Title: Remembering Sunday
Description: Shirley

OOC: Title is random; song that's playing.

BIC:

Meandering slowly through the hallways, April was looking for something to do. She headed into a random empty classroom and sat down against the wall. Her hand searched for her wand slowly in her pocket of her robes, and she played with it. Across the room were small rocks or stone, for some reason, and April hovered them above the ground.

April was lazily hovering things and sending them across the room when she heard footsteps. She didn't stop, figuring the person would walk by, but she did try to listen more carefully. She was making a stone zoom around the room.

Then the door opened, scaring her. The rock fell to the ground at the person's feet and April looked up.

"Sorry, you gave me a fright."

Shirley had been walking throughout the school, just trying to clear her head. She had been studying for the past 6 hours straight and even with her glasses on things were becoming fuzzy, something Shirley hated. Maybe next time I should remember to eat while studying she thought as she felt slightly weak.

Quickly stopping off at the kitchens, Shirley grabbed an apple and smiled gratefully at the houseelves as she continued on her aimless walk, feeling a bit better. She was just wandering aimlessly when she noticed a random classroom door was slightly ajar. Opening it more she jumped back slightly when she saw a rock fall at her feet.

"Sorry, you gave me a fright."

Looking up at April (OOC: I'm just going to say we know one another), Shirley relaxed a bit. Walking into the room and shutting the door behind her she hopped up on one of the desks and asked lazily "Why are you in an empty classroom with a bunch of rocks?" She quirked her eyebrow as she waited for a response, hoping it'd be something interesting.

Looking up at Shirley, April sighed in relief, realizing that she wasn't going to get too many weird looks or questions. The rock had missed her body, as well, which was a helpful thing as well. April magick-ed the rock back to her side, and she held it up to show Shirley.

"I was just messing around with them, getting away from all the craziness. I could ask you the same thing, though," April said, eyeing her curiously. She had obviously either seen her come in or had been following her or something.
