Title: Slytherin Table
Description: roby

April Teagan - May 27, 2008 06:49 PM (GMT)
OOC: I hate titles :)

IC:

April and Robyn made thier way down to the Great Hall. It was definately time for dinner, and besides, it was past due time to get away from Ravyn, in April's opinion. Not to be mean to Robyn's twin, but... that girl needed to sort out some anger problems.

She lead Robyn to the Slytherin table and plopped onto the wooden bench. There weren't many people around, dinner was nearing the end, and most people came early, being so hungry and all. She pulled a plate towards her and piled it with steak and potatoes, which seemed like a good meal for her.

"So, I was wondering, does your sister take anger management? Or maybe she just needs some Midol..."

Robyn Singe - May 27, 2008 07:02 PM (GMT)
OOC: Yea, I know. Me too.

IC:

Robyn had put down Ana, who followed Robyn obidiently. She sat down and carefully took a plate and a simple roll. She nibbled on the bread as April asked a question.
"She did. Or does. Or didn't. I'm not sure. She hasn't got a reason to take Midol yet..." Robyn shrugged and continued to nibble on her roll. She put three more on her plate.
Robyn really like bread.

April Teagan - May 27, 2008 07:10 PM (GMT)
"Well, she ought to be on Midol anyways. Maybe we should just Silencio her..." April trailed off, and watched Robyn pick at a bread roll. It was curious. April didn't like it; it seemed like Robyn didn't eat, and that wasn't very healthy. Though, she didn't want to judge.

"Is that all you're eating...?" she asked. "Not to be rude."

April didn't want to be mean to the girl; she had clearly a lot going on. Which may explain why she was stressed ouit, and when you're stressed you don't eat or sleep. At least, she thought so. She was also jumping to conclusions.

Robyn Singe - May 27, 2008 07:16 PM (GMT)
Robyn shrugged, "I guess." And picked up another roll, biting into it. The next question forced Robyn to bite too hard on the piece of bread, and she hurt her tooth.
"Ow..." She sighed, "Yes it is all I intend to eat." Robyn said sharply, "I'm not very hungry. I'll eat a heavy breaktfast anyway." Robyn took a sip of her water. Robyn didn't like sweet foods except for soda and chocolate chip cookies.

April Teagan - May 27, 2008 07:20 PM (GMT)
April picked up a bread roll too and bit into it slowly, sure not to damage her teeth like Robyn did. She munched it quietly and agreed; good bread. She picked at the bread roll and her food silently for a moment.

"Well, good. Breakfast is definately important."

She sighed, seeming like the motherly type again, which she never was. She looked around the table to see if anyone else was listening, or if Ravyn had stalked them here. Coast was clear.

"You seem quiet. Something up?" she tried to ask casually.

Robyn Singe - May 27, 2008 07:23 PM (GMT)
Robyn nodded to agree, but knew what April was thinking. Her doctors thought she was anarexic, her psychitrist thought she was bulimic. They thought she didn't eat, or when she did she would puke it out. They made her maids watch her eat, and had camera's in all Robyn's bathrooms to make sure she wasn't doing something she shouldn't be. Robyn had hated it, she threw rocks at the cameras and screamed at the maids.
Robyn returned from the memory to hear April ask a question.
"Just... thinking." Robyn told her, truthfully. She took another bite into her bread, although it was more like a mouses nibble.

April Teagan - May 27, 2008 07:40 PM (GMT)
April watched her curiously. she seemed to be off in her own world, although she didn't seem to even notice that. She took tiny nibbles. It worried April. There she went with being motherly again. She really just needed to let the girl have some space.

"Eat bigger bites, how bout that?" she asked, trying to sound like she was joking. She would have loved to force food down the girl's throat. She was very skinny, and although there was nothing wrong with that, since she was skinny also, there was indeed a problem with not eating.

"Bread isn't fattening, promise you. You could do with a little weight though."

Robyn Singe - May 27, 2008 07:45 PM (GMT)
Robyn sent April a look, much like Ravyn's own death look, for the joke. She took a bigger bite of her bread, and swallowed it, dramatizing it a bit.
"I don't care what has fat and what doesn't. I'm skinny, I have a fast matabalism (sp?) . I'm not hungry, and I like bread." Robyn told her angrily. She hated being asked about her weight. She weighed 100 pounds and that was WAY underwieght. But her mother had been the exact same way.

April Teagan - May 27, 2008 07:51 PM (GMT)
OOC: If you're in 3rd year, then you're 13-14. I was less than 100 pounds at that age. >.<

IC:

April was taken aback, but that was what she got for being intrusive and rude.

"Point well taken," she said quietly, eating her steak for a moment and trying not to look at Robyn's angry facial features. "Sorry to be rude, of course."

April had been severely reminded of Ravyn there ,and she definately wanted to avoid that at all costs. The twins were very different, but she could see how quickly Robyn could become like her sister if provoked. She'd keep it in mind.

"Jeesh, you scared me like Ravyn does," she said jokingly, hoping she was forgiven.

Robyn Singe - May 27, 2008 07:56 PM (GMT)
OOC: Yea... she's 14 and... my 14 year old friends are skinny and weigh at LEAST 115 pounds. :)

IC:

Robyn smiled at April's joke.
"Sorry it's a sensitive subject. All my doctors thought something was wrong with me because of my weight." Robyn shrugged, "I'm just skinny."
Robyn took a chocolate chip cookie from the table and it dissapeared quickly.
"But I eat like normal. Just, I don't eat many sweets, just chocolate chip cookies and soda. Only sweets I eat and drink." Robyn took another cookie and it too disapeared.

April Teagan - May 27, 2008 08:06 PM (GMT)
April watched as Robyn devoured several chocolate chip cookies. Every girl liked cookies, especially with chocolate in them. Yum. April grabbed a few and nibbled on them as well, happy that Robyn was at least eating something.

"Well, that's me too. I don't gain weight at all... but whatever. Moving on. So, whose smarter, you or Ravyn? Twins fascinate me."

Robyn Singe - May 27, 2008 08:10 PM (GMT)
Robyn grinned as April took several cookies and ate them.
"Which one's smarter? I think it's an even match. I'm not saying I am because I don't think I'm that smart anyway. Don't ask Ravyn, she'll tell you that she's the smarter one." Robyn smirked. She sighed, "I dunno which one it smarter though. New question!"

April Teagan - May 27, 2008 08:14 PM (GMT)
April laughed. Twins probably WERE matched evenly in intelligience.

"Fair enough... Did you two used to wear the same outfits when you were little? Like, your mother would match you guys so no one oculd tell you apart? I've seen muggle parents do that in London."

Robyn Singe - May 27, 2008 08:16 PM (GMT)
Robyn shook her head, "No I lived with my mom and Ravyn livved with my dad. My parents were divorced. So we never wore the same clothes, I don't think. And we stopped looking alike when I died my hair bubblegum pink when I was seven and Ravyn demanded her hair to be brown." Robyn shrugged, "New question."

April Teagan - May 27, 2008 08:20 PM (GMT)
April put her head on the table for a moment so it wouldn't be as obnoxious to Robyn as she started cracking up. She looked up a Robyn for a second and burst into a fit of giggles.

"Sorry, but... I'm trying to imagine you with bubblegum pink hair..." she said, trailing off. She had tears in her eyes.

"Okay... okay... seriously now. Who do you think is prettier, you or her?"

This was a funnier one. She was sure what Robyn would say; somehoe skirt around the question and continue to make April ask another one. But April really wanted to know what she thought.

Robyn Singe - May 27, 2008 08:26 PM (GMT)
Robyn rolled her eyes, "I was SEVEN!! And my hair was that... 50's bob style thing. It was actually rather cute. I'll show you a picture later." Robyn grinned, knowing it was funny.
"Who's prettier? Ravyn is, but I don't think I'm that pretty to begin with. New question!" Robyn grinned, knowing this was probably not the answer April had expected.

April Teagan - May 27, 2008 08:34 PM (GMT)
April sat stunned for a moment, shaking her head.

"You need some higher self esteem, don't you? You are very pretty, and I personally think you're prettier than Ravyn. That's just my opinion though," she said, smirking. She was trying to think of another question for her.

"So, let me ask you this. Ravyn is daddy's favorite, and you were mommy's favorite?" she asked in a little kid's voice, trying to make the deeper question still light and funny.

Robyn Singe - May 27, 2008 08:38 PM (GMT)
"Yea well, I don't so there." Robyn stuck out her tounge and crossed her eyes. She put her face back to normal and winked, showing she was kidding.
"I was mommy's favorite. In fact my mother didn't even LIKE Ravyn. She didn't like how Ravyn treated people and she didn't like how my father treated people. That's why they got divorced, my father was still in love with her but she couldn't love someone who couldn't treat people, muggles mostly, with respect. That's why daddy, I mean my father, doesn't like me much. I act and look alot more like my mother than my sister." Robyn shrugged, "Neither will admit to that."

April Teagan - May 27, 2008 08:43 PM (GMT)
"I can imagine..." she said, drifting off into her own thoughts for a second.

"I'm daddy's favorite, in my house. Mom likes my sister a little better, but they're both a teeny bit headstrong and a little full of it. Whatever. We aren't twins, so it's not nearly the same."

"Your mother must have been very nice and everything, if you're anything like her. I sort of... shudder to meet your father. Though I'm sure Ravyn isn't as bad as you make her out to be," April replied, trying to make the best out of what seemed like a horrid relationship of the twins.

"Moving on... next question... what do you want to do when you grow up? Not your sister... you."

Robyn Singe - May 27, 2008 08:48 PM (GMT)
Robyn grinned, "My mother was in Gryffindor, but for the longest time she didn't tell my dad and when she did he was too much in love to care." Robyn shrugged, "So yea, she was kind. And obviously brave, she married my father and took care of me!"
Robyn thought for a moment on April's next question.
"I want to be of the human race. Hopefully I won't mutate. I may tho." Robyn smirked at her own answer.

April Teagan - May 27, 2008 08:53 PM (GMT)
April started laughing again. Damn Robyn and never having a clear answer to anything. She always managed to beat around the bush with eveyrhting she said. Well, almost everything.

"Verry funny. I hardly think you're about to sprout wings and feelers. Answer the damn question," she said forceuflly, but still laughing.

"Then you can ask me one, in return."

Robyn Singe - May 27, 2008 08:55 PM (GMT)
Robyn smirked, "I DID answer the question. That all I know right now. I just want to be of the human species, but that's as far as I have planned." Robyn shrugged.
"Okay, how many guys do you have a fancy for and who are they?" Robyn asked, "And you may return the question once you answer it."

April Teagan - May 27, 2008 09:01 PM (GMT)
April gulped at that one. She wasn't sure, but maybe. Eh, what the hell. She didn't ask for specifics.

"Two. And no, I'm not telling you wish two. Smartie." April smirked at her.

"fine, answer your own question. How many?"

Robyn Singe - May 27, 2008 09:06 PM (GMT)
Robyn grinned, and held out one finger.
"And I'll tell you who it is too!" Robyn paused and lowering her voice told her, "Zane Hart." She smirked, "I've got a bit more nerve than you." Robyn stuck out her tounge.

April Teagan - May 27, 2008 09:14 PM (GMT)
April laughed. Zane Hart? Interesting. He was nice enough, for a Slytherin anyways.

"Zane? I like his cat, Pudding. Very cute. And yes, you are a bit more daring than I."

"Your turn to ask me a question, dolt."

Robyn Singe - May 27, 2008 10:24 PM (GMT)
"Yea, he told me about Pudding when Ana attacked his pockets and stole some chocolate." Robyn smiled thinking about it. She zoned out for a moment, but then came back.
"Sorry just thinking. Okay my turn... umm. Who's your favorite Professor?" Robyn asked.

April Teagan - May 27, 2008 10:31 PM (GMT)
April laughed at the small anecdote about two cats. How she adored cats.

"You and Zane really make me wish I had brought my kitten from home. I really do mis sher now, after playing with Pudidng and Ana." April sighed, longingly.

"Who's your favorite Professor?" robyn asked, and April smiled. Easy one.

"Easy. The Potions professor, Gen Rasmuse. I met her in Hogmeade once, and we've seen each other around a lot. She's quite the kid at heart, really."

"Screw Professors... favorite subject?"

Robyn Singe - May 27, 2008 10:42 PM (GMT)
Robyn laughed, "I'm sorry you left yours at home April!" Robyn shrugged.
"I like her too, she gave me vodka at the dance. Only a little bit tho." Robyn bit her lip, "It's between potions and flying lessons but I only like flying lessons because I like to fly." Robyn rolled her eyes.
"Okay, favorite color?"

April Teagan - May 27, 2008 10:47 PM (GMT)
"I like her too, she gave me vodka at the dance. Only a little bit tho." Robyn said, biting her lip. April had to laugh.

"You too! She gave me Firewhiskey at Hogsmeade... well then again she was a bit trashed herself..."

"Okay, favorite color?"

April sighed. Too much of an easy question.

"Green, of course. Not just because of Slytherin, though. I've always loved the color. Especially lime green. I like to be obnoxious. Can't you tell? I like red too... the color of blood," she said creepily. She shuddered for a moment.

"You've lived all over so... favorite place you've been, other than here?"

Robyn Singe - May 27, 2008 11:47 PM (GMT)
Robyn grinned, "Yea well, I'm not good at asking questions!"
Robyn commented.
"Umm... New York definatly New York." Robyn shrugged, "I never said I liked England either." Robyn smiled, "Okay um... What's your plans for the future?" Robyn asked.

April Teagan - May 27, 2008 11:57 PM (GMT)
"Well, that's a good question, then." April took a deep breath, trying to decide what to tell her. She culd talk forever about the futue even though it freaked her out a bit.

"The future... plans for the future... Well, I want to go to France right after graduation. I'm also looking forward to visiting other countries later on, maybe Japan, Spain. Definately America once again. I might think of teaching her or at another school... I like Potions and History of Magic. Or maybe, I'll be an Auror of some sort. Too many options, not enough reasoning to decide."

"So, tell me, what's wrong with England? That's your question."

Robyn Singe - May 28, 2008 12:06 PM (GMT)
Robyn laughed, "So basically you want to visit all of my houses? 'Cause I can arrange that this summer. Which sadly is so close..." Robyn trailed off, loosing her train of thought.
"Anyway, I don't have many friends in London, it's too rainy and too stuffy. And my father has too many friends in london which means party after party after FREAKING party." Robyn laughed.
"Mmkk... what ARE you planning for this summer." Robyn asked, a small smile on her lips, she was thinking of something...

April Teagan - May 28, 2008 07:51 PM (GMT)
April laughed, understanding Robyn's lack of enthusiasm. "I know what you mean about the parties... they get a little repeptitive after your 400th one..."

"What ARE you planning for this summer?" Robyn asked her, and April chuckled, shaking her head.

"Nothing, really. Going back home to the boring old mansion, I suppose." April thought Robyn had a bit of a twinkle in her eyes, and she might be up to something.

"Why...?" she asked cautiously.

Robyn Singe - May 28, 2008 08:46 PM (GMT)
Robyn grinned, "Good, nothing too important. If we get it cleared with your parents and... well my dad won't mind, I bet I could take you to MOST of my houses! Seriously, it would be fun AND we don't have to deal with Ravyn, I have my own jet and it's pretty big... so yea." Robyn laughed. "If... you want to." She added, her smile falling.

April Teagan - May 28, 2008 08:50 PM (GMT)
April's face fell.

"What's a jet?" she asked stupidly, and then shook it off. "Yeah, I'd love to come! That'd be fun. You know, it'd be nice to meet all these people you're talking about. Your dad really wouldn't mind? I'll bet Ravyn has a kinniption."

Robyn Singe - May 28, 2008 08:57 PM (GMT)
"A jet is a plane. It's how we travel without the muggles being suspicious. They are a bit... on the expensive side but whatever." Robyn shrugged, "And Ravyn won't even notice, she'll be off with Penelope, who I think goes to the school again.... she's mean you wouldn't like her." Robyn smirked, and then laughed, "But it would be great if you could come!"

April Teagan - May 28, 2008 09:06 PM (GMT)
"Yeah, it would definately be fun! And I could save you from Ravyn and this... Penelope girl. Anyone that is friends with your sister doesn't seem like they'd make a great traveling companion."

April thought that this trip would be a good time. She had never really seen the world; not the way Tyler had. It would be good to get away also. She knew she'd be bored all summer, with her sister going to work too, and Tyler already working. She sighed. She was lucky Robyn had offered. She hadn't even thought about summer plans.

"I'll have to ask my parents, but I'm sure they won't have too much of a problem with it. Im sure my dad knows your dad from somewhere..."

Robyn Singe - May 28, 2008 09:12 PM (GMT)
"They won't travel with US. They will travel with Daddy. So we don't have to worry about them. We'll go to New York first of course, my closest friends are there and and..." Robyn stopped a minute, "I bet they DO know each other, but if they don't I bet it will okay." Robyn was excited, none of her friends had gone to her other houses. "But you have to owl your parents."

April Teagan - May 28, 2008 10:31 PM (GMT)
"I will, as soon as we get back to the dorm. I don't feel like walking all the way to the Owelery right now," she said, laughing. "I'm a bit lazy."

April was now excited about the prospect of staying with Robyn all summer. It would be a relief to get away from her sister and her family for a long period of time. She had never really gone away with just a friend before either, not even Tyler. So, it would be her first adventure. She had to admit, it would be nice to see France before she had originally planned, and get used to her surroundings.

Robyn Singe - May 29, 2008 12:47 PM (GMT)
Robyn laughed, and tugged on a strand of hair, "Okay, good. This'll be exciting. Never had a friend come to most of my houses." Robyn admitted. She wondered if she'd make April terribly bored and realilzed, she'd PROMISED Alana to go see her in Wicked.
"We have to go to a musical in New York tho, I promised Alana."
