Description: Open

"But Isaac!" Samantha whined while walking down the hall with her older brother. "Plllleeeeaaaaaassseee! You have to let me use your owl!" Samantha still whined. She watched Isaac brush his brown hair from his face and look at her with his beautiful blue eyes. He then rolled those eyes and imitated Samantha, "But Saaammmyy! No." He said, turning on his heels and continuing on his way.
"But-" Samantha began.
"But no Sam! You are going to wear out my owl and he'll die of exauhstion. You should've bought your own owl instead of that damned ferret." Isaac told her, looking at the ferret that Samantha held.
"My dear sir I am quite offended by that tone!" The ferret said angrily. Samantha covered it's mouth before it could say anything else.
"Isaac, I'll just send one to Mum and Dad alright?" Samantha asked, finally catching up with her brother.
"Fine. But I'll send them." He told her, tugging one of her brown braids.
"Ow! Don't do that! And I'm a big girl I think I can handle-" Samantha began, but Isaac interrupted.
"Sam, last time you told me you would send stuff to mum and dad, my owl could hardly even MOVE when he got back. I know you'll send letters to the rest of your bloody friends so I'm not letting YOU send them." Isaac said, as they exited onto the grounds.
"Oh Isaac I wouldn't-"
"Don't Oh Isaac me Sam, I know you. You most deffinatly would." Isaac told her, again brushing his hair from his eyes.
"You need a haircut." Samantha told him, while she put down the ferret watching it run around their feet. They were now at the lake, Samantha was sitting on a rock watching Isaac skip stones.
"I don't need a haircut. And if I DID then you need an outfit change, like wearing something that doesn't make you look like...that." Isaac told her, glancing at his sisters snug tanktop and shorts. He himself was wearing jeans and a green t-shirt. Samantha stuck out her tounge at her brother, and then turned hearing someone say hello.
"Hi!" Samantha said, while Isaac rolled his eyes at his overly-social sister.

Rebecca sighed to herself as she flopped down on the ground beside the lake a few feet away from a rock. Today it was nice out and she was glad to be out in the sunshine. It was beautiful, almost perfect she thought at least. Today she'd donned a pair of jean Capri’s that sat just below her knees and a plain yellow form fitting t-shirt. Her hair was done up in a clip the color matching her yellow t-shirt. Of course her outfit was dressed according to the weather a smart thing she had to admit.
At these thoughts and a small nod to herself Rebecca was interrupted by the sound of fighting, or at least thats what it seemed like. Turning her blue eyes to the rock that sat a few feet away from her she saw a boy and girl, siblings she assumed as she got a closer look. From the sound of it seemed they were fighting over an....owl?
Shaking her head for a brief second Rebecca turned away from the siblings and instead let her attention slide to the lake before her. Though it wasn't long before she turned back around her attention once again on the them. Finally curiosity and worry getting the best of her because she knew how some fights ended she spoke up.
"Hello....is everything alright?"

Isaac looked at the girl, vaguely recognizing her from the hufflepuff common room. He continued to skip stones however, knowing his sister would take over anyway.
"Oh yes everything's alright. It's just Isaac won't let me use his owl to send letters to mum and dad!" She crossed her arms and glared at Isaac.
"Sam, you can give me the letters and let ME send them. Or you can use a school owl." He told her, ignoring the look.
"But... the school owls don't like me." Samantha said.
"Sammy... those are your only two options." He told her, now facing her.
"But, don't you think he should let me send the owls on my own?" She said, now looking at the other girl.
"Sam don't bring her into this! She doesn't even know WHY I won't let you send the letters on your own." Isaac rolled his eyes.
"I don't even know-"
"Yes you do Sam."
"Well, do you think he should let me use his owl?" Samantha asked, looking at the girl again.

As both of them looked to her Rebecca had to admit the boy looked vaguely familiar though she didn’t get to dwell on where she’d met him though because the girl was speaking again. So everything was alright? Rebecca smiled at the pair glad to hear so. It seemed to her that it was just a bickering argument and nothing more, at least nothing violent which she couldn’t be more than glad for.
Trailing out of her thoughts at that moment Rebecca listened to Isaac and Sammy, short for Samantha she assumed, as she now knew them both go on bickering. So it seemed to her first off that they were obviously siblings and also the reason they were arguing was because Isaac wouldn’t let Sammy use his owl to send letters to their parents. Making an ‘oh’ sound with her mouth she listened on and her blue eyes widened slightly as Sammy brought her into the situation, by asking what she thought.
Instantly though Isaac announced that Sammy shouldn’t bring her into it and Rebecca cast him a small grateful smile. Though her smile soon faded from her face as she was once again addressed. Biting her bottom lip out of habit Rebecca brushed a few strands of hair out of her face before speaking.
“Well I really have no idea personally. I guess I should know why he won’t let you use his owl. Maybe it’ll make more sense then?” At her words Rebecca’s blue eyes glanced from Sammy then to Isaac waiting for either to reply, specifically Isaac as that was who her question was directed too mostly.

"I won't let her use it because last time she used my owl it couldn't move for a week or so because she'd worn it out by sending letters to all her friends, AND mum and dad." Isaac explained brushing his hair from his eyes again.
"Which technically, he was okay after a few DAYS." Samantha said rolling her eyes.
"Sam, if you think about it, you could've gotten your own owl instead of that." Isaac pointed to the ferret that looked at him angrily. It's formal british voice came out, "Pardon ME dear boy but I DO have a name."
"Oh.. sooo sorry, isntead of Sir Henry." Isaac said sarcastically.
"Don't be mean to him!" Samantha said picking up Sir Henry and petting him.
"ME!? Sam he's a bloody ferret! I think I should be allowed to say what I want about him!" Isaac stared at his sister like she was crazy.
"Back to the original argument..." Samantha said rolling her eyes, "I think he should let me use his owl. I promised him I wouldn't do that again."
"Sam, you promising ANYTHING means just about nothing. You've never kept a promise in your whole life!"
"Nuh-uh I have too! Remember when I was in second grade, one of the girls told me she liked you and I never told you. She made me promise not too." Samantha stuck her tongue out at Isaac, thinking she had won.
"Samantha, you just told me. See! You can not keep promises!" Isaac sighed, "And I'm not letting you use my owl."
Samantha looked at Isaac, and then to Rebecca, "I still think he should trust me this time, don't you?"
OOC: Sorry I didn't reply for so long!
