Relationship background: I would say that they are most likely friends or acquaintances. They have probably have classes together and talked some. Ariel is always cautious around men due to her mother's numerous affairs and she doesn't trust them easily. For them to be really good friends Zeke would have to overcome Ariel's natural distrust for wizards.

Relationship background: Zeke and Andrej met during their first year at the sorting. Both expressed interest in being placed in Ravenclaw.

Both being Muggleborn have a lot in common, as well as speaking different languages of where their parents come from.

Perhaps they have gone on many adventures throughout their time at Hogwarts.

Since Andrej generally has no friends, he considers his relationship with Zeke pretty strong. But what does he know?

Relationship background: Melanie and Zeke met one day on the grounds when Mel was in need of a little cheering up. Their friendship budded off of the fact that Zeke was willing to be there for her when she felt like no one else was. They've grown closer together ever since. And now, because of how nice Zeke has been to her...Mel has a bit of a crush on him. The problem is, she's not sure if it's real or if it's just another one of her recent obsessions....

Relationship background: Edith and Zeke met in the Ravenclaw common room when they were quite new at Hogwarts, and got on immediately due to their shared mischievousness and usual dislike of social situations. They did not spend much time together for years, but when they were 14 they started talking more, and whilst not being very close, they both miss eachother when the other is not around for a while, and have been known to pull pranks on the other students when they can get away with it (because no Ravenclaw would be stupid enough to get caught)
