Time: Jan 2004, 6 years after Voldemorts downfall
Summary: The Elder Wand is being guarded by Dementors. Various factions wish to possess it. A power struggle commences.

Plot Outline:

Just after Voldemort's death another Dark Wizard retook the Elder Wand and managed to command it. Over the next five years he rose to great power but fell instantly when he met his end with a Dementor's kiss. The Dementor's took the Elder Wand to Azkaban which they claim to be their fortress now. They guard the wand through a lust for magic which they will never have, but the many factions outside of Azkaban wish to possess it even more.

Those who resisted the second Dark Lord have become known to Wizard-kind as the Protectors. The Protectors officially rule over the Wizard of Britain, but are weak and unsuccessful because of the anarchy that prevails. Every day they try to settle the country into a state of reason but they are met head on by chaos, violence and mob rule. They have established an Acting Ministry however it is proving to have little effect at all on a population who needs guiding. They need the Elder Wand to restore Order to the madness.

Then there are Voldemort's old followers, Death Eaters who are still loyal to blood purity. They want to re-establish Tom Riddle's work and cleanse the world of "dirty blood." Every day more and more people rally to their aid but thus far the Protectors have managed to suppress their efforts. They constantly parlay with the Dementors, desperate to get the Elder Wand. If they were to possess the Elder Wand then the cleansing of blood would be unstoppable.

A rising power appears, the "Mob", commonly called the Oleander - a criminal gang led by the Oleander herself. They control the streets and offer people the only place to turn when the Protectors fail them.

As the three factions battle it out Britain plummets into catastrophe. No one is there to rule. No one is there to help. The world ignores them. Even though there is no Dark Lord, brightness seems so far away. And Lumos does not bring light.
