*Logan had been waiting in the entrance hall for nearly ten minutes. He had been terrified of being late and had, instead, decided to be painfully early. He had opted for a nice pair of jeans, a collared shirt, and a jacket over it. He bounced on the balls of his feet, his back to the stairs. He hoped she would come soon. He was getting nervious.*

Jenna looked over herself one more time, just to make sure that she looked ok before leaving the common in a rush. She didn't want to be late. She had finally decided on her favorite pair of jeans, a pair of cute flats, and a light blue longs sleeve shirt with a jacket and a scarf. She'd been through more outfits than she could count trying to find something cute without looking like she was trying to hard. Finally she reached the Entrance Hall where she spotted Logan and a huge grin broke out on her face. "Hey there" she said as she reached him.

*Logan turned around when he heard Jenna's voice. He saw her and grinned.* "Hey...." *Logan walked to meet her* "You look wonderful." *He knew it was jsut something to say, but he really ment it. The shirt made her eyes seem bluer than they had appeared last time.* "Ready to go?"

Jenna's grin grew when he turned to look at her and complimented her. "Thanks. You look great too." She nodded, "Yup, I'm ready." She was kinda nervous, it was sad, but she hadn't been on a first date in a long time. She really hoped that it went well. "So where are we headed?" she asked curiously

*Logan went to the door and held it open for her as he spoke.* "There's a restaurant not far from my appartment building that serves good italian food. Or if you don't like italian food, there's a good chineese place pretty close by. The Italian Restaurant has reservations for us, but if you don't wanna go there then they can just deal with it." *He smiled and started walking with her down the path off the grounds towards Hogsmede*

"Italian sounds absolutely fantastic. It's one of my favorites," Jenna told him ahe walked through the door. The air was brisk and a bit of shock after being inside Hogwarts. She shuddered in the cold, taking a second to get used to it.

"It's one of my favorites too." *Something they had in common. His stomach did a little invollentary flip* "Not like I had much of a choice...my family's very italian." *He glanced over at her as she shivered* "Are you cold?" *He was prepared to giver her his coat if she said yes. It was a bit chilly out but it was the polite thing to do.*

Jenna looked up at him, her stomach doing another little flip. "Really? That's kinda cool. Is your family actually from Italy?" She asked, curious to know more about him. "No, no. I'm fine. The cold was just a bit of a shock after being inside all day. I'd forgotten how cold it was out here. I love winter though."

"I'm more of a fall person. i think winter's beautiful, but I'm not crazy about cold." *He explained alternating his gaze from the path to her.* "If you get too cold, just let me know, okay?" *He nodded and looked foward again* "Yeah, my parents met in Italy. They had both lived there. Then when my parents were married they moved here....and then a few years ago they moved back there together."

"Fall is an amazing time of year, with all the leaves beginning to fade from green to orange or yellow. Winter's nice when it snows, and springs pretty, too." She laughed softly, "So I guess I like all seasons. Don't worry, I'll let you know if I'm cold." She glanced at Logan every now and then, a grin still plastered on her face. "That's really cool. I've always wanted to go to Italy."

"Well, we have a beach house down there. If you wanted to, you could take your family there over summer vacation. It's pretty nice. I go down there a lot. Or maybe I could even take you there sometime. It's right on the beach." *He glanced over at her, hoping to catch her eye to see her reaction*

Jenna looked up at him a look of excitement in her eyes. "That would be completely amazing." She wasn't sure about taking her family up there, her parents probably wouldn't want to go anyways, but going with Logan would be absolutely fantastic, "I'm not sure if my parents would go for it, but I think that would be fun if you and I went together."

*Logan grinned and looked down at his feet* "I was really hoping you'd say that." *Right then they arrived at the restaurant. It was called Bella Notte. Logan, once again, held the door open for Jenna.* "After you..." *Once she was inside he shut the door and slid off his coat and held out a hand for hers to take.hers.*

"Excuse me sir, do you have reservations?"
"Uh, yes. Two for Corso." *He answered as he hung up the coats*
"Oh, yes sir. Right this way."
"Once the coats were hung up Logan joined Jenna as they were lead to their seats. A booth off to the side. Logan waited for Jenna to sit before he took his seat*

Jen beamed, but blushed and also looked down at her feet. When the reached the restaurant she looked, taking in the place as she went in, saying "thanks" to Logan as he held the door open for her. She took off her coat and scarf, handing them to him with a smile. "This place really nice." She followed the waitor and took a seat in the booth.

"You like it?" *He asked, pleased with himself for chosing a good restaurant. They took their seats and he opened up a menu.* "Yeah, I thought it was nice. It has good atmosphere, and the food's very authentic italian. Don't worry about the price." *He assured her, knowing that the food here was midly over priced.*

Jenna looked around before she picked up her own menu. "I do, it's really nice." As she read the food items she frowned slightly at the prices "Are you sure?" She asked looking up at him. She felt a little guilty spending that much money on food and would willingly pay for her own meal.

'Yeah, I'm positive. Seriously.It's worth it. And don't chose the cheapest thing on the menu. I'm not making great money, but I can afford to splurge on a nice meal every now and then." *He smiled and brought up an eyebrow in a faux expression of mischeviousness (is that a word? lol) and brought the menu up to cover his face.*

Jenna laughed at Logan's expression as he disappeared behind the menu. She shooked her head lsightly and went back to scanning the menu. She quite tempted to stick with plain old spaghetti, it was one of her favorites. "I think I'm going to get spaghetti, what about you?"

"I was thinking ither Spaghetti or Veal Parmesean." *He lowered the menu so they could discuss their owrders* "I tihnk I'll get the Veal, and then you can get the spaghetti, and you can have some of my veal if you want if I get a meatball." *He smiled and folded his menu.*

Jenna smiled. "Alright, that sounds like a good idea to me. I guess I could spare a meatball if you really really want one." She said, ending jokingly. "I've never had veal before..." She admitted as she closed her menu and looked up at Logan. "What is veal anyways?"

"I tihnk if I told you you won't want to try it." *He admitted, taking her menu and setting iton the edge of the table with his own.

Their waiter walked over and picked them up.* "Hi, my Name's Jason and I'll be your server. Can I start you off with something to drink?"

"Uh, yes, and we're ready to order as well. I'll have the veal parmesean. And just a glass of water without lemon to drink please. Thanks."

"Okay...Aaaand for you miss?"

"Really? It can't sound that bad, can it?" She laughed, but decided she'd try it anyways. It couldn't be as bad as it sounded, could it? In any case she was at least going to try a bite.

Jenna looked up at the server, "Can I please have the spaghetti, with a glass of water as well."

"I always feel guilty when I eat it." *He admitted* "It's baby cow. There was a farm not far from te house that I grew up in. And I used to help out over there. Normally working on a farm desensitizes you to the animals, but it did the opposite for me. Espiclly when i eat veal." *He half smiled* "It's really good though. I tihnk you'll like it."

Jenna looked back at Logan, she hadn't quite been expecting that response. "I think I would feel guilty if I ate it too. Though I'm still going to try it. I'm a bit of an animal lover myself.. . I don't really see you as a farm boy kind of guy" If she lived near a farm she probably would help out there, but, as nature had it, she lived in a very small town where neighbors lived a long ways away.

*Logan laughed and shook his head.* "No, not anymore, but I used to be. I changed when I came to Hogwarts. And then again when I ditched my first pair of curdories for a pair of studded jeans and a leather jacket." *He shrugged and grinned modestly* "It happens."

Jenna nodded, she supposed she had changed too, growing through certain phases. "So it does. I used to be one of those little girls with the perfect golden ringlets and pretty little dresses." She laughed, "But I grew out of that one quickly, thankfully." She'd gone through a lot of phases, the everything pink and fluffly phase, the tomboy phase, the preppy phase, and here she was.

*He smiled, thinking of Lea Pace. She was like that. He hoped she'd grow out of it too* "Yeah, I went through phases. I think this one's a bit more perminate though, with the tatoos and all." *He shrugged* "I mean, I guess I could grow up more....I don't know why'd I'd want to, but it's possible."

"Where's the fun in growing up?" Jen really didn't want to grow up, she didn't want to be old, some might say that she was even scared of growing old. If she could go to Neverland, she would. She smiled at the thought of Neverland, "Growing up is boring. Young is just more fun"

*Logan nodded in agreement* "I think if it ever got to the point that I was so old that I couldn't walk and I was on breathing assistance and such I'd get myself a wheelchair andd roll off the nearest cliff." *He grinned and took a sip of the water that had just been placed in front of him.*

Jenna laughed and nodded, "I think that sounds like a very good idea. It's not really living once you get to that point." It was funny how they agreed on most things and saw things the same way. She took a sip of her water and looked at Logan, a smile still on her face.

*Logan was about to comment on that fact when the food was brought over.* "That was quick..." *He said, moving his water out of the way so they would have room for the foo.*

"The Veal parmesean for you sir, and the spaghetti for the lady. Enjoy." *Te waited turned ad left.*

*Logan picked up a fork and knife and cut about 1/3 of the veal and put it on one of the little B&B plates and slid it over to her.* "There you go. Try it."

Jenna looked up at the waitor as he set the food down before her, "Thank you." she said automatically.

She looked at the veal, in two minds on whether to eat it or not. Finally she decided she would and took a small forkfull, tasting it nervously. "That's actually pretty good. I was kind of nervous on that one."

*Logan smied and nodded. She was so easy to be around. He wondered why he had been so worried about it in the first place.* "Yeah, it's really tender. It's nice. How's the spagheti?" *He asked, taking a bite of the veal. It was excellent.*

Jenna started on her spaghetti after a couple more bites of the veal. "The spaghetti's great, would you like some?" she offered. It was only fair anyways, since he'd given her some of his veai. She was feeling quite comfortable around Logan at this point, she'd been worried all afternoon about how the date would go.

*Logan shook his head and swallowed the veal he was chewing* "No, you can have it." *He smiled and took a drink of water.* "I'm glad it's good."


let's fast foward a bit while they eat.


*Logan finished up the last of his veal and set down the fork and knife on the plate.* "Ugh...I'm full......"

Jenna finished her last bite of spaghetti, she hadn't finished the whole things, but there was no way she could. "I'm stuffed. But that was some pretty good spaghetti" she said as she pushed her plate away a little bit and took a sip of water. "How was your veal?"

*Logan smiled and nodded* "It was excellent." *He stood and pushed in his chair.* "Ready to go?" *He glanced around, debating on if to pay up front of leave the money on the table. When he looked back at her he was hit with another jolt of nerviousness. The end of the date was coming. Should he heold her hand? Shoul they kiss?*

Jenna nodded, "Yup." She took one last sip of water and slid out of the booth. She saw the nervousness flash across Logan's face, causing her to smile. It was kind of sweet really. But she was nervous at this point too. The end of their first date was nearing and she wasn't quite sure what to do with herself. Would he hold her hand o even kiss her?

*Logan walked forward to the front desk and reached in his pocket for some coins to pay the bill. After the bill and the tip was paid, he felt as if his pockets weighed about 10 pounds less. But it had been worth it. Logan smiled at the host and turned away towards Jenna as he sighed, trying to clear his head and relax himself* "Ready?" *He reached for the coats, handing hers to her and sliding on his own.*

OC: haha I know right?

ic: Jenna followed him to the front of the resturaunt. She was still a little nervous, but was desperately trying to calm herself down. What could possibly go wrong anyways? She took her coat from Logan, sliding it on as she said, "Thanks" Once she was all buttoned up she looked up at Logan, smiling, and nodded. "Yup. I'm ready." She didn't really want to leave if it meant the date was over.
