Just because of the plot does not mean your character is allowed to skive off of Hogwarts. In fact (If Cate and Caitlin agree) I'm going to make it compulsary to go to Hogwarts.

Only characters with admin permission may be allowed to reside outside of Hogwarts.

Its a necessary measure, just because you are part of the Family doesnt mean you still don't need an education. This is a much needed policy to encourage mini-plots in the school again.
