Title: Waiting Waiting

Coldstone Harshing - June 11, 2008 03:11 PM (GMT)
Harshing, after managing to break into to the school through a portal in room 101 sat in the Headmaster's chair playing with the various things in Valdez's room. He flicked through his books and snapped several of his quills in half out of childish spite. He made himself a drink of tea and supped it as if he had never left Hogwart's at all.

His wand was in his hand however, ready for a fight. He waited for Valdez, he would explain the rules of his little game and all about his new club: the neo death eaters.

He supped again. The tea was bitter as wormwood.

Yuni turned the lock enchanted to open only by muggle means to enter his office. It had been a long day and he needed a drink and a smoke. As the door opened a crack, Valdez was surprised to see that the lights were one. He had specifically remembered to turn them off... He opened the door again and could not believe the man sitting in his chair. It was Harshing. "Coldstone," He said, using his first name rather than being respectful and using his last name, "How kind of you to meet in my office." He was actually rather surprised and shocked to see him, "I was hoping we could discuss the terms of your surrender," he still had hope that he, singlehandedly, could take down one of the top five wizards of all time, he noticed that Harshing had his wand drawn, almost waiting for him... "Why don't you put your wand away," he stated, trying his best not to sound nervous, "I think we can discuss this like two grown men..." He took the seat opposite of Harshing, knowing Coldstone wouldn't give up the seat on principal. Harshing looked better: like he had eaten... He seemed kingly, as if sitting in the headmaster's chair made him the headmaster.

Harshing did not move a single muscle - he seemed like a painting, stuck with a thin, knowing smile on his face, his eyes transfixed on Yuni, his hands coiled around his wand. Harshing opened a drawer and took out a quill and some paper.

"I am afraid I have not come to surrender Valdez. I have come to offer you a..job if you like, a deal, an agreement." Harshing waved his wand and the quill moved quickly and it drew the dark mark.

"You see, you may have noticed several muggleborn deaths over the last few weeks. No coincidence. I have reformed the brethren under the Neo Death Eaters. The filth that now controls our society shall be removed and of course, destroyed. My plans go beyond those of the dark lord, we intend to commit total genocide of the lesser bloods." Harshing sipped his tea.

"Now, this is your part in the plan. You will rule Hogwarts but answer to us. We shall be implementing several Hogwarts policies over the next few months and you Valdez will carry them through. You shall be a sort of puppet, an ubermarionette." Harshing placed his tea down.

Finnigan Tatupu - June 15, 2008 08:45 PM (GMT)
Yuni didn't want to commit to anything. "I don't know..." Yuni said, "I think that I should like to maintain control over my school... Although if you think you know better than me, I might be open to suggestions..." Yuni had little to nothing to offer him... "You know, your daughter was sitting in this very seat a few weeks ago," Valdez said pointing at the chair he was sitting in, "I think you should know that I didn't expel her as a personal favor to you." He pulled a cigar out of his silver holder and lit it.user posted image "I could have expelled your daughter, but I didn't. I know that you are a father, just as I am and I'm sure we could come to some sort of an agreement... Without tarnishing your legacy, or mine... You know as well as I do that the best job that any witch or wizard can hope for without proper schooling is a gamekeeper..." Yuni took a few puffs of his cigar. The ball was back in Harshing's court. If it were his daughter, he would be having painful visions of her doing back breaking work...

Coldstone Harshing - June 16, 2008 03:24 PM (GMT)
Harshing raised an eyebrow as he sipped his tea again. Valdez was playing the game well. "Flame's career at Hogwarts is almost pointless anyway. Pretty soon there will be no use for OWLS or NEWTS," he spat them out as if they were meaningless, pointless things that cluttered a wizard's true meaning.

"It is clear Valdez that you will not comply to our demands," he said looking him up and down. "Under ordinary circumstances I would kill you and set the darkmark about the place. However I still think I can bring you over to the right cause before we both fade from existence."

Harshing stood up and paced around the room. "I shall kill a student every week until you agree to be the puppet of the NDE," he spoke simply, casually, without an ounce of guilt or hate. "If within a month you do not comply I shall start killing them daily."

Finnigan Tatupu - June 16, 2008 10:37 PM (GMT)
"I could not disagree more with what you have said. Without an education, the world means nothing. It makes one much less existential. if your daughter never graduates from Hogwarts, she will have no purpose and will be malleable... I suppose that's what you want... Everyone to have flan for brains... I will not have testing stop and education as it is will not cease either..." He flicked the ashes off the end of his cigar. "I understand what you are saying, Harshing, I just don't think you heard me..." He paused, "I asked what you want me to do? I will not compromise the future brains mind you, but I'm willing to listen." He took a long drag on his cigar. Powerful egos never stopped talking long enough to listen...

Coldstone Harshing - June 17, 2008 04:04 PM (GMT)
Harshing looked at him for several moment. "Quite... I do beg your pardon, it appears that I was wrong over education, I apoligise, I tend to get carried away when discussing matters of politics..." Harshing. Admitted. He. Was. Wrong. He sat down, quite calmly. "Yes education is very important, I don't know what I was saying. I think I meant the current education system was wrong."

"Anyway, the distillation of Wizards must start with segregation. I want students to wear different colours depending on blood type, I think purebloods should be addressed as "sir", "master" or some other title. Purebloods should have priority in every way: better meals, better dormitories and so on. The segregation starts here and then they will be less resistant when we start to segregate in the real world... when of course we take power."

Harshing paused. "The distillation of Wizards is destined to happen. One day there will be a judgment fueled by years of the lesser bloods attempting to corrupt the noble bloods. We shall unite and crush them all. THe NDE must prepare for that day through these methods, we must ease the way for the total genocide of half-bloods, mudbloods and all other degenerates."

Finnigan Tatupu - June 18, 2008 02:25 AM (GMT)
Yuni stroked the short facial hair on his chin. He knew it was a big deal that Harshing admitted he was wrong. "For the most part, the students segregate themselves," Yuni said after a while, "As for dorms, I believe them to all be equal. All have pros and cons about living in them, but overall, they are good places to live." The headmaster wondered if Harshing knew about the numbers. 'His kind' only made up less than a quarter of the wizarding population. Nobody had pure blood. Not anymore. People liked to claim pure blood, but they were wrong...

"You do know what will happen if everyone stays only to their blood type?" The headmaster spoke, setting his cigar down in the ashtray, "I'll tell you, because I'm not sure you know about genetics. When a group of people, let's say purebloods, stay within their own kind, inbreeding will start to happen... When inbreeding happens, populations start to go sterile. So, if you choose to enact this plan, you will be damning the future of the wizarding world. We will be no more than the common muggle. Our future generations will not be able to perform magic and will not pass down traits."

He paused putting out his cigar. "So you see why I'm not going to segregate the students in the manner you have suggested, nor am I going to force anyone to call anyone else anything." He doubted Harshing could see his point. "You do know that if there is going to be a war, poor treatment of those with less than pure blood will come back to bite you... You know that purebloods make up only 25% of the population... If you take the families that don't support blood stratification, that number is probably half. So if you discriminate against everyone now, you will have only around 12 percent support..." He paused, "I realize you are the most powerful wizard on the planet, but even you have to recognize the numbers. You can't fight so many people by yourself." It wasn't that Valdez was trying to appeal to him, he just didn't like being told how to run his school.

Coldstone Harshing - June 18, 2008 03:36 PM (GMT)
Harshing listened patiently then placed his wand on the table. A leaflet appeared "NDE Ideology: A Practical and Theoretical View by Coldstone Harshing." (It can be read in NDE Ideology topic in Torre Delgi Diablo). Harshing flicked through it.

"It may be of use to you. I have thought genetics through a lot, and there is a way to distill wizard blood. Of course, it is long and hard but I predict if I carry through my plans that within three thousand years there will be no human beings other than pureblood wizards left on earth. Its all explained in the pamphlet. Of course British Wizards are sparse but in Germany and France and America there are thousands of more pureblood wizards which we can use to mass populate the world. It is an untapped resource."

Harshing smiled, "Of course its not just purebloods who side with us. Thousands of half-bloods are sick of muggles and mudbloods. The NDE will eradicate them all."

Finnigan Tatupu - June 18, 2008 10:31 PM (GMT)
Yuni looked stoically. Harshing's ideals were flawed. How did he expect to receive support from an entire group of people who he discriminated against. "Sir," Valdez said, feeling like a child compared to Harshing, "If you choose to make halfbloods second class citizens, they will not support you. If I am treated like second banana to some kid, just on the basis of who my parents are, I'm not going to be happy." He stopped. It seemed they were at an impasse. Harshing couldn't control the entire pureblood population, it didn't seem plausible. Arranged marriages in today's world? Doubtful.

"Exactly how do you plan to tell the difference between blood types?" He asked laughing, "You can't exactly tell just by looking at someone... And you certainly can't tell by magical ability..."

Coldstone Harshing - June 19, 2008 05:47 PM (GMT)
Harshing tapped his head several times. "I am a mind reader. People know what blood type they are - and if they know I know." It was flawed yes, but the plan did not have to be perfect. "And halfbloods are b*stards of the wizarding race. The females who have dared to sleep with muggles should be flogged publically and put to hard labour. It is a devastating crime they have committed.

"Anyway, I'd love to chat but now I know the rules of our game it is time for me to leave."

He made to go but then turned and lunge onto Valdez, he pressed his fingure onto his wrist and a dark mark (not like the death eater's one) but a smaller, blackish and mocking one appeared.

"You have been marked, brother."

Harshing moved to the window and smashed it before leaping out of it onto his hovering broom right below (cheesy yes.) and soaring to the horizon.
