Angela walked into the Astronomy tower. She couldn't sleep at all tonight for some reason. She sighed as she walked in and sat down looking up at the sky. It was always so calming up here, but she figured that it must have been like that for a lot of people. She was so stressed about her cousin being here. He had alread stupidly got people knowing he was no good. It was so obvious that he was death eater, she was in shock he even got the job.

She rolled her eyes ust thinking about him. She took out her pack of cigarettes and took one out lighting it and taking a long drag from it. These always calmed her, unfortunately they weren't the best things to depend on. Addiction was always bad. She heard a rustle behind her.

"Is someone there?" She asked peering behind her.

Katarzyna was in the tower at night quite often, nearly all the Slytherin knew that about her. It was the one sure thing she was going to do each night. She was in black svelte sweat pants and a homey looking red hoodie with the Polish eagle embrodered on the back. Her hair was in a messy ponytail, yet it still looked pretty.

She walked up the stars - she was barefoot. Oddly enough...

As soon as she took the first step onto the landing she heard a voice, and a figure of... a girl. The voice was pretty familiar, though Kat couldn't put a face to the voice. Or even a name. She stepped out of the shadows, into where the moonlight spilled in from the window.

"Sorry... did you reserve the tower for yoursef tonight?" she asked sarcastically with a smirk plastered across her face. She noticed the girl was a fellow Slytherin, but she was deffinetly younger. Not by much at all though.

Smoke.
Ciggerette.

"Do.. do you have an extra smoke?" she asked, wincing, she was dying to have one right now. It was on of her many addictions. That and throwing up her dinner...

Angela looked up and eyed the girl. She knew of her of course she did. It seemed the whole house knew her. She was pretty popular all of a sudden. She took another drag and held it in for a little long this time before letting it out.

"Maybe, I did. Did you get the memo?" She said rudely when Kat made her sarcastic comment. She sighed at her rude attitude that seemed to come out randomly now.

"Sorry, I was just sort of out of it and I heard a noise." She shrugged rolling her eyes somewhat. She didn't feel the need to explain herself any further, she was lucky she got an apology. It was probably because she too was a slytherin.

She had a full pack of cigarettes and she was lucky ANgela was in a semi genorous mood. "Yea I do." She mumbled standing up and walking towards her. She pulled out one and passed it over to her. She got a better look of Katarzyna now. Even though she knew about her and seen her a couple of times a day never really up close. She was older than Angela about a year or two. And she was very attractive.

Cassandra walked up the stairs to the tower. She always liked this tower this was were her parents had met when they went to Hogwarts. She took off her glasses as she steped on to the landing. Her vison was blurred while she cleaned her glasses. When she put them back on jumped back in fright. She didn't expect anyone to be there.
"Oh sorry.I didn't see you there." she said.

Angela looked up when she heard another voice come into the tower. She eyed the girl up and down, not caring if it was obvious. Ugh a gryffindor. She really wasn't one who care too much about house rivalry but, she was in gryiffindor. She had seen this girl around befored she was about a year maybe two older than herself just like Kat was. She rolled her eyes somewhat and let out a puff of smoke she had inhaled before in the direction of this new girls face.

"Well join the party." She said sarcastically. She had come up over here to be alone and now there two other girls here. Oh well, it can't be that bad. She sighed and put her pack of cigarettes back into her robes as she tossed a lighter to Kat also. She actuallu wanted to have a little fun with this gryffindor girl but maybe it would be best not to toy around with her.

"Well what brings you guys up here?" she asked with a sigh.

Cassandra coughed a little.
"I came up because I couldn't sleep. I like being alone up here somtimes. How about you?" she asked the girls in front of here.

Katarzyna chuckled about the memo comment. "Nice one. Atleast you catch on to sarcasm, she said, nodding as she took the smoke and light it. She stared at the embers for a few moments before placing it between her lips, inhaling.

Inhaling.
Inhaling.

kat spun around to see a girl, from her robes a Gryffindor one. Kat wasn't too keen on house rivalry. She didn't really believe in them. But every now and then they were quite entertaining to indulge in.

"Well tough luck with being alone," Kat said, in her Polish accent. She faced away from the girl and back towards the other Slytherin. "Haven't quite caught your name...? I'm Katarzyna Warswik... But most call me Kat. it's a hella lot easier to pronounce," she said smirking and puffing smoke out the window.

She didn't ask the Gryffindor girl her name. For now, she needn't know.Kat wanted to have her fun for awhile, then maybe she'd come around and be nice to the girl.

Cassandra bit her lip. She was taken aback by Katarzyna's tone. She stepped foward. 'Well my name is Cassandra" she said determined to not be ignored.

Kat turned back to her. She had a long torso, so the turn was almost snake like. Yet, in an elegant manner. She puffed out smoke, but not in the girls face. She actually had enough manners to blow it down.

"Cassandra..." she said, repeating it to herself. "That's a nice name," she said simply, not bothering to repeat her name. There was no doubt that Cassandra had heard it. "Does anyone call you Cassie?"

[COLOR=red]Not really they usually call me Sandy. I find it strange that they don't. You would think that they would. She took off her glasses to clean them again. They kept fogging up.

Angela smirked a little when she noticed she ignored the Gryffindor girl. Could she be having the same idea Angela had been having? To have a little fun.

"I'm Angela." She said ash flicked the ash from her cigarette. She looked over at the gryffindor who seem to insist of her presence.

She rolled her eyes when she introduced herself. Ang didn't really care too much. "Yea Kat seems a lot easier to pronouce.

Cassandra took a deep breath. She put her glasses back on. When she had them off she really couldn't she the look the other girl gave her. But judging by the words spoken it probably wasn't nice. She folded her arms.
"Katarzyna is an interesting name. I agree that Kat is a hell of a lot easier." she turned to the girl who didn't yet know the name of."Can I have a smoke?"she said.

Kat looked from Sandy to Angela, her lips parted as she flicked the ash of her smoke. her eyes averted back to the Gryffindor. "You smoke?"

Kat just couldn't picture her smoking. Sure, she knew a lot of Gryffindors who smoked - or at least said they did. However most of them were to scared to. Or some dumb s**t like that.

Katarzyna slowly turned her head towards Angela - waiting to see if she would give the Gryffindor a smoke.

Cassandra looked up to Kat
"Yeah I smoke once in awhile." This wasn't a complete lie.She did smoke once. Not that she was addicted or anything. She kinda wanted to smoke again but not really. She couldn't explain it even to herself. This was a rare occurance.

Angela didn't peg her for a smoker at all, but then again not everyone thought Angela did either so who was she to be judging. She raised an eyebrow not sure if she wanted to be nice and give her one but she sighed loudly.

She reached in her pocket and tossed the pack at her. "Ok take one." She said not wanting to remove it herself.

Cassandra took the pack and took a cigarette out. She tosed the pack back to Angela. She lit it with her wand. She took a long drag. She blew the smoke over her shoulder.
"So your name is Angela right?" she asked.

Angela caught her pack and put it away. She eyed the gryffindor girl and rolled her eyes. "Yea that's what I said befor when I said my name." She said with a slight scof and too much attitude. Angela couldn't help it, she wasn't in the best of moods today and when she wasn't focused on not being annoying or b*thy to anyone if just came out.

Cassandra took another drag. She blew the smoke to the ground.
"Well you don't need to be so b**chy. Then again that just your nature isn't it?" she let the insult slip off her tongue. She ficked the ash in an unknown direction.

Angela glared at her and crossed her arms. "Oh yes because all of us slytherin folk are horrible b*tchy people." She said sarcastically but gtting angry. "Or, I'm not in a good mood. It has nothing to do with my nature beause trust me if it was still in my nature you wouldn't be standing right now." She threatened while taking a step closer to her.

Cassandra gave a sly smile and a mischievious chuckle.
"Oh.I don't think you wanna mess with me." she said tossing her ciggarette to the ground and stomping out its crimsony amber embers.

Angela smirked widely "Oh trust me, suddenly I do." She eyed her up and down. "I wouldn't even need magic to kick your *ss" She said rolling her eyes. When she was in a bad mood she really didn't care who she annoyed, especially someone like this girl. "I think you should keep your distance from me, for a while." If this girl even gave her the wrong look she wouldnt need a second thought.

Katarzyna just kept dragging on her smoke and blowing it out the window. She wasbeing the spectator in this bitch fight for now. Sometimes it was fun to just watch. And this Angela girl and Sandy were certainly going at it. Kat tucked her hair behind her ear, revealing her many piercings.

"Hey! Just 'cause we're Slytherin doesn't mean were low lifes!" Kat said, stepping on her cigg now. She was p****d at this point. She'd gone from zero to sixty - as usual. Her emotional unbalances were getting the better of her today.

"Yah, you might wanna get out of her..." Katarzyna muttered in her eastern europea accent. She stepped closer to Angela now.

Cassandra took a deep breath. Oh how she wanted to show this girl what she could do.'This girl's got guts.' she thought.
"Look" she said "before any of us does anything stupid let's stop. I don't doubt you could kick my *ss without magic. The both of you. And I know I could kick your ass without magic ,but do you really want to. I can see you're not somebody to mess with. Neither am I. How about we just be friends? There's nothing wrong with that." she said cooly. she un folded her arms. She wanted to get on Angela's good side. But she made it apparent that she was not afriad of her. She looked to Angela from a reply.

Katarzyna grinned, folded her arms then cocked her head to Angela. Kat for one, didn't really care. This Cassandra girl seemed alright. She was big headed, just like them. Yet she was a Gryffindor. Katarzyna sighed lightly.

"Alright, it's too late to have a bitch fight.. Let's just.. hang for awhile, seeing as no one here looks like they want to leave just now," she said, her palms raised and looking at both of them. Once again her attitude had changed in ten seconds.

Katarzyna walked to th window sill and leaned out, pulling her brunnette mane out of her messy knot of a ponytail and letting it flow with the wind - waiting for the two to kiss and make up. Or atleast shut up.

Angela rolled her eyes. Atleast this girl wasn't taking her crap tonight, she hated when people would just let her walk all over them. She took another drag from her cigarette. "Yea whatever.." She sighed and walked back.

It wasn't like Angela hated everyone or didn't like people from Gryffindor, she was just in a mood. She probably could be friends with someone like Cassandra, but it seemed they met while Angela was having a bad day.

Cassandra shrugged
"That's cool with me." Angela seemed like a nice girl when she wanted to be. Their little confrentation proved it. Angela could have easily fought with her but she chose not to. Angela was probably just having a bad day
