Title: Detention
Description: For being late!

Lily-Ann Pace - June 23, 2008 05:22 PM (GMT)
Lily-Ann walked through the halls, her eyes closed, singing a song by Lily Allen.
"Can't knock em out, can't walk away, Try desperately to think of the politest way to say, Just get out my face, just leave me alone, And no you can't have my number,
Why?
Because I've lost my phone" Lily-Ann really should'nt bee\ this happy, especially if she was on her way to Professor Casanov's detention.
"Go away now, let me go, Are you stupid? Or just a little slow? Go away now I've made myself clear, Nah it's not gonna happen, Not in a a million years," Lily-Ann grinned at the song. It was really rather funny to her. Lily-Ann changed the song to a new Lily Allen song, she was almost to the classroom.
"Ooooo deary me, My little brother's in his bedroom smoking weed, I tell him he should get up cos it's nearly half past three He can't be bothered cos he's high on THC. I ask him very nicely if he'd like a cup of tea, I can't even see him cos the room is so smoky, Don't understand how one can watch so much TV, My baby brother Alfie how I wish that you could see." LIly-Ann was at the door and she was just finishing up the chorus, "Oooooo I only say it cos I care, So please can you stop pulling my hair. Now, now there's no need to swear, Please don't despair my dear Mon frere." Lily-Ann shut up though as she came into the office, her smile was contagious, she seemed determined to make this as best as possible.
"Hello Professor Casanov I hope you are having a lovely day." Lily-Ann smiled, no she wasn't sucking up, she was simply being,,, Lily-Ann. "So lets get this started shall we? I really need to work on some homework because I can't fall behind." Lily-Ann never meant to sound like she did, and when Lily-Ann realizes she sounds totally different from how she intended, she tries to fix it. It rarely turns the way she wants it to.
"Oh dear, I didn't mean to sound like I'm running the place. I'm really sorry really." Lily-Ann shrugged, maybe that fixed things.

Aria Casanov - June 23, 2008 08:18 PM (GMT)
Aria stared at the student, shock etched on her face. She couldn't beleive she had talked to her so....nonchalantly. Slytherin or not, her orders had been clear, all Pure-bloods must be strictly disciplined to create a superior race, the others must have their lifes made into a living hell.

"Miss. Pace," she replied, her eyes still widened in shock. "This is detention, not afternoon tea. Take a seat." she said, pointing to one of the armchairs in front of her.

"Now Miss Pace, you were late to my class today which is unacceptable. I don't know about your other teachers, if they let you 'slide' but I am not them. In my classroom I demand respect, promptness, and intelligence. Is that understood?" she asked, staring at the girl, her face expressionless once more.

Lily-Ann Pace - June 23, 2008 10:47 PM (GMT)
Lily-Ann blushed slightly, "I didn't mean to make it sound like Afternoon Tea Professor, it's just how I... function." Lily-Ann shrugged, not knowing exactly what to say. This was a professor, not another student. If it had been another student Lily-Ann would've told them off and told them not to tell her how to talk. But, it wasn't a student. Although it was interesting to see the shock on the Professors face...

"They don't normally let it slide, and I hadn't meant to be late. In fact I meant to be early, but I don't control fate." Lily-Ann shrugged, "And yes ma'mm it's understood." Lily-Ann knew her manners, she may be a bit over the top but at least she had manners. "Like I said, I'm sorry I'm late. And I know that there are no good excuses so count this a true one, they stairs changed on me so I got lost." Lily-Ann sighed, "So, what do I need to do to make this... ummm fixed? Sorry I can't think of a better word."

Aria Casanov - June 24, 2008 09:13 PM (GMT)
Aria listened t the girl ramble. "Alright Miss Pace, you may go now. If it ever happenes again your detention will not be this easy."
She leaned back in her chair and stared at her.
