Are those even still around on the forum? I was going to make my first character be a Death Eater for obvious reasons, it seemed to match him pretty well. But while browsing through the site I haven't heard anything concerning them. Can you still be one?

Death eaters do not exist any longer. You can have your character be a former death eater, though it's only realistic to have your character be an adult in this case. Basically the wizarding government has become corrupt at the hands of Coldstone Harshing. Former death eaters also have their own group in this plot, but there purpose is unknown at this point in time.

Actually, Death Eaters do exist, they're just the ones that remain from before. So yes, you can play a Death Eater character, but it can only be one of the canon ones that Adam has made available for the plot. The topic with the list of available characters and application can be found *here*.
