Emily walked into the Library. I was raining outside and nothing to do. Emily was so bored. She had finished her classes for the day and she had no homework. The library had barely anyone in it. She walked over to a empty corner of the library where there was a table and sat down on one of the chairs that were around it.

Emily got out her wand. There was no one around so she used a spell to make the book she wanted to read fly over to her. It had no name on the front. But the cover was golden. She had no idea what the book was about but Emily didn't care.

Emily open the book and inside it cover were the words DO NOT READ! But Emily kept reading. A few hours later Emily had finished the book. It was just filled with do not read this and I told you not to read this book. It was very not interesting.

Emily picked up her wand and made the book fly back to its place in bookshelf. Emily sat there thinking about how bored she was.

Calum was reading a particularly disgusting book and was about to put it back when he saw a book flying.
"Whoa, there." Calum said, still holding the book. "You don't want to knock someone's eye out."
He grinned at her.

Emily laughed. "How did you know?" Emily said.

"Hi I'm Emily, I think we have meet before. Were you the guy I bumped into in the hallway?" Emilt asked.

"You don't mean to tell me that you were planning to actually knock someone's eye out?" Calum said seriously, but grinning. "You're very interesting.." He remarked. "May I ask, though, who you were actually planning to attack with that flying book of yours?"
Calum was grinning.
"Yeah, I think so.." He replied.

"Calum I won't of got you.I knew you were about to come around the corner. I can tell you how I knew if you want" Emily laughed as she said.

"How then?" He asked, curiously and took a seat.

Emily looked at Calum and said "It's quite simple. I'm a seer. I can see in to a persons past, present and future."

Calum looked a bit shocked, but most people did when she told them. "Well now you know."

He did look a bit shocked, but then amused.
"Wow." He said simply. "So, I'm guessing you're going to take divination, huh?"

Emily giggled. "How did you know. Oh my are you a seer also?"

"Unfortunately, no. Sadly, I didn't inherit my great-great-great-great-aunt's seering abilities." He said, sighing. "But, I might learn legilimency one day. I heard It's quite useful, but pretty advanced."
So, from which ancestor did you inherit your gift from?"He asked.

"My grandmother on my Mum's side is a Seer also. It's kinda cool because if I ever needed any help with the whole seer thing I could just ask her. But she is back in France" Emily told Calum.

"You are lucky you didn't get your great-great-great-great-aunt's seering abilities, it can be a blessing or a curse. I have seen some things I wish I never saw."

"I guess not, eh? I'll just be a minute." He said, sighing, and he got up to put his book back where he found it. He came back, five minutes later, with another book in his hands.
"I hope this is a better book than the last one." he said.

"Ok see you soon" Emily said.

Calum was back in 5mins. "So you are in Ravenclaw right? What's it like? I s the common room nice?" Emily asked. "Oh by the way he dies at the end. I mean in the book."

"Yeah, I am. The common room's pretty nice, and blue.. it has wonderful couches.. and the statue of Rowena Raveclaw, of course. You can't forget that. " He said. "And, what did you say?! He dies at the end--? I wish you hadn't said that.." He sighed. "What about your house?"

Emily laughed "Just joking, I have no idea what happens at the end."

"The Hufflepuff common room is alright. Its at the top of the castle. It has a giant picture of Helga Hufflepuff over the fire. The dorms are up stairs of the common room." Emily said.

"But I think the Slytherin one is gloomy but it is cool because it is under the river. The rest of my family was in Slytherin and there is photo's and painting of my family members in it."

"It must be tough to have your family members in Slytherin, but you." He said.
"I think that if you can see the lake on the roof of the Slytherin common room, it'll make it a lot more worthy of being a housing quarters." He grinned.
"No offence, of course, to your family."

"Na its alright, I understand. Its better now because my younger sister Kate is a Hufflepuff."

"What about you? What is your family like?" Emilyasked.

"Well, my dad was a Gryffindor and my mum was a Ravenclaw, so, I guess I took from my mum. I also have a distant cousin, Mona Woods. She's in Ravenclaw too." He said. "My family's alright, my dad's always a Quidditch supporter and my mum, well, she works in the Department of Law Enforcement."
