Mona walked down the stairs and to the entrance hall, heading to the great hall. She loved the great hall for its wonderful sight. Today, the sky was clear and blue. Mona walked forwards, but then noticed someone. Naturally, she greeted them.
"Hi." she said.

Maya looked up at the sky, it was clear blue. Maya thanked the lord that it was sunny today, she really wanted to get her homework done today and in the stuffy commenroom really wasn't how she wanted to spend the glorius Saturday. Now, she could sit under the Beech tree and do it. She jumped as someone said 'Hi' to her.
"Hello," said Maya startled. "Who are you."
She sounded ike a Slytherin she realised. No one said Who are you? Apart from Slytherins because Slytherins were just plain rude.

Mona didn't look offended. It was the normal reaction she always got when she said 'hi' to an unknown person.
"Hi, I'm Mona Woods, second year Ravenclaw." she said. "Sorry, I just want to talk to someone." she explained. "And you are?"

She was releived when Mona didnt take offence from her rude comment. After all, most non-Slytherin people would of done.
"I'm Maya Woods, Sixth Year Hufflepuff." She said. "I enjoy music and Art. What about you?" Maya pondered over what she had said for a second and eventuelly deemed it polite and kind....ish.

"I like quidditch and charms." she said, smiling and glad that this one was actually polite enough to reply and ask questions. "You know what the last person I said 'hi' to did to me? He threw a bat-bogey charm at me."
She shook her head, grinning.

"Thats not nice!" Said Maya with a slight grin, "Are you sure you didn't deserve it though?" Maya laughed loudly. She couldn't seem to hold stuff back today, which was weird because the only time she did weird stuff like that was when she had a sufficent amount of Odgens Firewhisky. Which she most certainatly hadn't had today on a School Day.
"Sorry, I didn't mean that in a weird way, or mean way," She said giggling. Wow, she must have have had 3 bottles of Firewhisky in her sleep.

"Are you trying to say I deserve it?" she joked, laughing too. "You're quite the comedian. Of course not, no. Offending me is a long way away."
Mona giggled.
