Daniel had just finished his first ever lesson at Hogwarts a few hours ago, and was now waiting in his office.

He had better things to do, but due to a rude and snappish girl, he had to spend two more hours in his dark office. One for the detention, one for planning on his next lesson.
Arrogant kid! He thought angryly.

He had summoned a dark desk just infront of his.
He waited for her patiently, now feeling quite miserable.
He had decided to just talk to her, calmly. This, of course, was also up to her. He clenched his teeth together.

Emily walked into her Professor's office. It was butt ugly in her view. But the Professor seemed to like it. "Hello Professor" Emily said cheerfully just to annoy him. "What ya got planed for me to do today sir?" Emily asked as if she was enjoying this.

Daniel stared open eyed at Emily, as she came in merrily, and he had to admit, this perplexed him.

He recovered from his shock quite soon.
"I was actually planning to talk face to face with you, Emily." he said softly, showing her the seat.

"I have to ask you first, before we begin, if you thought about your actions today..." his voice was marely a whisper, "...and what I've told you."
He went to sit behind his desk, but watched Emily closely.
This was important, in a way. He had been trying to send her a message, which seemed as if she could not understand.

Emily sat down. Still the huge grin one her face. She made sure not to think of anything, well nothing she didn't want the professor to know. "You are right sir. I did think about what I did. I thought very hard. I think I will be able to do what I want to do. You wouldn't want anyone to know about your little tattoo on your arm" Emily told him. "You don't hide it that well. I don't think the Headmaster would be happy to know that you are a NDE."

Daniel stiffened.
"how do you know about that?" he asked, unconciously touching his left arm.
He breathed in and decided. If she would give him away, so would he.

"which reminds me, Emily..." he said, dropping is formal manners and hushing his voice, "...that you would know all about that, wouldn't you?" he said coldly, yet a hint of sarcasm in his voice.
He watched her expression carefully, for any sign of emotions.
"I know your dirt little secret... the same one you know about me..."

He leaned back in his chair. If she wanted it the hard way, fine, he would have the hard way.

"now, I didn't want to go this far, Emily, but it's a tie..." he paused, "...and you would have more trouble than me, since you are younger, are not officially registered, only your parents have power over you.... Oh, Harshing will be pleased..." he said drammaticly.

OOC: I read the hospital forum thing, so I kinda know it... still, I think it's more interesting this way... I would be pleased to see Emily's shocked face!lol.
Have you seen the film 'the island in Bird Street'? the nazism film where the jewish kin hides and has to wait for his father to come back? It was awsome!

OOC: I think I have seen it. It's a good movie if its the same movie I'm thinking about.

Emily sat there with a shocked look on her face. How could he have found out. She never thought about it. He couldn't have read her mind to find out. "How did you find out. Who the hell told you" Emily said with an angry tone in her voice. "Well it doesn't matter. That was the old Death Eaters. I would never get that done by my own. I don't know how you live with yourself" Emily said coldly.

OOC:sorry if its kinda short. I need to go off to school now.

Daniel was glad that she was finally taking this seriously.
"well...it's a first." he muttered quietly to himself.
"Looks as if you have some self-preservation after all!" he said quietly, to her this time.
He sighed and then smiled, even thought it didn't reach his eyes.

"Your parents do talk a lot about their plans about the NDE and your future... And yes, I am a Death Eater. You knew it anyway, what was the point of denying it?" he muttered.
He looked back at her, calm now.

"Your parents are considering involving you in the next few battles. They are quite fond of the pure blood laws... or what you want to call them.
" you already have the Dark Mark, but they said that they aren't happy about your...view our considerations. They'll take the matter further during this Christmas." He informed her, watching her shocked face.
He leant forewards and patted her hand.

"I can help you. I really can... but you must respect me -and my classes- first." He grinned slightly, again, it didn't reach his eyes.

OOC: I hope it's the same.
And have you read a certain 'Twilight'? my sister wants it for her birthday, and I don't even know what it talks about... :mellow:

Emily didn't say anything. Millions of things ran through her mind. She didn't care anymore that he would read her mind. No wonder they were being nicer to her now. They wanted to make her one of THEM. The thing she was against. She knew her parents where against her future plans and all. But Emily never thought that they would so far to force it on her again. But the things that scared Emily the most was what they were planing. And that they were planing on using her 'gift' again. She still had the scars.

"What are they going to do to me during Christmas?" Emily asked. It was cruel that she already had a mark but doing more to make her a Death Eater was worse. "You have to tell me. It's my right." Emily told him coldly.

"I won't act out during classes anymore. But you have to help me not become one of you. Also your mark will be kept a secret if my one is also" Emily said. She was starting to get scared.

He smiled, and for the first time, it was a true smile.
He hid it away, but not quickly enought.
He cleared his throaght.

"I'm glad you see things that way..." he said, quietly.
"Before I tell you about their plans, you must understand the NDE plans." he told her.
"But you must promise, again, that you must keep quiet about it. You must protect your mind, whenever you come across someone... sinister. Even from your other teachers. Anyone and everyone. Promise me this." His voice was urgent.

OOC: Emily has to promise this first.

"Sure, whatever" Emily told him. "Just tell me please. Like I said, Its something that is going to happen to me I should be told what it is!" Emily said. She was getting a little annoyed. It was her future. She wanted to know what her parents had planed.

"Patience, Emily!" Daniel said dryly. "You must understand the situation before knowing what will happen to you!"
He cleared his throat, thinking of ways to keep it light.
"The NDEs want to be stronger... Get stronger! They are trying to... 'hire' people who have special abilities, or are in general situations of pain....
" Let me explain. For gifts, I mean people like you... who are an advantage. You can see the future, and that is a very important ift they need. They are gatherin important people and creatures with such gifts: vampires, werewolfs, giants, centaurs...."

Daniel evoced a jug of butterbeer and two crystal glasses. "Care for a drink?" he asked politely. His throaght was getting dry.

He continued. "Also, they are trying to find people who are strong, and have nothing to loose. People like me." his voice was flat now, expressionless. "People who's family members have now died, and they have nothing to loose, and they don't fear death..."

"No thankyou" .Emily hated the thought. of that happening to her "So they are doing that again" Emily said quietly. "I should have guessed. Last time they made me do that was how I got my scars." Emily could remember when she was little. How they would make her do anything to get a vision out of her. "What if I don't want to do it? What happens then?"

Daniel smiled gloomly at her question.
"If you refuse to cooperate, your parents, who are more caring, would torture you. The other members, like me, would use all three of the unforgivable curses, if we do it the light way, or torture you in the most painfull of ways. It's all up to your answer." he sipped the drink slowly, enjoying the taste.

He looked back at her. "I am not a mad person, Emily," he said slowly, enfaithing every word, "And i swear to you that I would never attack you. You must be careful though. Even here at school. And I'm not including myself as a danger!"

He made the butterbeer jug desapear, before continuing.
"What are your ideas on how to avoid this?" he asked, curious.

"I would rather be tortured to do it then doing it out of my own free will" Emily said coldly. "You can torture me yourself if you would like. More fun for you. If you are like the other deatheaters you will enjoy it won't you."
