i think. i recruited him to the resistance and well one night i kissed him cecelia. i'm so sorry. i didn't mean for it to happen."
she gripped her hands together tightly. wondering how cecelia was going to take it. rogue had shown dorien she liked him and this is what came of it.

She nodded. "Yes you did Rogue. And I don't blame you. You just wouldn't have done it had you known I exist. He means a lot to me Rogue. My sister is missing...my cousin is dead...My other sister disowned us. I have him and Bianca and that is it. I can't share him. I can't allow this to happen again. I really like you Rogue...But I won't share. This will never happen again." She ate another onion ring. "If I wasn't pregnant with his baby I would just let you have him..but he's confused.."

She sipped some water, keeping completely calm. "You have to understand...Before me, he wouldn't have even touched you. I opened him up to love again. One night I lay in his lap and he told me his whole life story...But it took a while to get that far. He was afraid of human emotion and still is. I was gone and he was lonely, but you need to know now... You two are nothing. Do you understand what I'm telling you?"

She didn't say it rudely, she just refused to share the love of her life.

rogue took a steadying breath what cecelia said really pushed her buttons. it hit her blow by blow taking her down slowly. raising her eyes slowly to cecelia she nodded in agreement not that she was afraid. but she understood how it felt to love someone so much you would die before you would let the other suffer. she had that love once.
"i agree cecelia. he was lonley and so was i."
she picked at a napkin on the table. she hadn't ordered anything so she just sat there not uncomfortable. well a little bit due to the conversation.
"what happened between him and i was a mistake."
it hurt her to say it but she had too.
" but i understand how it feels and i hope you two the best."
she looked at her and smiled holding out her hand.
"can we still be friends?"
rogue made a promise to cecelia that it wouldn't happen again. she intended to keep it.

She wasn't a bit upset. In fact, she smiled. She leaned across the table, which was not an easy task due to her very pregnant state and kissed Rogue on the cheek. "I would love to be your friend.. I never meant any of this to not be friends with you. I would love to have you as my friend. There aren't many girls I trust..due to this day and age, but you I trust. You wouldn't feel as guilty as you did if you weren't trustworthy."

rogue smiled and accepted the kiss.
"let me pay for luch cecelia. please"
she asked her new friend. hopeing she would accept it. she now felt a little awkward.
"and tell me about the baby shower. whose throwing it? what about decorations? and food?"
she needed something to take her mind off what had happened.

She smiled and shook her head. "No I've got it. You can get it next time. Dorien is throwing it for me...He can't eat so I was going to handle getting the food and stuff... You want to help? You won't have to work with Dorien if you feel uncomfortable... Oh and... I don't mind you being friends you know. You can be friends if you like. I want everyone to be happy in this situation. I know me and Dorien will be but... I want you to be happy too you know."

rogue smiled at her. she was thankful she was considerate.
"it's ok cecelia. i'll do ok. i don't mind whatever you want i'll cope with. it'll be hard at first but i'll have to over come it if we're all to be friends."
she said.
"how about this? you sit back and do nothing. i'll take care of the food and decorations. it's yours and the babys special day so you need not lift a finger except to tate the food?"

she said wiggling her eyebrows funnily.
"i promise it'll taste good. is there any specific food you want?"
she was more than eager to work on the shower. it would take her mind off things. she wouldn't have to confront things so soon.

She grinned and rubbed her hands together. "Sushi and pickles and fried chicken and ice cream and chinese food." She giggled and her face suddenly went back to looking like she was seventeen...which she was. It was odd to think of... Dorien as old as he was and her so young...

"You guys don't have to be friends if you're not comfortable with it love...but I just want you to be happy."

"i'll try and....and if it doesn't work then it doesn't work."
she said kind of sad.
"sushi and pickles?"
she asked making a horrible face.
"i've heard of wierd craving but...ewwwww"
she said with a grin.....she had the stomach of steel. well she could handle most things.
"your wish is my command m'dear all you have to do is say you want something specific and it will be ther. later we'll get together and make a list."
she would call upon kiley to help her set stuff up and make some of the food.

She chuckled. "No raw fish though. I can't eat that while pregnant. I eat a lot of fruit and a lot of fish. It's good for the baby. My in laws gave me all sorts of lotions and potions and remedies while I was there." She shuddered. "Some of them tastier than others." She winced. "I was so happy to eat an onion ring you have no idea. I wasn't allowed to eat anything fried! This coming from people that can't eat anyway..."

She pushed the onion rings in Rogue's direction. "I want lots of fried foods."

rogue took and onion ring. popping it in her mouth she chewed and swallowed.
"fried food is good. i can do that. how about sweets? anything you absolutly have to have?"

She rubbed her hands together and giggled menacingly. "Well I hate chocolate but I loooove sour bears." When she made faces like this, no matter how much someone disliked her, they just had to admit she was adorable. She giggled and licked her lips. "I love sour things."

rogue laughed and nodded her head.
"how about cakes. tarts. strawberry shortcake?"
rogue asked all at once.
"ohh i know this really good recipe for a huge sundae anything you want on it....."
rogue said temptingly.

She stuck her tongue out. "Strawberry shortcake is icky! But I love ice cream... With a shitload of caramel and whipped cream and marshmellow and cherries and..." she let out a light whimper. "Gosh... You're making me feel like crying." She chuckled and licked her lips.

rogue laughed and popped another onion ring in her mouth.
"how about we take a wobble to the ice cream shop for a scoop or two...i'll buy this time."
she asked CHI-CHI with a grin.

Cecelia hopped up, her hands on her stomach. "I'm convinced." She slid her thumb in her mouth, leaving the money on the table for the 'Lunch' she'd eaten and took Rogue by the hand. "Where is it? Where are we going? I hope they have mint chocolate cookie..."

rogue laughed and showed cecelia the way.
"well i saw a new ice cream parlour has opened up a few stores down. i hear they have a wonderful strawberry and peanut butter sundae of sorts. that sounds good, and their supposed to have like a hundred or more flavors."
even rogue sounded excited about ice cream right now. the perfect thing for a nice warm sunny day like today.

Cecelia leaned into her excitedly. "I'm sorry for the circumstances but I am so happy I met you. I always wanted a best friend, but because of Delilah I really couldn't have many... I used to get beat up all the time by people that thought I was her. That's sort of what drew us together you know... He didn't even like me all too much. It was more of a protective thing."

rogue nodded her head as they continued to walk. she felt protective of cecelia too.
"yeah, i wish the circumstances were different too."
she said softly holding her hand and giving it a small squeeze.

She stopped and turned to stand before Rogue.

"I just want you to know Rogue... I'm not a bad person. I know I may seem sort of..." She sighed and licked her lips. "I don't want you to eventually decide you hate me due to the circumstances. I really like you and I want to be your friend but I don't want you to someday think that I'm a bad person. I'm really nice..."

rogue shook her head,
"og cecelia i could never hate you...."
she said tugging the girl and putting her arm around her.
"you are to damned nice, and , sweet, and kind...."
she said pulling her into the shop.
"i just don't want you to hate me either, which you have every right to do at the mment."

She nodded. "I could hate you but if I was going to hate anyone...Why would I hate the innocent bystander? You didn't know about me. Dorien did, he made the mistake. You were just drawn in... And to be honest, I don't think it was anyone's fault. He was lonely, you were lonely... It just happened. I'm mad but I can't be mad at you." She hugged the shorter girl back. ((OOC: I assume you're shorter...She's 5'11"))

Cecelia sighed. "I mean... He's my fiance and we have a baby together... I love him more than I love myself...But believe me if I wasn't pregnant I would make a much bigger deal. I just..." She shook her head. "Rogue, he's my life. He make me happy. I think you guys would have worked but you and he just..."

She looked down. "We're both the same in a lot of ways. People hate him and want him dead for his...condition. People hate me because I'm a veela." She was sure Rogue hadn't known that already. "The family is looking for him and the family wants all veela to be prostitues... We are one in the same..."

rogue nodded and hugged the taller girl aa bit tighter.
"and thats something i could never have in common with him. i'm just a plain person."
rogue understood what cecelia said. she knew that cecelia and dorien had more things in common than dorien and rogue. she just wished she had a chance to see how things could have been. shaking her head she hugged the girl once more for comfort.
"i'm sure you two will be just fine..."

She nodded. "I know we will... I just wish that things were different. I feel bad that now you're alone and... Well men are over rated anyway. Regular men anyway. Dorien is different from most in obvious ways but men... They suck in general. They're all only out for one thing." She shook her head.

"You'll find the right person for you dear. He's out there. And hey if worse comes to worse, I hear there are a few girls out there looking." She chuckled and held a hand over her stomach
