It was that time of the week again, Saturday, the weekend. Which meant obviously no classes, so there was more free time and more accidents. Obviously it was one of the busiest days in the hospital wing and they needed extra help... Despite having a bit of a muddle for a life lately Fawne would never give up on the chance to help out and so it would perhaps explain why she virtually jumped at the offer when asked over breakfast.

It had been at least two months since she had last gotten to help out in the hospital wing and she had kind of missed it. Finding the job entertaining and distracting. She was that happy to help out again she'd even gone out of her way and changed into an all white outfit in some sort of irony nurse outfit; a white sun dress, white shoes and white headband.

She'd been helping out since her third year when she seemed to end up in there a lot and the discovered she wasn't a bad little helper. She didn't exactly get to heal people, though she had picked up a few things but nothing she was putting into practise any time soon. It was more of a cleaning task, minor help here and there and keeping the injured company. That was the bit Fawne enjoyed most, talking to the patients, no matter how odd the topic or patient she was always happy to talk.

As it was however it was still rather quiet in the Hospital wing, after all it was still the morning. And the day was looking to be a bright one, which meant more outdoors injuries but less people cooped up casting spells at one and another. Unfortunately this meant Fawne had very little to do and had taken to remaking the empty beds in the muggle fashion. She was in need of some company.

*Melanie had come down to the Hospital Wing to take her medicine, because apparently the school saw her as too irresponsible to know how to do that, despite that fact that she had been taking it daily at the same time for more than a year. Stupid schools....It was probably her history that made them do that. She grimaced at the thought as she walked down the last bit of the corridor and entered the Hospital Wing. She walked straight to the cabinet where it was kept and didn't bother to ask permission before going inside and taking out the containers with her name clearly labeled on them and taking the proper dose of the medicine inside. It wasn't a chore anymore...more like habit.

Only after putting the medicine away did she look around for Simner. She needed him to be there so badly right now. Naturally, he wasn't, and she couldn't help but be disappointed. There was someone, though. Melanie only knew her because they were in the same house, but she had talked to the girl before. At any rate, she needed someone to talk to, and she was a nice girl, however odd. She walked over to her and hoped for the best.*

Melanie:"Hi Fawne." *she greeted with a half-hearted smile. Not because she wasn't happy that she was there, more because she was generally not in a happy situation.*

She had been at the other side of the room when Mel had entered the hospital wing, still remaking one of the beds near the window. It would perhaps explain why she didn't even glance at Mel nor note the fact she had taken any medication, without asking permission to do so.

It wasn't until Mel walked over and spoke to her that she even realised another pupil was here. Her mouth formed a little 'oh' shape from being shocked a little but it didn't last long as a small half smile set itself upon her lips in replacement. She turned her full attention to Mel, satisfied the bed was made correctly as it was.

"Oh hello Melanie, it is glorious to see you." she had allways had a habit for saying full names and yet even in her normal detached tone she sounded sincere. "Oh rather it is glorious to see you, if you are unharmed. Do you require help?"

*Melanie's smile was true this time. Fawne was so genuine and charming, how could she not?*
Melanie:"I need some help with loneliness is all." *she replied, fully aware of how stupid that probably sounded, but not minding. Fawne would probably be one of the last people in the world to care.*"Would you be able to be of assistance?" *she joked*

She smiled more openly at Mel, the half smile vanishing into a brighter one. She turned a little and sat on the bed she had just made, not caring it was now a creased mess again. She patted the space at the side of her in invitation before speaking in her normal soft tones.

"I would be delighted to help, perhaps that is something you wish to talk about?"
