Title: Family Meeting #1

Grand Sentinus - September 25, 2007 05:28 PM (GMT)
Sentinus sat on a black throne with ivy weaving around it. His flaxen hair was revered only by God himself- his beauty and power were simply awesome (yes - the correct definition of the word). He looked upon his ranks - servants and soldiers.. Family Members. He laughed inwardly but smiled politely to his followers. They were like sheep and he was a shepherd. A very powerful shepherd.

He did not stir.

"My Friends. My soldiers. My family." He began, his voice filled the Colosseum reverberating what could only be majesty.

Flame Lestrange - September 25, 2007 07:00 PM (GMT)
Flame stood among the numbers, grey eyes steadily observing Sentinus' features- wandering why it was she was here? Had her heart not started to waver from the cause she stood for? It was known she had never been the most loyal of members to any cause. Her run with the death eaters had proven that. Perhaps her wavering thoughts showed in her eyes, but it would be difficult to see as she had her long, black hair hiding her pale face. She glanced around as the father began to speak- struggling to fight back a yawn.

Zephyr - September 25, 2007 10:05 PM (GMT)
Zephyr knelt before his master, as was customary for the house elf to do when their master spoke. He bowed his head, listening to the Grand's powerful voice echoing in the empty room. He was proud to be the Grand's elf, he was one of the most powerful elfs in the community. Zephyr glanced around, seeing the others standing. It was most rude to stand in the presence of such a man, or rather, a god. He was certain they would be punished if they did not kneel soon, Zephyr would make sure of it.

Liam Harrison - September 25, 2007 11:26 PM (GMT)
*Liam stood near the side of the room, leaning against the pillar, completely focused. His electric blue eyes were locked on the grand, a small smile on his face. He had made a lot of progress lately with the blueprints and figuring out how to better protect hogwarts and the easiest way into the resistance. Liam wasn't crazy about the idea of worshiping Sentinus. The members, afterall, were doing all the dirty work. But he didn't mind that much. He went through the motions so that he could produce a result. Liam casually glanced around the room. He made eye contact with tall girl with stright black hair. He smiled his crooked grin and she smiled back. Yes, Liam was liking the perks. He chuckled and turned his attention back to the grand as he began talking*

Melanie Hunter - September 26, 2007 02:00 AM (GMT)
*Melanie was at the Meeting as well, standing next to Liam. She had left someone to watch over Becky and Mark for the time being. She normally wouldn't trust strangers with something like that, but this meeting was extremely important and there was no way that a hyperactive seven-year-old and a little one-year-old would ever stay quiet or behave.

Melanie noticed Liam looking at the girl that wasn't her. If it had been before the whole Delilah cheating thing, she would've let him get the attention (he was still hers after all), but now, she was much more sensitive about it. If The Grand hadn't been talking, she would have yelled at him or smacked him, so, instead, she grabbed his arm as hard as she could and forced him down into a kneel with her with as much force as humanly possible. That was her way of saying, not only 'you need to do this', but 'look at her again and you'll have to sleep outside in the woods with the werewolves'.

Not many others had gotten the idea to kneel, but it was something that he generally expected them to do when he spoke or was even around. She looked back up at him, not expecting praise or reward like many people would, just wanting to hear what he had to say. He had become a surrogate father to him, and anything he said was taken like any child would take a lesson from their parents; It meant everything to her, it was sacred.*

Liam Harrison - September 26, 2007 02:13 AM (GMT)
*Liam had only been half-paying attention, half thinking, when mel yanked him down into the kneeling position. His knees whacked the floor hard and he groaned quietly. A steady slew of swearwords isused from him as he rubbed his knee and looked at mel like she was insane.*

Grand Sentinus - September 26, 2007 01:37 PM (GMT)
Sentinus cast his ocean blue eyes over the whole Family, his face never wavering from its godliness. He placed a hand on each arm of the throne and pushed himself up so he was standing.

"Here we stand - a strong body, Merlin's children - me his blood son. A vision came to me last night. We have a new enemy."

He clicked his fingers and a man was dragged onto the stage and tied to the floor. Sentinus placed his foot on his head.

"The Squib."

Zephyr - September 26, 2007 01:48 PM (GMT)
Zephyr smiled. Squibs were just as bad as muggles. Zephyr wanted to cheer for his master, but knew it wasn't the time, nor place. He remained kneeling on the same platform as his master. He knew that the squib had just a few moments left to live.

Melanie Hunter - September 27, 2007 01:31 AM (GMT)
*Melanie smiled innocently at Liam...well, not-so-innocently since there was a gleam in her eye that clearly showed she was happy with the result of what she had done. The gleam faded quickly when she realized what The Grand was saying-

Now they were killing squibs as well, and that man up there would probably be killed in seconds. She hated the killing part of this, but she would live through it; She thought it was going to pay off in the long run.*

Milo Scone - September 27, 2007 05:10 PM (GMT)
He detected a presence of disloyalty throughout the crowd. Some were uneasy about the killings.

"I understand your thoughts. Why spill blood? Why must we slaughter?" He said it with so much passion, as if he really understood his people. "I have the answers. Throughout nature only the strong survive - its a dog eat dog world. We cannot progress as a nation until the weak are supplanted, cleansed... eradicated. Those that cling onto us, and endanger us are now to be endangered. We must eliminated our weak points and strengthen our powers."

He paused and tears of patriotism rolled down his cheeks. "We must kill them all."

Green Sparks and cruel words came next. The Squib was dead. Sentinus lifted him and threw him into the crowd.

Zephyr - September 27, 2007 10:18 PM (GMT)
Zephyr shed a small tear. His master was so passionate and convincing. He was inspirational. It was evolution, the weaker/stupider generations die off, and the stronger survive. He watched his master throw the body into the crowd and waited for them to tear it apart like jackals.
