Title: Fun with Fire
Description: open to everybody and anybody!

Ravyn Singe - May 8, 2008 11:00 PM (GMT)
Ravyn coldly held her arms crossed. She couldn't find her twin anywhere, not like she had anything good to do. She knew Roby was here somewhere. God why did their mother love birds!? Ravyn shook off the thought. Birds and Y's. Pathetic.
Ravyn walked around the grounds in a pair of jeans and her favorite pink and black shirt. She stared at the lake a moment and walked on. Finding a nice tree she sat down and carefully plucked a blade of grass. She set it aflame and let it burn down to her fingers, and icy smile on her face. Ravyn looked up to see someone watching her. "Well?" She asked them, expectantly.

April Teagan - May 14, 2008 06:56 PM (GMT)
April watched as a girl wandered over and sat underneath her tree, and began setting peices of grass on fire. She watched interestingly for a few moments, perched high on a tree branch. She shuddered suddenly as the wind blew, and looked down again to find the girl staring at her.

The girl, around her age, she expected, addressed her calmly. April chuckled quietly and jumped to the ground, landing easily, and crushed herself off. She folded herself neatly onto the ground, into Indian style, and looked over to her companion.

"I'm April. I see you like fire," she noted, glancing over to the charred peices that were no longer grass but rather ashes. She laughed again.

Ravyn Singe - May 15, 2008 11:08 PM (GMT)
Ravyn narrowed her eyes as she saw the girl land next to her.
April. Just as bad as being named after a bird. Tsk, so terrible.
Ravyn relaxed, but it was all fake. A soft smiled put it's presence on her almost perfect face.
"April? Lovely. My name is Ravyn and I don't believe that just because I burn grass means I like fire. I prefer Ice, and I dislike grass." Ravyn kept her far too innocent look for another moment, then smirked.
"You think that just because we come from the same house I should be polite? Surley not!" Ravyn smiled.
Ravyn. Make friends and be nice. Everything does not revolve around you. The small voice that was in her head told her. Ravyn forced herself to not scream.
"Pardon, hasn't been the best of days. I suppose I should be more polite." She said, forcing a smile.

April Teagan - May 15, 2008 11:19 PM (GMT)
April listened to the girl and shook her head. She was a bit weird, it seemed to April. She laughed to herself quickly at the attempt for the girl to be nice.

"I'm wondering... what the grass did to you," April wondered aloud, grazing her fingertips along the edges of the still green grass. She brought out her wand, and set a peice of fire as well, and then, in interest for the girl, turned a section of grass into ice.

"If you like ice... well... create ice then." With another flick of her wand, the ice had melted under another shot of fire. April laughed coldly, and turned back to the Ravyn.

"And you have an interesting name. I think I like it."

Ravyn Singe - May 16, 2008 01:26 AM (GMT)
Ravyn rolled her eyes, "It gave me some fun summers when I was six. I hate everything, from age 0 to age 6." Ravyn's eyes turned cold as the piece of grass in her hand shattered into several pieces of ice.
Calm Down. That was the past. Calm Down.
Ravyn forced herself to calm down.
"If you like my name, you can definatly have it. I don't want it at all. My mom had this creepy thing for birds. She ended up commiting suicide." Ravyn said, cooly, as if this was no big deal for her.
TOO much imformation!!!

"So, What year are you April?" Ravyn asked, for the sake of conversation.

April Teagan - May 16, 2008 01:33 AM (GMT)
OOC- I laughed outloud on that one.

IC-

April shuddered at the mention of suicide and turned away from the girl slightly, temporarily unable to make a comment back. She scuffed her boots into the dirt and then looked back at Ravyn.

"Interesting. I'm sorry for your loss, then." She paused, not sure what to say again. She looked into the sky for another moment and then turned back again.

"And I'm in 5th year. What about you?" April was desperate to distract this girl from any anger outbursts. Her hand gripped her wand nervously in her pocket.

Ravyn Singe - May 16, 2008 02:24 AM (GMT)
OOC - I love playing Ravyn. She's very... to the point.
Which I'm definatly... not.

IC-

"Don't be. I never liked her anyway. My sister does. Did. Whatever the correct term may be." Ravyn shrugged.
You are a very Bipolar person.
Am not.
Yes you are. And I won't argue with you. NOW MAKE FRIENDS.
"Third year. I really want to go to that French school but my Father wants me to make sure my twin doesn't get into any trouble. She was bad enough in public school." Ravyn smirked slightly thinking of all the "tall tales" She'd told everybody that Robyn did. Robyn really wasn't a trouble maker but if Ravyn had a choice in it, she deffinatly was.
"She liked to get into...fights." Ravyn sighed, although it was fake, April would not be able to tell.

April Teagan - May 16, 2008 07:01 PM (GMT)
April listened to Ravyn's complaints about her twin and smirked at that. Well, if the other one got into trouble, she could see why they were twins. That wasn't a nice thought, however.

"Well, it's good that you two are sticking together. I thought twins were always alike though. Hmm. Are you two, polar opposites or something?"

She stared out over the grounds for a moment, prodding more grass into flames and enjoying the ways the flames licked at points of grass before April doused them with water. She sighed and looked back at Ravyn, not wanting to ignore the girl.

Ravyn Singe - May 17, 2008 10:14 AM (GMT)
Ravyn thougt on this a moment. She had never realized what opposites she and her twin really were. She frowned.
"I guess we're polar opposites. We've both got birds names and come from the same family but I think thats the only thing that's the same about us." Ravyn watched April play with the grass. She sighed.

ooc: Sorry so short

April Teagan - May 17, 2008 02:48 PM (GMT)
April could tell this whole, twin thing, bothered the girl very much. She understood the concept- she hated her sister as well. Stuck up, smart, full of it... April sighed.

"I got a relationship like that... my sister. She may not be my twin but, she's still just as annoying, let me tell you."

She looked at the grass again, wishing she was still up in the tree, spying on the girl. She giggled at that, because it was rude. It was no time to be anti-social.

"Sorry to go off like that. Obviously, you must have it harder with a twin whose so different. I always thought twins get along so well, like they were... I'm not sure. Best friends?"

Ravyn Singe - May 18, 2008 06:02 PM (GMT)
"I'm sorry. Sisters are really but a nuisancey." Ravyn smirked and shrugged.
"But no need to apologize. See, I hate my sister for one very good reason. My fathers will. We are basically fighting over who gets all of our Father's money and property. And, right now I'm winning. Robyn is written out of the will and she had better shape up if she wants to beat me. It sounds dreadfull but, it really isn't that bad." Ravyn shrugged again.

April Teagan - May 18, 2008 06:28 PM (GMT)
"But wouldn't you share with your twin, even if you did get the money from the will?"

April wasn't sure if she liked Ravyn. She hated her sister, heavens yes, but she would still give her a little cut of the money... Well maybe she wouldn't.

"Well, then again, I might not share it with my sister. But she's not my twin either. I guess I see where you're coming from. Does she hate you too?"

Ravyn Singe - May 18, 2008 11:03 PM (GMT)
Ravyn smirked.
Share? I don't ever share. It's unlike me!
You should try it some time...
Shut up you intterupting monster.
Shutting up? I don't ever shut up. It's unlike me!
Ravyn hated that voice. Didn't even have a name or gender but was just some stalked she'd had forever.
"I don't share. With anyone. So I wouldn't share with Robyn. She's... destructive. And a horrid influence. I would stay away, really." Ravyn said this meaning every word.
"And I wouldn't doubt that she did. I mean why should she have a reason to love me? In all seriousness, if Robyn loved me she must live in her own twisted world."Ravyn shrugged, frowning deeply.

April Teagan - May 18, 2008 11:09 PM (GMT)
The tone in Ravyn's voice scared April, just a teeny bit. She could see why she was in Slytherin, that's for sure. Then again, there was an evil side to everyone, mostly. But the house shone through on this one.

"I see what you're saying... well, if you're both happy hating each other, then it must not be a big deal I guess."

April laughed and then said, "Before you talk, it looks like you're having a conversation with yourself in your head. It's very funny."

Ravyn Singe - May 18, 2008 11:33 PM (GMT)
Ha! She see's more than you think!
Shut it Mr. No-it-all
Bah, shutting up is for mortals.

"I have a voice in my head. It doesn't tell my what to do so don't freak out. I'm not crazy, it just talks to me. Invades my thoughts, makes me mad alot of the time... yea." Ravyn shrugged.
You're too kind

"But again I say, I'm not insane." Ravyn sent April a Tell-anybody-I-will-kill-you look. "But we all have our quirks don't we?" She asked, innocence smuthering her voice.

OOC: I just realized. My birthday is soon! Woo!
