When you see her.
Long, wavy hair spirals around Belien's face. It's blonde with her roots just barely showing through and stops just past her shoulders. Most of the time she pulls it back, due to the, often times, humid air and her hair's inability to stay nice. When it is down it creates a mane around her face, and sometimes curls out right besides her ears giving her a horned owl look, a lot like her nephew.
Not only does her personality fit that of the generic Slytherin, her face is rather snake-like if you catch her in the right light. She has larger cheek bones, which seems to be a family trait, and a smooth jaw line that fades in to a small chin. Her lips would be considered full, and lush, if her upper lip wasn't almost non-existent. Her eyes aren't wide, and seem small compared to her cheek bones only adding to her sometimes snake-look.
She's qite short, especially compared to the men in her family, barely reaching 5'3". She has some curves, but not a lot. Definitely not enough to show under her robes. She's not heavy, but not too light, coming in at around 105 lbs.
When you meet her.
Belien has this habit of using people. She may form relationships with whomever she runs in to, but they don't mean very much to her. She does have a strong hatred for those who are muggle mixed; however, her compulsive want to use people doesn't discriminate. She will form bonds, or what seems like them, with anyone and everyone and pretend that they mean so much to her if she can find a good use for them. And when it comes to using people she seems to have no moral limitations.
Belien was raised in a family that was very affectionate. No, nothing creepy or gross, just a lot of hugs and kisses. They are all very close, even those who aren't immediate family. They often times have big family gatherings so the kids are raised together and usually don't play with a lot of kids outside of the family. She also holds family close to her, and has grown to need the attention and affection that she gets when she is at home. Most of the times this is what she uses people for, they might mean nothing to her but with her need she makes it seem as if she really does hold her friends dear to her.
Because of all this it's hard to pin point her actual personality. She has become kind of a chameleon, changing to fit what she thinks this person or that person wants. She will lie, and backstab, though not all the times getting away with it. The only people that may know what she is really like is her family, she doesn't put up any acts when it comes to them. They know how much she hates non-pure bloods and how sociopathic her behavior can be.

What’s happened.
Belien was raised in a family who were, of course, all about being around family. As a child she played with a lot of cousins, nephews, and nieces. Being the youngest of the three children she cam in to the picture only a year before her oldest nephew. Her parents were older, but her two brothers had already started their families when she came about so she wasn't all alone with the boring adults. The children respected her as their aunt instead of looking at her as a peer, and that's how the adults liked it.
Unlike most of her cousins, nieces, and nephews she wasn't left out of the family's secrets, though she wasn't very interested. Often times she would leave when rants of muggles, and speeches of how the Death eaters had a brilliant mind set, broke out.
