Well i noticed that a lot of people arrived late to the lesson last time and though i let it slip i wont do in future. So i thought the best way to keep track whether or not to start the lesson would be to keep a register.

By applying here you stating you want to attend every CoMC lesson, you can turn up randomly other wise. All people who apply here will have to been in attendance for before Mei starts her lesson. The only exception is if the person has been inactive for a long while or if the wait has been longer than two days. Which i think is fair.
