Emily lay on the ground still. She didn't want to move, and she wasn't planing on moving any time soon. Emily didn't care the fact that it was the middle of the night, and the fact she was soaking wet because of the rain.

Emily stared at the stars. The were really bright, and so was the moon. She had seen a vision of a boy finding her so she had to enjoy the alone time while it lasted.

Since Emily found out she was a seer things had changed. She knew what was going to happen to her and others. No matter if it was good or bad. She hated it.

Emily kept looking up. She was still wet and her back was most likely to be very muddy. The she heard a male voice. Emily knew it was the boy that was in her vision.

AJ was sleeping in the forest when the rain started to fall. He grabbed his cloak and put it on running back into the castle. Although he loved the rain, he was just getting over a cold and didn't want to be sick again. He wasn't paying attention when he almost tripped over Emily a girl he had met in Hogsmeade a while back.

"Hey Em." he said looking down at her. "You know it's raining?" he said with a smirk.

Emily still was looking at the night sky. "Yeah I know its raining" Emily said in a distant voice.

Her legs kinda hurt because Aj kicked them when he tripped up on her. "I'm just thinking of things. Like my life so far" Emily said staring at the dark night sky.

He looked down at her curious. "Do you want to go inside the castle? Or would you like company down here?" He was wondering why she chose to think about life in the rain.

AJ hadnt known Emily for a long time but knew she was an interesting girl.

"Or perhaps you want to be left alone?" he asked ready to leave on her command.

"You can stay if you want. I'm not planing on moving any time soon." Emily decided to look at him. He was also soaking wet, and his uniform was soaking wet.

"By the way you should sit down because a owl is about to fly about where your head is"

AJ looked around. He sat down next to the unusual girl. He folded his arms behind his head to relax and stared into the rain. Just then an owl flew over them.

"How'd you see that owl? It's so dark out here." he exclaimed.

Emily looked at Aj who sat down and said "I didn't see it with my eyes, I saw it in your future. I'm a seer. It can be really annoying."

She couldn't see Aj's face but it probably had a shocked expression.

He wasn't so much as shocked but interested. "But don't seers only see visions sometimes. It's not like you see every step, only seconds before right?"

He had read up on seers for an essay he had to write. "But maybe I'm wrong."

"Well it wasn't a vision it was more a feeling. And my feeling normaly happen. Also before you came over I heard a owl" Emily told Aj. "Seers can see things with visions, dreams, tea leaves, tarot cards, crystalball and a few more things. I get the best results touching a person and getting a vision. I can tell your future if you want?" Emily asked Aj.

Emily looked at the stars. They told her that the next few months were going to be a bad few months.

His future? He wasn't so sure. "If you can tell me if I'll win the tournament, that would be great." He said with a smile. That was the only thing he was worried about.

Meeting Emily tonight might have been a great thing indeed.

"Sorry I don't use my powers for personal gain, and I can't pick what I am going to see. So it could be a bad thing I see" Emily told Aj.

"But if you still want me to look I will. Also I can't say how far in the future the vision will be."

He thought about it. "Perhaps, just a glimpse? But nothing to serious..." He didn't want to know if he was going to die young, or that he would become a loser...

AJ was learning that he should stay close with Em, not to use her, but he was rather interested with her. She could become a very good friend in the future.

"Ok, but I can't tell you if it will be good or bad. Also I can't tell you how far in to the future or in to the past it will be" Emily told Aj.

"Can you please pass me your hand and don't think about anything. Just clear your thoughts."

AJ did as told. He tried not to think about anything, but thoughts rushed through his head:

Playing muggle sports like football and rugby
Finding out he was a wizard
Falling in love with Transfiguration
Being picked on because he looked half-giant
Making friends in his 6th year, finally
April
Becoming an Anamagus
The tournament
Exploring with his friends.

He couldn't help but not think about everything. But after awhile, he finally cleared his head.

Emily grabbed Aj's hand and said "Ok you may experience some strange thoughts ok."

""Ok take a deep breath. Ok here I go" Emily told Aj as she closed her eyes.

After a few seconds Emily opened her eyes and said "Aj you are going to fall in love some time next year. All I can see is her short brown hair, and the fact that you don't know her that well yet" Emily said with a small smile. But Aj didn't look as happy.

Fall in love next year? But not with April...he was torn.

"Oh..." he said with no emotion. More thoughts had started to run around his head. "Well what about you? Ever dip into your future?"

He gazed past her looking into the rain.

Emily could tell that she had told Aj something he didn't want to hear. "Hey I'm sorry that I told you something you didn't want to know. But that is one of the risks of being told your future."

Aj asked her a question that she was asked a lot. "Yeah I have seen my future. The same rule goes for when I look into other peoples future by the way if that makes you feel a little happier. I mean when I look into mine."

Aj was gazing into the rain. He had a blank look on his face, Emily felt really bad because she knew She had done this. "Sorry if this changes things between you and April." Emily knew that there was no way that it couldn't change things between Aj and April.

But Emily had seen more when she told Aj she saw. It was much worse than the fact that April wasn't this true love.

AJ snapped out of his trance. Did it change things? No. He always was a live by the moment. He wasn't going to try and go find this love. When she wandered past him then fate would make its move.

He wasn't upset, he was just, emotionless right now. "Looks like the rain is letting up a bit." he said, even though it was lightening, it was still a steady downpour.

"Aha, yeah sure. Whatever floats your boat" Emily said.

Emily lay back down and looked at the stairs again. She thought about what else she saw. She saw him holding a knife over the girls back. Emily felt sorry for the girl.

"So what were you doing out here?" Emily asked.

"I was taking a nap in a tree in the forest. I love sleeping in branches. But the rain awoke me, and here I am."

He smiled, standing up to see if anyone else was out here in the rain.

"Ok you sleep in trees thats not weird at all" Emily giggled. Emily ran her hair through her newly blonde hair. Emily had decided to go back to her natural colour.

Aj stood up and Emily said "Sorry I can't help you if there is anyone out there or not. I don't have super sight. So who you looking for?" Emily asked.

"Oh no one, just looking." he said with his eyes squinted. The sky was darked than usual, probably because of the rain. He saw a few scattered first and second years playing in the rain, but most of the older students must be in side.

"Wonder what everyone else is doing."

"Probably inside asleep or working on stuff" Emily said. "Well I think I may go inside, have a shower and get changed. I am a bit muddy."

AJ agreed to go inside and part ways. "Maybe we can meet again. This was fun."

He watched as she left, he went around and made his way up to the towers. He was now thinking about meeting the new girl she mentioned.
