Lily-Ann spun in the hallways, knowing everyone was asleep about now. She sang, but not loudly. "Do you think, everything, everyone, is going mental, It seems to me that it's spiraling outta control and it's inevitable, Now don't you think, This time is yours, this time is mine, Its temperamental, It seems to me, we're on all fours, Crawling on our knees, Someone help us please." Lily-Ann twirled around another corner. She was wearing her yellow dress, and her black hair had only a bit of it pulled up in a green ribbon, "Oh Jesus Christ almighty, Do I feel alright? No not slightly, I wanna get a flat I know I can't afford it, It's just the bureaucrats who won't give me a mortgage, Well it's very funny cos I got your freaking money, And I'm never gonna get it just because of my bad credit Oh well I guess I mustn't grumble, I suppose that's just the way the cookie crumbles." Lily-Ann was going to sing the next bit, but she ran into someone. "Oh! Ow!" Lily-Ann yelped, falling to the ground.

AJ seemed to have the tendency to knock people over now. He was reading another one of his Transfiguration books. He heard singing coming from down the hallway and wanted to see who it was.

The voice grew louder and louder, while AJ picked up the pace. He wanted to see who was there. And all of a sudden somebody turned the corner and AJ plowed them to the floor.

"Sorry!" he half-shreiked. Picking up whoever it was he knocked over. "You okay?"

Lily-Ann felt at her wrists, because she had slammed hr hands onto the ground when she had fallen. She shrugged, "Yea, my broom and my brother has caused me worse damage" Lily-Ann glanced at his book, but she couldn't see the title. "It was really my fault for not paying attention." Lily-Ann excused herself, she held out a small hand ,"Lily-Ann Pace, not Lilian, but Lily...Ann, trust me you don't want to get it wrong." Lily-Ann told him, grinning.

AJ was barely paying attention as she told him her preferenced name. "Okay, Lily-Ann" he said with emphasis on her name. He wanted to tell her she should be more careful but refrained.

"I dont think I've seen you around? What house are you in?" He paused, "Ravenclaw, seventh year."

Lily-Ann bounced, toe, heel, toe, heel. Just a habit, and Lily-Ann never noticed she was doing it.
"Mmmm, I keep to myself mostly. And I'm in the Library most of the time." Lily-Ann shrugged, "And don't hold me against it, but I'm in Slytherin 5th year." Lily-Ann didn't look like a fith year, she hardly looked like she was a second year, "Whats your name, unless it's Ravenclaw Seventh year which... I kinda hope it isn't."

He laughed at her wit.

"No, no. It's AJ." he said extending his hand. "Erm...Slytherin. I've had good experiences with a lot of bad."

He looked at her face to read what kind of Slytherin she was. "I suppose I won't hold it against you just yet." He smiled.

"Do you wanna...join?" he asked starting to walk away.

"AJ, does that stand for something or is it just, AJ? Because I knew someone who's name was just BJ, his parents where hippy-ish." Lily-Ann shrugged, not caring if he knew what she meant by hippy-ish or not, "And thank you for not judging me, that can get annoying. " Lily-Ann admitted and she watched him start to watch for a moment, "Mmm, sure." She agreed and caught up with him, "Sooo watcha reading?" She asked, doing a spin and then inspecting something on the skirt of her dress.
