Emily walked into the post office there weren't many people in there. Emily had never liked posting letters with an owl so she used the muggle way.

Emily walked over to the desk and asked the woman who worked at the office. "Hi, um can I please post this" Emily said passing the piece of paper. "Sorry but you will need to put it in an envelope and put a stamp on it. You can buy them here" the woman said to Emily kinda rudely. "Um ok can I have some envelopes and stamps" "Yes here you go. That will be 8 pounds". Emily passed the the money to the woman. "Thanks" Emily said and walked other to a seat.

Emily sat down and looked at her letter to her parents. It wasn't short but it wasn't long. Emily decided to to have a read of the letter one more time before she sent it to her parents.

Dear Mum and Dad

Its Emily here writing from Hogwarts. The end of the school year I am going to go stay at Anels or at Grandma and Granddads. How are you? I am fine. Hogwarts is ok I guess. I will spend about a week or two with you in the holidays so I can get my school supply's. By the way have to decided if Kate going to come to Hogwarts or will she be going to Hogwarts or will she be going to Beauxbatons? Bye bye I will see you latter

Emily read her letter. She noticed that it was really short. She opened her envelope and put in her letter. She licked the envelope and put on the stamp. She wrote on the letter

She wrote over to the desk passed to letter to the woman. She said "That will be 3 pound" "What, thats heaps!". "Well are there anymore post offices near by?.... No thats what i thought, now give me the money or your letter won't be sent". Emily passed the rude woman her money and left the to office.
