Sean sat in his office, making the lesson plans for his upcoming week.

He wore a pair of faded Levi's and a blue button-up shirt, which was open, revealing his abs.

He was wondering whether to try some Qudditch tricks or stick to Flying stuff and looked up when someone knocked on the door.

"Come in," he called, wondering who it was.

Carly had been flying around the Quidditch pitch for a bit. She was getting some good practice in before actual Quidditch practice would start. She has been flying her whole life and knew what she was doing, but she could always use some help. She needed someone to give her a few pointers. The only person she could think of was Professor Avalon.

She made her way to his office. She never really had a full conversation with him. She wasn't even sure if he knew who she was. She hoped he did. He was one of those Professors that you didn't really look at as a Professor. She had always been a little interested in him. She knew that was bad, but she didn't care.

When she knocked, she heard his voice telling her to come in. She opened the door. "Hello." She smiled a little, waiting to see if he knew who she was.

Arourianna kicked the soft grass of the quidditch pitch, her pale cheeks flushed crimson. Adrenaline pumped through her veins making her hands shake slightly. It was a rush she wasn't sure she enjoyed or not. She loved the speed but heights were a thing she would never truly get used to. Having been practicing her not so skilled flying all morning, she decided to give it a rest. Changing from her gear, she donned a simple white, cotton dress and a pair of sandals and headed off towards the castle. Her messy auburn curls bounced around her face as she made her way in.

Just as she entered the great oak door, she decided to speak with Professor Avalon about her improvements... if there were any, and she needed a suggestion on how to overcome vertigo. Reaching his office, Arourianna knocked quietly before walking in and noticing another student with him as well. Feeling slightly awkward, she stumbled for an apology. "Didn't mean to barge in, it was open."

Sean looked up as two students entered his office. He leaned back in hischair and realized his shirt was open, then hastily began to button it up.

"Sorry about that girls," he said, flashing them a grin "Arourianna , students are welcome in my office when ever it's open, you weren't barging in. Now, what can I help you with?"

OOC: This might be confusing with two people, hah.

Carly smirked as she saw him lean back with his shirt open. She knew he was fit, but she was more surprised. She then turned to see another student that she didn't know. When she made her comment about barging in, Carly wanted to be her usual rude self, but refrained in front of Professor Avalon. She just rolled her eyes and turned back to him.

"Well, i planned to be here a bit long." She was talking to both of them. "So if you two are going to make your conversation short, i can wait until you're done." She was gritting her teeth so that she wouldn't let her attitude get to her too much.

"Alright Miss. Butank. Miss. Drake, why don't I meet you at the Quidditch Pitch later and we can talk there?"

He smiled at her.

"So, Miss Butank, what do you need?"

Carly was a little surprised to hear him say her name. She was also surprised that he had told the other girl to meet him at the pitch later. She smirked. She loved to get her way.

"Well, i was just flying around practicing a little and realized i could use some pointers. I figured no one was better to go to than you." She smiled. She knew she shouldn't flirt, but she couldn't help herself. "I also wanted to make good conversation with someone." She continued to smile at him, kind of wishing he hadn't buttoned up his shirt.

Sean smiled at the girl as she flirted with him. She was actually very good looking and did not look at all like a student.

"Well it's kind of dark out now for Qudditch pointers," he said, "But we can schedule something if you want. As for good conversation, please take a seat Miss. Butank." he said, pointing to the armchairs in front of his desk.

She smiled and nodded, taking a seat. She did originally come in here just for pointers, but she obviously forgot how good looking he was. She was happy that they were just going to talk now.

"I'm surprised you know my name. I know we've talked like once, but i figured you forgot."

"Now Miss. Butank, I never forget a conversation with a beautiful woman." he said, forgeting she was a student. He was enjoying flirting with her, and he wondered if she was as smart as she seemed.

"So, what do you want to talk about?" he asked her, leaning back in his huge leather chair.

Carly was shocked to hear him say that. She didn't mind, though. She smirked.

"Well, what are you doing sitting in here alone?" She, too, leaned back. "You seem like a guy that would have better things to do."

"Well, it's late and I haven't really met any interesting people around here, I only really talked to one professor a couple of times, Professor Rasmuse, but I wouldn't think she was my type.

Besides I spent a lot of my time flying. I miss playing Quidditch professionally so I guess I fly a lot to make up for that.

And you? Why are you alone tonight Miss. Butank?"

Carly nodded. She agreed with him. She hadn't had a lot of time to fly lately, so she was making up for it a lot the past few days. She heard his question and smiled.

"I guess no one interesting has caught my eye yet." She gave him a small smirk than looked away. "Most people are in the common room. And most boys haven't been worth my time lately. So, i guess you're lucky." She looked at him again, smiling.

"Yes," replied Sean. "I must be the lucky one." He thought so too. He was kind of concerned about the whole teacher/student thing, he wondered what kind of rules there were about it, he'd never actually checked.

"So Miss. Butank," he said, "You wanted to talk. Tell me something about yourself."

Carly thought for a moment. There were tons of things she could've told him. She figured one way to get his attention was to talk about flying. "Well, i've been flying pretty much since i could walk. So, i'd say i'm pretty talented." She smiled. She had a smile that could catch someones attention. "We just had try outs and i'm now a beater for the Slytherin team."

She knew that would catch him off guard. No one ever suspected her to be a beater.

Sean's eyebrows went up. "A beater huh? I never would have guessed." She smiled and he had to admit to himself, she had an amazing smile.

"So, when do you graduate? he asked, just out of curiosity.

She was glad that this had impressed him a bit. She head his question and frowned a bit. She was afraid of this. He was flirting back a little, and she didn't want it to just suddenly end.

"Well..next year." She hesitated and looked around. She wished that never came up. "You'd never guess it, huh?" She laughed a bit.

"Oh," said Sean, looking a bit dissapointed. He didn't want it to end either, he could tell she didn't, and he was wondering if he should just go ahead and ask her on a date. "How old are you by the way?" he asked.

Carly could see he was disappointed. She was getting a little mad. She hated that age mattered so much. She was more mature than most girls her age anyway.

"16. Not as young as it seems." She smiled again. Maybe he wouldn't care if she just kept flirting.

Sean could see she was mature for 16, and she sure didn't look it...


He decided to keep talking to her. "So Miss. Butank, what do you plan on doing when you graduate next year?"

Carly smiled when he didn't send her out of the room. She was almost certain he would.

"Please Professor, call me Carly." She gave him a small grin. "I'm hoping to become a Healer. I've always been so interested in it." She looked down at his stomach, wishing she could see his abs again. She then looked back up at his face. "What made you want to come and work here?"

"Well, Carly I was a Quidditch player and I injured my knee in a bludger accident. So, I can't really fly to long or my leg begins to give me trouble. Therefore I had to resign from Quidditch playing. Teaching flying seemed like the best option after."

"That's unfortunate, though. I couldn't imagine not being able to fly." She sighed and looked around, crossing her legs. She wasn't sure what to do or say now. She was afraid to push it to the limit with flirting, so she figured she'd wait until he did. There was a silence. She bit her lip, it was a habit.

Sean smiled softly as Carly bit her lip. It made her look cute in a way.

"So, Carly," he asked, "What would you like to do for fun, like on an evening you had free. Besides talk to me," he said, winking.

Carly smiled as he winked. "Well, it depends who i was with. Now, if i was with a boy.." She gave him a flirty look as she said this. "I'd probably like to have a nice dinner maybe." She smirked, hoping she didn't push it too far.

Sean smiled. Sinner, quite a simple answer. There was just one problem, well two. She wasn't legally an adult and he wasn't sure if he should ask her to dinner. He could loose his job, she might not even be interested in him that way, though he was sure she was.

Sean mentally shook himself. He never imagined being attracted to a student, but she was intelligent and mature and looked nothing like a student.

He sighed. "You know, there's this new resturant that opened up in Hogsmeade...have you ever been there?"

She saw him thinking a bit. She hoped he was thinking about asking her to dinner. He finally spoke up, and it wasn't him asking her out. She cursed in her head. She wasn't going to show her disappointment, though.

She smiled. "No, not yet." She made eye contact with him for a few seconds then looked away. "Maybe i will soon." She still smiled and played with the end of her hair a bit.

Sean looked at Carly. She looked a bit dissapointed. "Alright Carly," he began, looking at her and smiling and reminding himselfthat a seven-eight year age gap wasn't that much. "I haven't been there either. How would you like to check it out with me?"

He leaned back and waited for her to respond.

Carly was relieved. She was afraid he would never ask. She then looked back at him and smirked. "Well Professor, i'm not sure that would be very appropriate." She saw the look on his face and knew that would happen. She laughed a bit. "But what do i care? Of course." She smiled.

Sean laughed. For a second he had thought she would say no. "Not funny, Carly," he said, lacing his fingers together and palcing them behind his head. "Now, when would you like to go on this dinner?"

He took out his small leather book to check out his schedule and see when he was free. After all, he did have classes to teach and lessons to plan.

Carly laughed on the inside at his book. Atleast he was organized, something she couldn't say about herself. "Well, i'm pretty much always free." She gestured to his book. "You, on the other hand, obviously have a nice little schedule." She smiled. "So whenever you're free."

Sean looked in his book. "How about Friday night?" he asked, "At seven. Is that good for you?"

He waited for her to answer.

[OOC: We don't actually have to wait til Friday tho I don't know if I'll be on tomorrow...]

She smiled and nodded her head. "Friday sounds good." She looked at a clock that was on her wall, then stood up. "Well, i better be going now." She didn't want to stay too long. She wanted to make sure they had a lot fo talk about Friday.

OOC: Yeah, that's fine. Well just make the thread whenever you want then.

"Alright, see you Firday Carly." replied Sean, watching as she left.
He had a good feeling about Friday.
