Rasaq felt better then he had in recent monthes or so. He was now down to a slimmer 210 pounds, at felt it too. He had less fat, and his muscle seemed to show a bit more then usual. He sat in his sleeveless white muscle shirt and jean shorts. He flexed his dark arms evrytime he took a bite to eat. He wasn't showing off but more of looking for himself. he wiped some crumbs away from the facial hair in his chin as he looked around the great hall.
