Title: No Reading In The Library
Description: Fawne, Flame and Ariel and anyone else
Fawne Sugarmoon - October 24, 2007 01:48 PM (GMT)
Most students were out enjoying their free time, after all Lessons were over for the day and tomorrow was a weekend, so the library was almost deserted. Since the librarian was no where to be seen people had taken to sitting where they liked.
With this in mind Fawne was sat on the inside edge of the library windowsill a thick dusty tome sat on her lap and her unfocused eyes staring towards it pages. With a slender and slight movement she had silently shut the book and placed it next to her bored with its contents.
Fawne actually appeared quite normal today, although out of school robes she was wearing a pair of white tights patterned with snow flakes, grey high heeled mary janes and a silvery grey dress that reached down to a few inches past her thighs, it had long bell sleeves a square neck and a white empire waist line that showed off her bust slightly. The only colour on her outfit that didn't match was the emerald of her Thestral pendant which was now sat on a white velvet choker and contrasted brilliantly against the only expanse of fair skin on show, just above her chest. Her hair as always was left mostly down and curly except for two small plaits that joined at the back of her head and her wand was sat lightly in her left hand.
Her misty eyes seemed to search around the room for someone to talk too. She hadn't seen Adriana in a while, and hanging out with your brother wasn't really that fun. She had hoped she and Flame could be friends, at least she'd have someone to talk to but it turns out Slytherin really don't like Gryffindors. And Fawne was certainly a Gryffindor.

This morning Ariel had taken extra care to wear something not too sasy: thus she ended up in hotpants which displayed her ass beautifully, and a boob-tube. She walked into the library and spotted someone on her own, she pranced over to her and sat down. She smiled and shrugged her shoulders before rubbing her hands. "Its cold outside," she said, not thinking that her silly choice of clothing in autumn was anything to do with it.
She didnt know how quite to start a conversation so she waited for the Gryffindor to begin. Her entrance and sitting with the girl had been quite random, she hoped the girl would not mind - and if she did, Ariel hoped there would be no arguments.
Flame Lestrange - October 24, 2007 02:00 PM (GMT)
Lessons had once again finished and, as it was Friday night, it was the begining of the weekend. Normally, on such a night, Flame would have been in the common room or somewhere of the like, handing herself out to whichever boy wanted her but on this particular Friday Flame was confronted with a problem. That problem was homework. Homework which Flame had conveniently forgotten about the weekend before and was now in trouble for not handing in.
Due to this Flame found herself retiring to the library where she could copy some text or another from a text-book and call it quits. This was one of Flame's flaws- she was naturally gifted academically, she just never put the work in and so her grades tended to stand at an O- no better and no worse than what was expected of the average person in her year.
She was not, however, dressed how you would expect someone who planned to study. The dress she wore was more like a single piece of material wrapped around her than actual clothes. A dark, impressing blue in colour the material barely covered her bottom and, to add to the sl*tty effect this gave she wore no tights and high-heeled silver shoes. Hair was worn straight, the natural black clashing with her pale skin. Lids were covered in a purple eye shadow and lips were painted black. On her uncovered shoulders and upper back you could see an inticate design of carved markings, a sign of respect in the family.
On entering the library Flame could not help but notice that the librarian seemed to be missing and people were scattered around, sat in places which the librarian would not see as acceptable. Eyes scanned the room and finally set on someone she knew.
Flame walked over to fawne and leant a single hand on a bare spot of windowsill, now far from where the girl sat. "You look nice today, Fawne." she said, her tones not as cold as usual but still with a hint of loathing.
After this she saw that there was another girl near to Fawne. "Hello." she said calmly.
Fawne Sugarmoon - October 24, 2007 02:10 PM (GMT)
Fawne had barely thought about gaining company when some had turned up in the form of a Hufflepuff girl. Fawne's eyes settled on the girl, or rather through her as he gaze always seemed to be. And she smiled the little wistful smile she was famed for before point her wand at the Hufflepuff, without prior warning, and softly speaking the warming charm. Its a good job the Liberian wasn't around of that would of had Fawne kicked out already. She placed her wand back down at her side and stared straight foward now. Her voice was still soft and melodic as she spoke, it wouldn't take long for the Hufflepuff girl to realise this was her normal tone of voice.
"Oh hello. I suppose it is cold outside...My names Fawne Sugarmoon."
It was upon saying this line that Flame crossed Fawne's line of view. She seemed to be walking towards Fawne and Fawne was mentally preparing for an insult. She almost outwardly asked What when Flame said she looked nice. Fawne just smiled a little lighter and took in Flames appearance. It seemed both the girls around her were competing for the least worn category. She just hoped Flame wasn't going to meet her brother dressed liked that. She had heard that when complimented one was meant to do the same back and so Fawne set about doing so.
"Oh hello Flame. The shade of your dress is very pretty."

OOC: Now I see the similarities. But Ariel has some different qualiies than Flame too - can I see a friendship emmerging? Super long posts, I dont know if I can match them galz.

Ariel had waited the response of the girl but her attention had been interupted by the scantily clad slytherin that entered the library, her figure a bit better than Ariel's own. She analysed her body, the clevage and ass. Well formed was her conclusion. She seemed a bit of fun. Ariel waited for the girl to go to the windowsil, when she wasn't looking Ariel stood and smacked her booty, as girls sometimes do. "Hey there!" She giggled, hoping she hadn't gone too far. She didnt think she had but then again Ariel was as thick as two short planks with cement in between.
She laughed at her jibe towards the Gryffindor girl who was dressed plainly. Ariel didnt mind a bit of female bullying as long as it was her not doing it or being the victim. It was funny if someone else did it. Ariel wasn't a leader, she was a follower and would do anything to stay as one. Flame looked like a good superior, so, like a lap-dog, Ariel was playing to her.
Flame Lestrange - October 24, 2007 02:25 PM (GMT)
Flame smiled at Fawne for the returned compliment. "Thankyou, Fawne." she said, still trying to be nice. "How are..." Flame stopped mid-sentence as the Hufflepuff girl made contact. Flame turned on heel to stare at her before shaking her head. "Hi. I'm Flame. A name from you would be nice." she hinted, turning back to Fawne.
Ariel Lewis - October 24, 2007 02:32 PM (GMT)
"Ariel."
Well, that didn't go as planned. It was supposed to be funny - flirty, yes she flirted with girls and boys and she got a shaked head. Perhaps there was a time and a place. She sat back down, not looking away from Flame, gripped on her every word. SHe wanted to be Flame's friend, but Ariel had a feeling her house would prevent this. She hoped it wouldnt. She needed someone to share he secrets with and talk about what she had been doing the night before, girl talk, slutty talk - call it what you will. Ariel needed someone to confide in.
Fawne Sugarmoon - October 24, 2007 02:35 PM (GMT)
Although shocked by the fact the hufflepuff girl had just slapped a slytherin's ass, she managed to continue with her misty eyes stare. She was still smiling also even though the hufflepuff seemed to have laughed at the compliment, perhaps this girl didn't like her clothes either?
Fawne slid off the window sill so she was stood in a circle with the girls on seated on stood. Reveling the true length of her dress, which was only about an inch lower than he thighs. Craven's father had brought it her for a christmas gift and since he was a foul man it might explain the length and the square neck. Although the other two were half naked Fawne still didn't see why you needed to wear so little to show off. Her dress though conservative wasn't plain and only showed off a little skin.
"I'm well thank you. And yourselves?"
She seemed to glance through the two girls before looking at herself. Upon reflecting they could have almost been a group of friends. Though they were missing a girl from Ravenclaw... Perhpas they could be friends, though Fawne wasn't sure what exactly girl talk involved. She was after all called a little odd.
Ariel Lewis - October 24, 2007 03:05 PM (GMT)
"Im fine," she said, readjusting her breasts in her boob tube, she never wore a bra, they weren't practical. She took out her wand which she kept down there for convenience and changed the colour of her hotpants into pink. She giggled before placing her wand back inbetween. "Convienient eh?" She knew a load of girls who did that, but they werent so show-offy about it like Ariel was.
She sat on the table and placed her feet on the top of the chair. She got some attention from a band of gryffindor boys, she winked at them and threw back her hair before continuing the discussion at hand.
God... she wished she had an ass like Flames.
Self Improvement - it was always something Ariel did, complain about her own figure trying to make a good body ever better.
Flame Lestrange - October 24, 2007 03:11 PM (GMT)
Flame looked at the hufflepuff as she finally spoke something of use. "Nice to meet you, Ariel." Flame said as nicely as she possibly could. She turned back to Fawne and noticed that she had now stood up. "Your dress is nice, though it could do with being a little shorter, and more rounded at the neck." she commented. "The square neck doesn't fit your personality, you see. Square necks are for the more down-to-earth type." Fawne spoke and a smile passed over her fine features. "I am good, thankyou, Fawne." she told the Gryffindor.
Ariel seemed to be sorting herself out for a minute and drew her wand from down her top. Flame laughed- another one of those, eh? "Should have known you're that type." she stared around. "So, anything interesting happened recently?" she asked the pair, as a gaggle of Gryffindors passed by and threw interested looks towards the three and she could not decide who they were for as all three looked attractive at that point. Throwing her usual biases away she gave them a small wave.
It seemed a friendship was going to form between the three, which was fine with her. She had found herself in need of friendly acquantances, and this could just be the start of some.
Fawne Sugarmoon - October 24, 2007 08:52 PM (GMT)
OOC: Don't worry about the post length. On my behalf its because I'm role playing with more than one person so i type more. That and i get carried away. Though sometimes my posts can be really short too. lol.
IC:
Fawne tilted her head and looked down at her dress. Perhaps Flame was right about the whole neck thing. After all Fawne wasn't really knowledgeable on fashion. She looked back up from her dress just to spot Flame waving at a group of Gryffindor boys. Some of whom she recognised. Not thinking anything of it Fawne just wistfully smiled at them to show recognition before she began staring at some unseen point in the air.
Just because her dress was more approving of Flame's fashion sense didn't mean her personality would be. After all Fawne was a flighty dreamer by nature. With her wand still clutched in her left hand Fawne elegantly pointed it towards herself and softly, almost silently, spoke a small transfiguration spell. It took her a little while to get the shape right but eventually the neck was round. After all Flame was actually being nice to her and since Adriana had vanished she needed someone new to talk to. Although the Hufflepuff girl, Ariel, seemed a little more inclined to Flames friendships tastes.
Fawne reached up to the small plaits that started at the front of her head on either side and tied together and the back. Her sleeves falling down to her elbows and exposing a small silver charm bracelet full of star charms. She placed her wand in the knot that kept her plaits in place, much like a Chinese chop stick was sometimes used for hair decoration. Fawne was not inclined to stick her wand down her cleavage, it didn't seem like a very safe idea.
"The most delightful part of my week has been spent in the company tomes. School has been quiet as of late. Its rather odd really..."
Her dreamy voice didn't at all seemed concerned for the lack of interesting things within the school. In actual fact it just sounded as always, indifferent and sing song.
Ariel Lewis - October 25, 2007 12:30 PM (GMT)
Ariel smiled, "I tried to get Finn... but he wasn't interested... I don't know why..." She pouted jokingly. Fawne was a bit weird but seemed nice enough. Who wasn't a bit weird nowadays anyway? She had been weird when she got the letter from Hogwarts. Her parents had been ready to disown her. Now they loved having a witch around the house, not that Ariel was much use at home seeing as she wasn't supposed to do magic there.
"Flame... do you think you could pull Finn?" She smiled.
Flame Lestrange - October 25, 2007 12:47 PM (GMT)
Flame watched as Fawne altered the dress and smiled. "There, wouldn't you say that looks better?" she asked, reaching for her wand which was tucked safely away in her long hair. She flicked her wand and a mirror appeared in her left hand, she showed Fawne how the dress looked to see if she would like it.
"It is true that school has been... quiet." she admitted. "Maybe they were all werewolves and vampires secretly." she joked, "Or maybe they just think they should have rights. Either way- they are fools to give up their education."
The hufflepuff spoke and Flame looked at her with grey eyes. "You tried to pull Finn? Are you serious?" Flame sounded shocked, but was not surprised he had turned her down. "He is so boring... He never falls for anyone. I doubt he'd go for me anyway." she told her.
"Though you never know, I might just give it a try."
Fawne Sugarmoon - October 25, 2007 01:49 PM (GMT)
Fawne stared into the mirror and smiled, a proper smile. So Flame was right, it did look better round. She nodded her head as thanks at Flame.
Upon realising that the girls were talking she decided it would be best to take notice. And with a wistful smile still set on her soft features she adeptly listen to the two girls talk about someone who she had never met. Hence the lack of shock on her features at Ariel's statement.
She looked between the girls before speaking in her normal tones that had a hint of a question underneath. Her head tilted slightly to the side like a bird.
"Who is Finn?...Why are you trying to 'pull' him?"
