Title: Trip to the World
Description: Ravyn, April, Penelope and invite.
Robyn Singe - May 30, 2008 12:40 PM (GMT)
The flight with April had been good. It was interesting seeing how April had never been on a private jet before. Robyn had wanted to laugh at her. But now, the door slowly opened up to the bright sunshine and Robyn led April down the stairs.
They were in New York City.
Four teenagers stood around grinning. The brunette with long straight hair ran up to Robyn. "Roby! Roby's home!" Alana let her go and looked at April.
Robyn grinned, "Guys this is April, she's from school." Robyn smiled.
"I'm Alana and Roby didn't you bring any hot Boarding school boys?" Alana asked.
"Alana, I'm your boyfriend isn't that enough?" Brandon came up and gave Robyn a quick hug. "I'm Brandon." Brandon introduced himself. Ameria came up and gave Robyn a hug, "Hola nina. Me madre is just waiting for you to watch la chico." Ameria grinned and Robyn laughed."I'm Ameria." She introduced herself.
Robyn looked at Tristan curiously, "Tristan, you okay?" She asked raising her eyebrows.
"I need to talk to you."
"Now?"
"NO next year! Yes now."
Robyn held up a finger and said "Hang on guys, Tristan's being Mr.Mysterious."
Tristan crossed his arms, "Your going to a wizarding school, you're a witch and you didn't tell me."
"What!?"
"My parents told me. I've been homeschooled wizardry for years. I thouht you were just a muggle."
"What!?"
"Roby is that all you can say."
"Well... yea! You're gonna blow up on me for not telling YOU but you never told ME." Robyn frowned, crossing her own arms.
"And there's another thing."
"What Tristan, are you an animagus too?" Robyn smirked.
"No. I love you."
"WHAT!?"
"Gawd Roby." Then her kissed her. Tristan kissed her. Robyn blushed and pulled away. "I have guests loverboy." She told him winking. Brandon booed, "That was LAME! It didn't hardly last even THREE seconds!" The other New Yorkers laughed. Robyn came to April, "Welcome to New York, were obviously dreams CAN come true."
April Teagan - May 31, 2008 06:39 PM (GMT)
April was still trying to digest the plane ride, which had made her feel very sick, when they got off. The sunlight burned her eyes, and the sound of crazy screams hurt her ears. There were suddenly muggles everywhere, tackling and hugging Robyn and cracking jokes. God, she hadn't even been in America for two minutes and was already witnessing thier culture.
Robyn took time to introduce everyone to her, but April was still confused by the surrounding. She looked aound blankly for awhile, and felt awkward while Robyn went to talk to Tristan. She watched thier little fight, which ended up in a kiss for Robyn, and then Robyn came back.
"Welcome to New York, were obviously dreams CAN come true!" Robyn said, giggling over her kiss with Tristan. April rolled her eyes but laughed, trying to fit in. She felt terribly out of place. She hoped she would settle into this a lot faster. She didn't have too many friends who were girls.
"It's nice. Guess you got what you wanted, huh? What did Tristan tell you?" she asked, hoping she could find out. She had gotten much of the conversation, but she wasn't sure what the fight had been about. She smiled anyways, not wanting Robyn to think that she wasn't having a good time.
Robyn Singe - May 31, 2008 07:56 PM (GMT)
Robyn smiled at April's much expected response. Robyn knew New York was ALOT to take in and she also knew that all her friends were POUNDS to take in. She had planned it out well.
" Tell you later." Robyn told her, still smiling. " Okay guys, I hate to do this to you but you know I've got to take some time to unpack and settle in. I'm gonna go home and April and I can meet you up later... tomorrow. Or tonight depending on how I feel." Robyn said sternly to them all.
Alana stuck out her tongue, "You didn't bring any hot guys I may not WANT to hang out with you tomorrow." She sounded extremely serious. Robyn rolled her eyes, "Getting in character?"
"Maybe." Alana said, smirking. Robyn looked over in an opposite direction, and saw her limo and Charles, the driver/butler.
" Come on April, we gotta get to my house." Robyn led her to the car and slid into the back seat.
"My friends are ALOT to take in, I know." Robyn grinned. Sara, her maid carefully got in. "Mistress, Ameria got you and Alana a present. Or, she says it's a present..." Sara handed Robyn a card.
Robyn opened it up and it merely stated:
PARTY! Tomorrow night, 10pm till daylight! Drinks will be provided, drinks of the correct variety.
Robyn smiled, "Ameria always gives the best. April you think tomorrow you'll be up for a party? Or, do your parents not let you do that? They won't have firewhiskey... but they'll have the muggle stuff."
April Teagan - May 31, 2008 08:12 PM (GMT)
April felt this was a lot to take in at once. She followed Robyn into the long black car, which she knew was called a limo, and listened to her talk about everything that was going on. The car jerked into movement and she guessed they were heading to Robyn's house tp unpack thier stuff.
The part, at least, seemed like April's style. Muggle drinks or not, it would most likely be a good time. Robyn's friends, also, seemed really fun and laid back, and not too bad for Muggles.
"My parents practically forced us to drink," she said, laughing. It was true. With so many formal events, drinking began very young for April and even her sister.
"And even without Firewhiskey, I can show you little ones what a good time is," she said, sure of that. These kids were all two years or so younger than her, so she knew she had a few years of expeirence over them.
"Where's Ravyn?" she asked, not sure if she wanted the answer or not.
Robyn Singe - May 31, 2008 08:45 PM (GMT)
Robyn grinned, "Good!" She said to the party thing. "And, Ameria is YOUR age and you probably will be doing some more learning than teaching. We've been partying for a while and parties in New York are NOTHING like the parties in London." Robyn smirked. She shrugged at Aprils next question, "With Pen-el-o-pe," Robyn rolled her eyes, "Or at home." The limo jerked to a stop at a beautiful house, a HUGE beautiful house. "Welcome to my home."
Charles opened the door and Robyn got out, Sara following behind dutifully. A man with a wide smile and wearing a business suit smiled to Robyn and April.
"Welcome home Roby. And welcome to my house Miss Teagan, your father and I have done many business things together. I bet you've even seen Roby at a party and didn't even know it. Not very social.."
Robyn gave her father a look, and he merely grinned, "Where are my manners? I'm Mr.Singe, you may call me Robert." Robert smiled and then sighed, "I would spend more time with you but I have things to do. Farewell Roby, April." Robert nodded and left. Robyn rolled her eyes, "Come on let's go in."
April Teagan - May 31, 2008 09:01 PM (GMT)
April laughed. Robyn's dad was very familiar indeed.
"I know your dad! I've seen him around the house sometimes, with my father. That's strange... maybe you really are anti-social." April laughed and nudged Robyn's ribs playfully. She could also hear sarcasm in Robyn's voice when she talked about Ravyn. April was hoping to avoid the girl all summer, but she knew that would be pretty impossible.
"What are the chances, you think, of avoiding your sister all summer? Well ,your house is big enough, I think," April said, marveling. It seemed the size of hers, maybe a bit smaller, but only just. She did love it, she realized. At least it reminded her somewhat of home. The two had similar styles, except this was of course, American.
"And I hardly think you know much about London culture. I can legally drink there. I could go out into a club and buy us both drinks!" she said, smiling at the possiblities. It would soon be a reality, when they went back to Europe. "So I feel I'll be showing your Ameria a few tricks or so. But I do hear you Americans know some crazy drinking games. I'll be a willing learner."
Robyn Singe - May 31, 2008 10:44 PM (GMT)
"I WAS anti-social. I normally just stayed in the car. I'm NOT anti-social anymore." Robyn didn't like talking to or about her father. She didn't even know what his 'business' is. Robyn went into the house leading April in. She pushed the elevator button, and pulled April in with her.
"First off, avoiding Ravyn will be easy. She doesn't know half the places I hang out at." Robyn paused as the elevator doors closed and she pushed the 6th floor button. "Secondly, Tristan told me that he was a flippin' wizard! That his parents homeschooled him! And then he got p****d off at ME for not telling him, and then he told me he loved me. Which isn't fair for the one who is trying to be mad. " Robyn grinned, "May be alot for YOU to take in but it's a good bit for ME to take in." Robyn shrugged. "Oh and we do have fun drinking games. And I am NOT a willing learner," Robyn stuck out her tongue and then pulling it back in as the Elevator door jerked open. "Welcome to my floor. This whole floor, is just my stuff."
April Teagan - June 1, 2008 12:38 AM (GMT)
April gaped at the entire floor. And she had thought she had been spoiled. Apparently, she had been wrong. Thank god for the muggle contraption too. Elevator. Like the lifts at the ministry, except more metal.
"Aren't you spoiled? I only get a few rooms... but I'm never in them. I have my secret places at home too. I created my own special room one day that no one knows about. Tough bit of magic," April said, looking all around her at the floor. Robyn was leading her down the hallway.
"Well, I feel like trekking through your house will be an adventure on its own. And attempting t hide from Ravyn and her gang of... whatever they are. Fun stuff. I didn't know this was going to be Muggle reality TV."
Robyn Singe - June 1, 2008 10:12 AM (GMT)
Robyn smirked, "Ravyn has her own seperate cottage in the backyard, AND the fith floor. We don't EVER go on the fith floor." Robyn led her into a huge bedroom. It was decorated in purple, and silks. "This is your room, and mine is connected. Over there." Robyn pointed to the door and pushed it open. It was in purple, or would've been in purple but there were things hanging all over the wall. Pictures, drawings, just stuff. "It's kinda cluttered." Robyn admitted.
OOC: Won't be on till friday.
April Teagan - June 1, 2008 04:20 PM (GMT)
OOC: sad :(
IC:
"Well, I like it," April said in response to Robyn's room. There were pictures and drawings and all sort of things all over the purple walls. April wasn't really a fan of purple, so she supposed she had a lot to get used to. She sighed.
"So, purple room. Stay away from the 5th floor. Gotcha. Not much to keep in check. Any other rules? Do you have house elves, or do I have to clean up all my s**t?" April asked all in one second. She was still attempting to take in all her surroundings and act normal at the same time. It was making her very excited and jumpy.
Robyn Singe - June 6, 2008 01:46 AM (GMT)
"Good. If you didn't I 'd get Charles to kick your a** out of my house" Robyn said, grinning, "Naw, I wouldn't go THAT far." Robyn shrugged, "And purple is my all time favorite color. Oh, and stay away from Daddy's office. Third floor. And, we have MAIDS they do the cleaning... except in here... they do do it to suit me." Robyn shrugged and carefully kicked open her trunk, and left it there, open. "That's all you have to do, next time you come into your room your clothes will be all hung up and maybe even ironed." Robyn sighed, "But yea this just my house. The pool is in the backyard and-" There was a knock on Robyn's door. Robyn turned to look at the door. "Come in?" She said. The door opened and a girl who looked maybe 11 or so came in. "Roby? Roby! Your home!" The girls black curls bounced as she hugged Robyn tightly in a hug. "Whoa, Eve, seriously get off me. Your sqeeze is getting as tight as Sara's." Robyn smirked. "April this is Sara and Charles daughter, Eve Sage. Eve," She turned her attention to Eve,"Why don't you go down stairs and go bother Ravyn for me, k?" The little girl brightened up and rushed out the door. "She like... worships the ground I walk on." Robyn tried to explain. "I uh- took care of her when she was sick and her parents couldn't stay home with her. Daddy didn't really care... she was three and I liked-like little kids alot so I played with her when nobody else would. Now, she... loves me to death."
April Teagan - June 6, 2008 01:55 AM (GMT)
"Well, that seems appropriate. I really don't like little kids too much, so you should probably keep me away from her. I've taken a swing at an annoying little girl once," April mentioned, then shut up. She didn't want to seem rude. And Robyn had just talked a lot! She was still trying to keep up.
"Sorry, I forgot that you would have maids here and not elves. Either way, I like to keep my room clean. Maybe I'm a bit OCD myself, but whatever you think. And I'll deal with purple, or charm the walls a different color." April was seriously thinking to go green and silver, and she knew some charms that would work nicely.
"Uhm... bathroom?" she asked casually. "I don't want to get lost, so you should probably show me now befor eI trip down stairs looking for it at 2 AM."
Robyn Singe - June 7, 2008 12:04 PM (GMT)
“No no, Eve will do WHATEVER you tell her too. Literally. Well… I mean you can’t get her to cuss and that kind of thing but… she’s pretty obedient.” Robyn shrugged. “And Daddy wants to keep a ‘regular’ image. Which means don’t do too much magic… the maids and butlers and those kinds of people know but that’s it. And Ameria… and obviously Tristan…” Robyn let the sentence hang with a small sigh escaping her lips. She looked up, “Bathroom, right across the hall. And, the medicine cabinet is yes very full. I don’t feel like throwing away things.” Robyn told her. She tucked some bangs back behind her ear thoughtfully. “Wanna know what me and Tristan were arguing about?”
April Teagan - June 7, 2008 07:24 PM (GMT)
April was trying to keep mental notes on where everything was, so she wouldn't get lost later. Robyn was doing her best, and April was very thankful for that. She knew she'd remember the bathroom, because that was the most important, really.
"Yes, I do want to know about Tristan. But first, Ameria knows you're a witch? I didn't know that."
There was obviously a lot of things that April didn't know, but she had thought that Robyn had said that all of her friends were lost as to what Robyn was. And Tristan too... something was fishy.
Robyn Singe - June 8, 2008 01:29 AM (GMT)
Robyn grinned, “Okay, I told you, I thought… Ameria is a witch too and she knows because her parents told her.” Robyn shrugged, “And so, here’s what happened with me and Tristan. Okay, so Tristan seemed really p****d off, as you could tell, and so he told me straight up, ‘You’re a witch and you go to a school to learn magic.’ So all I said was ‘What!?’ ‘cause I mean what can you say to that? Then he told me, ‘I’ve been homeschooled magic for forever.’ And I repeated, ‘What!?’ Then we got really mad at each other then he told me something else, he said…” Robyn paused, smiling on it, “He said that he loved me. He really did.” Robyn shrugged, “And, I don’t normally act this… girly… so don’t tell anyone I just did!” Robyn warned, smirking, showing she was joking.
April Teagan - June 8, 2008 02:40 PM (GMT)
They had been in America for about 2 hours and April was way overwhemled, and it seemed like Robyn was just as bad as her. April was truly happy for Robyn about the whole Tristan thing, so she smiled in encouragement.
"Well, that's really good Robyn! I mean, that's totally what you wanted... and I forgive you for being girly, that tends me happen around boys..." April trailed off, laughing.
"So, what now? Are you and Tristan going to get marriedddd?" she sang out, nudging Robyn in the ribs.
Robyn Singe - June 9, 2008 12:07 PM (GMT)
Robyn laughed, “Geez April that looking ahead in the waaaay far future. Heck, as far as I know we aren’t even DATING. He just kissed me. And I think he has a girlfriend who absolutely hates me so t hat should be interesting…” Robyn smirked, “It may end up in a major fight between me and her. But, we’ve hated each other since forever and tries to get her paws on Tristan JUST because I like him. No joke. She actually doesn’t like Tristan all that much and the only thing keeping me from punching her so hard she gets hospitalized, is that she makes him happy.” Robyn sighed. A loud buzz came from something on the wall; it was covered in stickers and hardly recognizable. It spoke, “ROBYN AND APRIL, TO THE DINING HALL. ROBYN AND APRIL, TO THE DINING HALL.” Robyn rolled her eyes, “For once daddy wants to eat with the family. Let’s go. Oh, and this kinda ruins the whole… avoiding Ravyn and Penelope.”
April Teagan - June 10, 2008 01:34 AM (GMT)
April stared at the speakerphone thing in shock, and jumped back. It was talking, very loudly! April moved away and stared at Robyn.
"What was that thing?" she asked hurriedly, since apparently Robyn planned to listen to whoever had spoken. April didn't want to see Ravyn and really anyone else. She was way too overwhelmed.
"Maybe Ravyn tripped and fell down the stairs," she suggested hopefully.
Robyn Singe - June 11, 2008 12:15 PM (GMT)
Robyn laughed at April’s shock. “It’s a… well I don’t know what it’s ACTUALLY called. The name has slipped my mind. It’s kinda like… well the main thingy is downstairs and the maids can call any of them from there, you’ve got one in your room but they aren’t gonna use it much for you. Anyway, they’ll basically tell you when lunch is ready. Also you can use it to tell THEM that you want lunch or dinner or even your room cleaned.” Robyn led April to the elevator, and she got in and pressed the star button. It stopped early, however, and Ravyn and a Hispanic girl stepped in.
Penelope smirked, “Hola Perra” (hello b***h) She smiled innocently.
“And hello to you too Penelope. I’m sure you’ve seen April Teagan around in the common room. Or where you busy sleeping with muggleborns? Because we all know you like to do that.” Robyn herself smiled innocently. Ravyn rolled her eyes, “Grow up Robyn. And I thought you weren’t against muggleborns.”
“I’m NOT.” Robyn told her, sending an evil look.
“Exactly why you kept flirting with that French half-blood… what was his name Penelope?” Ravyn asked, smiling knowing Robyn knew exactly what she meant.
“Zane Hart wasn’t it? And Robyn, no I haven’t been sleeping with anybody lately thank you.” Penelope thought she’d figured it out, but she used the wrong words.
“So you used to then?” Robyn asked raising an eyebrow. The elevator stopped, and opened to the entrance hall.
“Come on April.” Robyn said, muttering words under her breath. She quietly sat down at a large table,
her father sitting at the far end of it.
“Roby, I just learned your arm got broken at school. How did this happen, exactly?” Her father looked concerned, but for the moment that Robyn and her father looked into each other’s eyes…
…there was laughter in his. He knew she would not tell on her sister.
“Fell down the stairs.” Robyn said quietly.
“Well, that was quite clumsy of you wasn’t.” Her father added. Ravyn glanced at her father, smiling innocently. Robyn glared at the table cloth, wishing she could just leave now.
OOC: Wow... that's long. And JEEZ! Robyn's family freaking HATES her....
April Teagan - June 11, 2008 07:10 PM (GMT)
April remained quiet throughout Penelope and Ravyn's little snide comments, choosing not to start anything in a house that wasn't hers. Had this been somewhere else, April would have cursed them to hell and back, but she figured it would be impolite.
When they reached downstairs, April listened to Robyn and her father banter about Robyn's broken arm (and Robyn lie pathetically about it), before turning to Robyn.
She whispered, "I think she needs pills. And her friend, too."
Robyn Singe - June 13, 2008 02:21 AM (GMT)
OOC: Okay so April knows she lying but doesn’t know the actual story to the broken arm.
Robyn smiled at April, “Yea, that and a restraining order, but I don’t get to choose.” Robyn winked. Penelope sent Robyn a dirty look from across the table and Robyn stuck her tongue out at Penelope.
“Robyn!” Mr.Singe looked sternly at her, “Where are your manners? I do not understand why you cannot get along with your sister’s friends. She gets along with your friends doesn’t she?” William Singe asked, raising an eyebrow.
Ravyn sent Robyn a you-tell-dad-anything-I-tell-everyone-everything look. Robyn nodded, “Yea I guess…” Robyn muttered. Ravyn nodded, approvingly.
“Oh April, if Robyn didn’t have anything planned I need to talk to you. I doubt Robyn showed you to the Broom Room. Now we don’t believe in Quidditch at my house, but, I own an edition of every broom ever made. I even have a few not even released yet… which I am sure you will enjoy looking at as I have a word with you. If it’s okay with Robyn.” William sent his daughter a look.
Robyn simply nodded and took a bite of the salad that had been brought out.
April Teagan - June 14, 2008 04:04 PM (GMT)
April chewed on her salad slowly while Robyn's dad talked to her. She wasn't sure what he wanted to talk in private about, unless it really was brooms, and she was a little scared. It couldn't be too bad, or Robyn wouldn't have suggested it though.
"Sure Mr. Singe, I'd love to talk with you," she replied, swallowing her food. She gave Robyn a sharp look and rose from her chair.
Robyn Singe - June 14, 2008 04:40 PM (GMT)
Robyn shrugged at April’s look, and continued to pick at her salad. William stood and smiled at April, “This way.” He led her to a room with large double doors, and he pulled open the doors. On the walls were not hundreds, but thousands of brooms. Some were in cases, untouched, some were signed and some were used, but used by someone important. In the center of the room were two chairs and a table in between them. William carefully sat down in one of the chairs, and nodded at the other chair, indicating that April should sit too. He wasn’t a freighting looking man; he looked rather kind in fact. It made everything Robyn ever said about him almost impossible to believe. He opened his mouth to say something, closed it, exactly like Robyn had a thousand times.
“April… has Robyn acted strange? Lately I mean, and I’m not trying to be nosey I’m trying to… well I’m being concerned because I know a bit more about Roby than you do.” He told her and opened his mouth again, “April, if Robyn acts like she’s… mad at you, lock your door when you go to sleep. Now I doubt she’ll get mad at you, you seem like someone she’d be friends with but… just in case. And don’t ask WHY you’ll lock your door, and don’t ask Robyn why and don’t ask Ravyn. In fact… don’t ask Ravyn anything, she seems to dislike you. Probably because you’re Robyn’s friend but, either way…” William stopped; he didn’t want someone he works with daughter to get hurt in anyway. And William knew so much about his own daughter it hurt, and he wished that his former wife had had enough sense to warn Robyn to never say yes to it… William sighed, and for a flicker of a moment looked so much like Robyn, but then it was lost.
April Teagan - June 14, 2008 05:33 PM (GMT)
April sat at the table and listened to everything her father had to say. It seemed as if he was trying to warn April, but she wasn't sure why. She didn't interupt, but for moment's afterwards, she was silent. Then she spoke.
"Well, I suppose I'll take your advice. However, I don't think Robyn acts strange... I just thin kshe's been through a lot. She seems normal around me,"
"I know she has problems," April clarified. "But I look past them, because everyone has something wrong with them."
April chose to look everywhere by at Mr. Singe now, and refused to speak anymore. She felt bad for Robyn, whom her father seemed to think she was a loony. But oh well. Not everyone's parents were always right on the mark. She did plan to take his advice though, just i ncase. Like he said, he kne wRobyn better than she did.
Robyn Singe - June 19, 2008 11:39 PM (GMT)
William nodded, “Fine, you don’t have to think she acts strange, and she’s been through more than she tells you. Let’s go back to diner.” William led her back to diner and Robyn gave April a curious look. The doorbell rang, and Charles came in, “Madam Robyn, someone is at the door to see you.” Robyn got up, shrugging, and went to the door. You could hear the door open. “Robyn my love!” Someone yelled and Robyn yelped. He kissed her, “Peter what the bloody hell are you DOING!?” Robyn hissed.
“Trying to keep you from making the biggest mistake of your life!” Peter held her close to her. Robyn slapped him, “Get off me!” She yelped.
“You can’t fall in love with Tristan! You just can’t. I’ll never speak to you again.” Peter said, sounding like he would cry.
“Okay Peter….” Robyn sounded sincere, then smiling, “I’m in love with Tristan.” She turned to leave but Peter grabbed the back of her t-shirt, pulling her back into another kiss. He released her and asked, “Anything”
“Nothing Peter. NOW LEAVE.” She told him, leaving. Robyn sat down at the table again, her face red.
“Who was that?” William asked, as he took his seat again.
“Peter...”
“The next door neighbor who has been in love with you since… you came here?”
“Yuuuup.” Robyn held out the u, and took a bite of her salad, obviously not wanting to talk about the love struck boy.
“Robyn, why don’t you give him a chance? You gave that half-blood Zane a chance. I mean you kissed him an awful lot Robyn.” Ravyn raised an eyebrow, giving her sister a purely evil smile.
“Zane…?” William raised his eyebrows, but Robyn just poked at her food.
“Yea, Zane Hart isn’t it? From France I thought.” Penelope smiled innocently.
Robyn continued to poke at her food.
“Robyn were you going to tell me about you being in a relationship with one of the Harts?” William asked.
Robyn shook her head, “W-w-we’re not in a relationship. He just… kissed me… is all?” Robyn didn’t feel comfortable. She was planning on talking to April about her problem. She was in love with BOTH Tristan and Zane, and it wasn’t particularly fair.
“Not just kissed.” Ravyn snickered.
“Oh come ON Ravyn, you been using that since my first date. Can’t you’re cruel remarks grow up a bit?” Robyn asked she herself feeling a bit angry. Ravyn stared at Robyn almost confused. Robyn RARELY raised her voice at Ravyn and it RARELY made sense.
“Girls, please behave yourselves in front of our guests…” William interrupted his daughters with a polite but firm voice.
April Teagan - June 20, 2008 12:42 AM (GMT)
April was laughing through the entire dinner, though she had no clue what had happened with Robyn's guest. She figured Robyn would tell you later. I mean, they basically lived together year roung now, what with having dorms together and everything. April being here would probably just make Robyn trust her even more.
"You didn't tell me about Zane Hart," April said after Robyn's father had interupted her and Ravyn's bantering. "How come I didn't hear about this more than kissing going on?"
April loved to fuel the fire. She thought it was funny to wacth Ravyn smirk and Robyn's father's face go a shade of purple. Robyn looked like she was going to be terribly sick. April laughed a little.
"Well... tell us."
Robyn Singe - June 20, 2008 12:55 AM (GMT)
Robyn sent April an evil look, “There wasn’t anything more than kissing going on.”
“I saw you on his lap.” Ravyn said, smirking.
“He stole my notebook; I was trying to get it back.”
“No, I don’t think that’s why. He did give a little, grin, didn’t he Penelope?” Ravyn asked, raising her eyebrows in challenge.
Robyn smiled, “Ravyn darling if we’re going to talk about relationships, why not talk about you getting laid every weekend?” Robyn looked innocent, while her father sent Ravyn a glare, “What!?” He asked.
“Umm..” Ravyn turned red, “I do NOT. Robyn how dare you lie!” Ravyn was losing her cool now, and Robyn was enjoying it.
“Oh and how every time a boy would come your way he would wink at you, or maybe how you would spend Daddy’s money on things so you wouldn’t have kid.” Robyn smirked.
“I-I-I...” Ravyn stuttered.
“Ravyn, I will need to speak with you after dinner.” William told her firmly. He was very upset at his daughters behavior.
“At least they weren’t half-bloods Robyn.” Penelope told her, smiling.
“Yea but at least I knew his name. Unlike the two of you who I doubt even knew what his face looked like.” Robyn smiled. “May I be excused? I think I’m done.”
William stared at Robyn and her new found courage. “Um. Urm. Yes… I suppose…”
April Teagan - June 20, 2008 01:21 AM (GMT)
April thought that Robyn held her own in arguements pretty well, although she had shot April a nasty look. She had got a few nasty comments in to Ravyn before she excused herself. April sjhot Ravyn a weird look and excused herself also, putting her napkin on her plate. She followed Robyn out the door, upstairs.
"So, what was that about? And tell me what really happened with Zane. Your little white lies don't fall with me," she saidm laughing. She thought the whole situation at the dinner table had been hilarious, although Robyn looked pretty angry.
Robyn Singe - June 20, 2008 01:47 AM (GMT)
Robyn smiled and shook her head at April, "It was just an average family dinner. Ravyn trying to get me in trouble, me winning because I'm good at words... anyway, you weren't a big help either!" Robyn poked April in the side.
"Annnnnd Zane... yea." Robyn grinned, "I was gonna tell you, I just... didn't think about it. Oh, and you can't hold that against me either, because you never told me about you and Andrej doing waaaaay more than kissing in the recquirement room." Robyn smirked at April, "Anyway, me and Zane just hung out and he kissed me. I'm not denying being on his lap, but that's because I was tackling him. That smile was because he told me if sitting on his lap and allowing full view to my clevage was punishment, he would give me a whole list of things he's done wrong. He was just being a guy." Robyn shrugged, "But other than that, I'm in love with him and it's not fair because I love Tristan too." Robyn blurted out. "You wanna tell me about you and Andrej?" Robyn raised an eyebrow.
April Teagan - June 20, 2008 01:55 AM (GMT)
April was overwhemled by all of the news about Robyn, and laughed alot. But she was shocked when she found out that Robyn had found out about her and AJ. That wasn't too cool, at all. She didn't know who was spilling, but if it was him, she was going to curse him to hell and back, if hell even existed.
"Me and AJ? How did you even heard about that?" she said, the words rushing out. "And that was totally nothing! We didn't do anything more than kiss!" she said, denying it. She cheeks showed she was lying, and Robyn's face told her that she wasn't buying it.
"Okay, so yeah, me and AJ sort of... got it on in the Room of Requirement. Sort of weird since I barely knew him. Whatever, I guess April Teagan is into casual sex."
April laughed at that but was pretty embarassed.
Robyn Singe - June 20, 2008 01:58 AM (GMT)
Robyn laughed, "April! Calm down! Half the school knows! They just don't know who and most of them think it was either in the room or the forest." Robyn shrugged. "I told you I'm good with words and sorry but Andrej... sucks at listening to the words in a sentence. Technically, he told me, but really I weasled it out of him." Robyn told her in Andrej deffense.
"And yea, why don't you go hang out with the sl*ts down stairs, they'll teach you tons about that." Robyn winked.
April Teagan - June 20, 2008 02:24 AM (GMT)
April sputtered, opening her mouth and then closing it angrily. She pouted for a second, crossing her arms. She was nervous that people knew, but then again, it didn't surprise her. People had seen at the lake, and AJ and her were both popular around the school. News traveled fast.
"Half the school knows? Now that's stupid. Whatever, it was no big deal. He's cool and everything," she said, tyring to smooth it over.
"And I am NOT a slut, kay? It was one time! Besides, I'm totally not in love with two guys, Ms. Robyn Singe!" she said, fighting back now.
Robyn Singe - June 20, 2008 02:33 AM (GMT)
Robyn smirked, she'd never made April angry. She wondered what would happen if she poked her emotions just hard enough...
No Robyn!
"April, I didn't call you a sl*t. I just said you could talk to the ones downstairs. The only friend I call that is Alana. Because she used to be one. " But then April poked. "Look, I'm trying to figure this out April! It's not fair for me and I'm not the happiest girl alive. It's bad enough having to deal with my house without having to deal with love." Robyn went into her room quietly. She left her door open, not caring who came in or not. She sat in front of her computer and turned on the IM.
Robykicksash: Lana, I have an issue
Lana<3sbeebee: What roby?
Robykicksash: I'm in love with Tristan AND a kid from school.
Lana<3sbeebee: Is he cute?
Robykicksash: LANA!
Lana<3sbeebee: sorry sweetheart, I don't know how to help.
Robykicksash: Fraid so.

Robyn sighed and closed her eyes muttering over and over, "It's so not fair."
April Teagan - June 20, 2008 02:41 AM (GMT)
"Life isn't fair," April muttered, coming through the door to Robyn's room. Robyn was sitting in front of what she supposed was a computer and seemed upset. April sat on the edge of Robyn's bed.
"Stop letting it get you down. You have abreak from Zane for the summer. Just see how it goes with Tristan..." she suggested, hoping her advice was good enough.
"And what the hell is that?" she said, pointing to the exxited IM window. "How do you work this contraption?"
Robyn Singe - June 20, 2008 02:25 PM (GMT)
Robyn sighed, “I promised Zane we’d stop by when we went to France, so I could beat him at a video game.” Robyn bit her lip, “And we’re leaving in after tomorrow night FOR France.” She bit her lip, and grinned at April’s shock.
“It’s an IM thing. Instant Message, you can send a message to someone who’s far off and it goes to them… instantly.” Robyn shrugged, and her computer beeped.
Tristan&Jamie: Hey Robsy.
Robykicksash: Still wit Jamie?
__
“Basically you just type a message to who you want to talk to. But you gotta pick a username. Mines Roby kicks ash, Alana’s is Lana hearts Beebee, which would be Brandon. Tristan’s for the moment is Tristan and Jamie.” Robyn rolled her eyes on that note, but continued, “And Ameria’s is Princess of salsa. I could make you one if you want.” Robyn shrugged and turned back to the screen.
Tristan&Jamie: Yea…
Tristan&Jamie: You there?
Robykicksash: Yea, I was just talking to April
Tristan&Jamie: Oh. You p****d at me?
Robykicksash: Yup. She better not be going to the club.
Tristan&Jamie: ….
Robykicksash: TRISTAN! I can’t believe you!
Tristan&Jamie: Robsy I’m sorry.
Robykicksash: Whatever.
_Robykicksash has signed off_
Tristan&Jamie: Robsy I know you’re still there.
_Robykicksash: Bug off, I’m gone_ <Awaymessage>

Robyn sighed, “You want one April?”
April Teagan - June 20, 2008 02:30 PM (GMT)
April laughed at thier conversation. It seemed so normal, like something she could talk about with her friends, except not on this Instant Message crap. She shook her head to Robyn's request. She'd never be able to figure out those keys and such, the way Robyn did with ease.
"I'll pass. I wouldn't have anyone to talk to anyways, no Muggle friends!" she said, knowing it was true. She almost wished Tyler had one, so she could talk to him. Then again, she'd see him again soon.
"And we're leaving for France tomorrow? I thought... what about your friends here?" she asked. She wondered why Robyn wanted to leave so quickly; they had only just gotten here. April wasn't sure how much more of that flying she could take.
Robyn Singe - June 20, 2008 05:39 PM (GMT)
“Oh yea, you should get some. They’re interesting.” Robyn smiled, and shrugged. “And not tomorrow, day after. But late at night so if either of us gets hung over… we should be fine. I think.” Robyn didn’t remember the last time she got hung over.
Her computer beeped
Princessofsalsa: Tricked you!!
Robykicksash: Huh?
Princessofsalsa: Lana didn’t tell you?
Robykicksash: Naw…
Princessofsalsa: Oh. We’re opening for the band at the club.
Robykicksash: WHAT!?
Princessofsalsa: Yup.
Robykicksash: Broken Heart Society? </3
Princessofsalsa: Uhhuh
Robykicksash: OH MY GOD
Princessofsalsa: Lana and I are coming over later tonight to pick out which hearts shirts and pants wear.
Robykicksash: You’re raiding my closet?
Princessofsalsa: Uhhuh- gotta go Nina, got sum stuff 2 do

“Oh My god April!!” Robyn turned to her, “My band is going to be playing at the club. OH MY GOD!” Robyn looked excited and scared at the same time.
April Teagan - June 20, 2008 06:23 PM (GMT)
April watched the screen move slowly, Robyn typing away at the keys. April did her best to follow the conversation, which centered around some band of Robyn's playing at some club.
"What club? You have a band? You and who? I'm so confused," she admitted, shaking her head. Muggles and wizards together were just too confusing for her. She had a headache.
"Do you have Firewhiskey? This is too overwhelming. I need to relax," she said, falling back onto Robyn's bed and spreading out. Her head rested on the comforter. She wanted to lie here and not get up for a few good hours.
Robyn Singe - June 21, 2008 05:18 PM (GMT)
Robyn grinned, "Sorry I'm shoving you into my world." Robyn thought about how to explain, "Okay so we're going to a club tomorrow night, it'll be fun I promise. I didn't know this but my band The Broken Heart Soceity, are opening for whoever is playing. Tristan, Brandon, Ameria, Alana and I. Alana and Ameria are coming over in a minute and are going closet diving. Or raiding. Or attacking. Whatever, they're stealing clothes from my closet." Robyn shrugged, and sat down at the foot of her bed, "Nah, daddy doesn't like to keep it in the-" Robyn was intterupted by her twin coming in absolutely furious. She came over a slapped Robyn.
"You bitch!"
"What!?" Robyn asked her, not knowing what she had done.
"I'm going to an ALL GIRLS school because of YOU." She slapped Robyn again. Robyn didn't budge.
"And you know what Robyn, I think April should know you're little secret."
Now Robyn looked terrified.
"I bet everyone wonders who-" Ravyn began, but was cut off by Robyn.
"You know what! Tell her! Tell everyone! I'm tired of not telling people that YOU are the one who pushed me down the stairs and made me break my arm, I'm tired of making it seem like you have never hit, hurt, or seriously ABUSED me! Ravyn GROW UP! We aren't seven anymore. I'm not going to stay quiet like a scared animal." Robyn was standing now, arms crossed glaring at her twin.
Ravyn smiled, "Alright Robyn.I'll tell her. And Zane. And Tristan too." Ravyn smirked, "April darling I really WOULD lock your doors and windows at night. You know why? Well a looong time ago, about four or five years, there was this girl named Jenna Mcloughin. She picked on Robyn all the time, and I'm SURE you've heard about "The Voice" " At this point Ravyn rolled her eyes, "Well 'The Voice' told Robyn if she keeps picking on her, kill her. Then she wont bug you." Ravyn sent a smile at Robyn to see if she would say anything, but Robyn stood perfectly still.
"So Robyn was so mad at Jenna, she wasn't thinking, so she crawls through Jenna's window that night and murdered her. Daddy cleaned it up and hid it so Robyn could go to Hogwarts. You wanna know why she was a year late?" Ravyn didn't wait for April to answer, "She spent a year of her life in a hospital for the mentally ill. An insane asylum." And at this point Robyn was fuming. She charged at Ravyn, and punched her, but Ravyn was much stronger than she looked. The two were fighting hard, and somehow Ameria and Alana had come into Robyn's Room. Penelope pulled Ravyn off Robyn and Ameria and Alana had to BOTH pull Robyn away from Ravyn.
"Slut."
"Murderer."
"Bitch."
And Ravyn smiled, "Daddy's least favorite."
Robyn stared at her, madded then before. Robyn never let it show but she was JEALOUS of William's love for Ravyn.
"Oh pooooor Robyn, jealous of your twin?" Penelope fake pouted for Robyn.
Ameria and Alana had to hold Robyn even tighter."
"Ravyn, you know you may be Daddy's favorite and you may get all the money and kick me out but you know what? I'll have friends who are REALLY my friends, I'll have boyfriends who will love me for who I AM not for whats waist down. People will think you're beautiful, heck I think you're beautiful, but they'll see how UGLY you are inside. But when they see me, they'll see beauty inside and out. Ravyn, you will never be like our mother. You'll never be like me, and you'll NEVER live up to Daddy's expectations. EVER. So Ravyn, why don't you grow up and quit pantronizing me." Robyn closed her mouth and breathed heavily, she had NEVER stood up to Ravyn like that.
Ravyn was biting her lip, looking like she would cry. "Come on Penelope, let's leave these wannabe's alone." Ravyn and Penelope waltzed out, and shut the door behind them.
Robyn was released and she collapsed on her butt on the floor. "April... if you want to go home.. it's okay." Robyn said, before burying her face in her hands.
OOC: Loooong post.
April Teagan - June 21, 2008 06:22 PM (GMT)
April felt like she was watching some sort of Muggle Reality television shows, the kind that her mother watched and made fun of for hours on end. She watched the volley of insults and stories fly back and forth, and was lucky that she didn't get involved in the fight or else she might have given Ravyn a nice bruise on the eye.
Robyn was staring at April like she had seen a dead person or something. Deep down, April was pretty freaked out and almost wanted to back into a corner and cry a little bit, pack her stuff and gt out of there. But then part of her sort of knew something was wrong with Robyn anyways, so it didn't bother her too much.
Ravyn and Penelope had finally left, and it took everything in April not to get up, storm out of the room, and push both of them down the stairs. She didn't want to kill them, because she wanted them to actually feel pain and understand what her friend was going through. But whatever, she knew that wouldn't solve anything. At least Ravyn wasn't coming back to Hogwarts.
"No, I... I'm going to stay," April said, but she didn't make eye contact with Robyn. She looked at Ameria and Alana, who seemed pretty shocked too, and she didn't blame them. They were still gripping Robyn like she was going to make a run for it and kill Ravyn with her own two hands.
"Let me just wrap my head around this... you killed someone... 'cause the voice told you to? Damn girl, you have to get a more pascifist voice."
