How They Met: Blane is only one year younger than Mel, so over the course of their lives at Hogwarts, they have, of course met. In their case, they met one day on the grounds when Mel came over and talked to him. She never really had a crush on him until recently.

How They Met: By chance on the Hogwarts express in Edith's first year and Blane's second, they got on immediately due to their shared arrogance and need for their own way - properties which would usually have clashed, but in Blane and Edith's case complimented the pair equally. Despite their different houses and year groups, their friendship lasted as they often encountered each other in corridors and the library, and always found a subject to talk about that they both agreed on.

(OOC: i just wanted to say, i was a bit surprised, but my real surname is MacLean, so I was drawn to your character straight away! Is yours pronounced mack-lane, or mack-clean?)

How They Met: Tristan and Blane were in the same year, so they'd met a few times, things didn't get heated until they both were in Third Year. They had many classes together and their personalities are somewhat simliar even thought they never would admit, their outlooks however were and are completely different, this being said the two compete during classes and whenever they see something to compete about, Tristan doesn't hate Blane but its a general dislike at times. Tristan is a typical Gryffindor perhaps a little more optimistic but otherwise Blane's opposite.

How They Met: Davina brok her glasses as usual one night by the lake and also as usual forgot the spell to fix them so she tossed them having them hit Blane lightly. They got to talking and Blane found out she was muggleborn. Davina has a crush on him, but at the same time she really dislikes him. Because she's muggle born Blan can't be seen with her i public. Also he has to watch what he says, he's let the word Mudblood slip a few times around her.

Davina actually got Blane out of his bad mood when they were talking, he wound up kissing her. She also ot him upset during their conversation they had on the lake on he wound up threatening her. Saying that she should be afraid of him because there are many bad things that he could do to her. Een though he has threatened he hasn't done anything bad to her at all. There were many ups and downs but finally when it was time to head back into school it seemed to end on an up.
