Title: DADA Lesson 2
Logan Corso - December 28, 2007 09:29 PM (GMT)
*Logan was sitting down on his desk with his leg pressed to his chest and his foot resting there on the desk. His chin was was on his knee and he looked out across the empty classroom. He thought about Tommy, and about Mei, and Jenna. And about what he was going to teach this lesson. He was too involved in so many things at the moment to have planned a decent lesson.*

*Ian entered the room and sat down in the very very very back. His previous experience in this class had not been good at all.
He was staring at the door, anticipating the arrival of his brother and sister, but they would never enter.*
*Azalea glided into the room with her books in hand. She, unlike Ian, sat in the center of the front row. She almost instantly pulled out her quill, ink, and parchment, ready to take notes.*
Lea:"Hello, Professor Corso, how are you?" *she asked*

Logan Corso - December 28, 2007 09:50 PM (GMT)
"I'm very good, thank you Lea." *He had met Lea when she had come to see him about any bonus work she could do for him. He found her amusing.* "How are you?" *He looked back at Ian and smiled* "And how're you, Ian?" *He laughed sligthly as he spoke. The kid seemed like he hated him. Oh well. Such was life.*
Melanie Hunter - December 28, 2007 10:50 PM (GMT)
Lea:"Oh, you're welcome. I'm well." *she smiled pleasantly and looked back at Ian, waiting for his response.*
*Ian looked up at Logan, wondering why he was even bothering to be kind to him.*
Ian:"Horrible." *he replied honestly, keeping his answer as short as humanly possible. He didn't want to talk much because he was scared of Corso making him do something that caused physical pain...again.*

Logan Corso - December 28, 2007 11:03 PM (GMT)
*Logan's eyebrows furrowed slightly and he slid off his desk and walked to the back of the room. She sat on one of the chairs backwardds so he was facing him.* "May I ask why?" *He asked, keping his voice low enough that only Ian would be able to hear. Al traces of the smile were gone and he was completely serious.*
Melanie Hunter - December 29, 2007 03:21 AM (GMT)
Ian:"You should know why. You're one of them, aren't you? You're probably encouraging it." *he answered angrily, staring straight into the Professor's eyes. The Resistance had been planning an attack on The Family for days, and he had to admit that it brought out a rebellious side in him. He could do anything and feel no remorse about it.*
Logan Corso - December 29, 2007 03:30 AM (GMT)
"One of who?" *He asked just as quietly.* "What're you talking about?" *But as he said it, Logan thought he had figured out what it was that he was talking about. He was indeed a family member, but it wasn't like he followed it.....he had just joined to become a teacher. Not one of his proudest moments, no, but it was too late.*
Melanie Hunter - December 29, 2007 04:52 AM (GMT)
Ian:"You're part of The Family. You preach hatred and hypocrisy. You ruin families and friendships. You say your goal is to get rid of beasts, so why aren't you getting rid of yourselves, too? It's not fair. There are good werewolves and vampires. There are good centaurs, and believe it or not, being gay does not make someone a 'monster'." *his tone remained calm, and didn't raise beyond a whisper. His eyes remained locked on Corso's.*

Logan Corso - December 29, 2007 12:32 PM (GMT)
*Logan was silent for a moment. He was thinking over what to say bfore he just went and blurted it out.* "I'm really glad that you're in strong opposition to the family. Not many are. And yes, I am a family member, but I'm not proud ofit. I don't believe in what they teach. I joined the family as a foot in the door. I wanted to teach.....the only way in was to join them. And maybe I'll teach something that nobody else in here knew before, so when the time comes to battle, they'll be ready. I should have fought and I didn't and I'm not poud of it." *He leaned back in the chair slightly, his eyes still locked on Ian's.*
Harleen Quinn - January 26, 2008 03:55 AM (GMT)
Harleen walked, indolently, into the Defense Against the Dark Arts class. She was the first student there, surprisingly. She noticed the professor talking with a woman. Harleen ignored them and took a seat in front of the class, wondering if the professor would greet her or not.
Flame Lestrange - January 27, 2008 10:55 AM (GMT)
Flame had failed to turn up to the last defense lesson. She hadn't apologised to the teacher, nor did she want to. In fact, she much preferred the idea of ignoring him completely and that is what she did when she walked into his classroom, walked to the back of the room, and sat down. All the time she had a commanding look around her, as if daring him to chalenge her. She was not in the mood.
