Casey wandered confidently down the corridors towards the kitchens. She had made many trips to the kitchens, particularly at night when a midnight snakc would fit her mood. But today it was midafternoon and she was starving. Having missed lunch, she hadn't eaten in ages, and Casey was the type to eat all the time, though it never showed. Once she reached the kitchens she asked the house eleves for some cookies and a glass of milk. So it wasn't healthy, or very filling. But who could pass up cookies and milk?

There was no way Jesse was going to Muggle Studies today. He was way too hungry. Where else to go but the kitchen. When he arrived, Casey was there eating some cookies and having some milk.

*Oh man, I'm so in on this!* he thought to himself.

"Hey Case! I see great minds think alike!" he said to Casey with a small laugh.

Casey looked up when she heard someone else come in. She smiled when she recognized Jesse. Cookies and milk were so much better when there was someone there to share them with. Company was usually a plus.

She laughed. "Apparently great minds do think alike. But isn't that a bit of a stretch for you Jesse? I mean, I wouldn't really say that you had a great mind..." She said jokingly.

"Anyways, wanna cookie? You really can't say no to a cookie." She said, offering the plate to him before she took a seat on the floor, right where she'd been standing. The floor was obviously clean, the house elves lived down there, so she didn't care.
