Who thinks Danny boy, Rupert, and Emma will come back for the sixth movie?

Personaly, I think this is going to be the final time we see the original trio in action.

Although they are getting older, I thikn they will stay. If not I'm flying to England and trying for Hermione =D

They had to beg Dan to stay.

They are too old for the parts now, I say boot the lot of them out and in with fresh new trio.

I really don't know what I think. We have a year to decide, and that's a year for them to change. I think Emma's still good though. Dan and Rupert are getting too old though. So's Tom. Well no, especially Tom (Felton).

But if they get new people, it might be weird. I mean, the Harry Potter characters are supposed to be growing up...so...I don't see that much difference. I mean, at least keep the main four the rest of the movies. I say Mel should replace Bonnie Wright as Ginny though. :D She looks so much more like Ginny.

Hermione...good? do those two words go into the same sentence. Emma is an horrendous Hermione and I want to thrash her every second she remains in the films. She cannot act.

Well I like her so deal.



Yeah actually two years ago I was going to send in a video of myself saying that I was better than Bonnie Wright, but then I realized that you had to be British.

I hope Emma stays because she is mega hot. Everyone else can leave, because I hate them all, just like I hate all the movies. ;)

I think they should stay, there characters are supposed to be getting older. I know I don't want to see any other actors trying to take there parts.

I hope some people with acting ability takes their parts...except Emma though.

Dan needs to practice his crying it really pisses me off. And makes me laugh. Especially in PoA. I call that the random whiney sounds of a broken food processor.

Im sorry I dont know how you can justify Emma being better than anyone else, she Fiennes and Gambon are the worst actors in the film.

HEY! Fiennes was AWESOME!!!!! and Emma Watson..shes an OK actor....I think she was the best in the first two movies...and anyway I think that if they did get new people for everyone they would have to start all over...and if Chris(Columbus) thinks they were the best people for the job I belive him...and besides I think that the 5th movies gonna be alot better. I hear Dan when though ALOT of therapy to learn about survivers guilt

The dumbers/voldy fight scene will be terrible. Fiennes was a terrible Voldy - he wasnt tall, diddnt have the right voice and the costume/effects director did a terrible job too, Voldy had red eyes for a start.

I was so p****d off during GoF whenever-


1) Gambon said Beaubaxtons wrong. I always make fun of that "BOWBAXTONS HEHE". God. If you're gonna say it say it right.

2) Gambon started beating Harry up in the trophy room. He was like...murdering the poor kid. Dumbers wouldn't do that.


3) Fiennes in general. He was all "teehee this is almost as fun as my kindergarten play!" because....it just wasn't right.

I agree with Adam. That scene will be butchered.

I think it would just be odd if all of a sudden new actors came in...we're already used to seeing these actors portray the characters. I'm sure Voldy could due with a switch...no one would notice, but I hope nobody without face effects gets changed.

The truth is with Gambon he portrays nothing about dumbledore, Dumbledore like Gandalf and Aslan represents truth, power, wisdom and nobility. Gambon captures none of that, Harris however WAS dumbledore, he was made for the part. Gambon is just a little upstart and hes more like Hans than dumbledore.

OMG!! Gambon SUCKS!!!!!!! he is the worst dumboldore I have ever pictured! as for Finnase...he could have been better...and its not his fault that his costume was made horribley! and yes I hate how he said Bobaxtons!!! I just wanna take is dumb dumby head and jus...*Punchs hand repeated*

Gambon makes Dumbledore look bipolar! Like the pesieve scene in GoF. That part bothered me the most. Dumbledore should be like, mysterious, freindly, wise. Not over excentric, bipolar, and if you ask me, quite scary. And Im sorry, but I dont remember Dumbledore being in the fetal position.

LMAO, ADAM IS RIGHT. Maybe we should write to the director and ask him to make Dumbledore have a pet pebble in the movie. :lol: :P


I miss Richard Harris. :( I :heartbeat: him as Dumbledore.

lol, right I think I need to clarify something.

THe correct spelling of the triwizard entry from France is Beauxbatons. Pronounced - Bow- Bat-ons.

lol I'm kinda torn on the whole replacing everyone, but i think emma has a tendancy to over act, everyone else is fine, but by the time they get filming the 6th movie they'll be kinda old, and if you boot one you have to boot them all. And yes Gambon is terrible especially in the 4th movie he was not the fatherly figure i expected him to be, way too jumpy. and I really wanted to see more of Sirius, he was supposed to be really supportive in that movie and we never saw him. and the music was just all wrong, different composer, it just did NOT work for me. Still if they replaced em i would try out for Hermione, my friends and i joke about that i look like her. I wouldn't expect to make it but it would be fun.

lol. I was close to spelling Beauxbatons right. I simply 'misplaced' the x. :P And I pronounce it right. *nodnod* It's so much fun to say when you use a french accent. :)



I agree with Alyse on the Sirius issue. We only saw his head. ONCE. WTF. They needed the cave scenes, because it added in on how he suffered just to be there for Harry and such.


And you know what else? I think that they needed more Neville and Ginny in GoF, because in OotP they're rather major, so they go from these people who get like....3 lines a movie to more around....well more. lol. You know what I mean. They go from hardly being there to being like big. Really, half the people I know have no idea who Ginny or Neville are. So when they see OotP they're going to be "Wait...who are these people?". They should've done something to help lead up to it.

I completly agree. And the only thing that does is make it complicated. Having to sit in the theater or at home and have somone you know lean over, "Whos that?". AHHH, it drives me insane!

Neville and Ginny are my two favourite characters, as well as Luna. Luna isnt in GOF book, so thats ok, but Ginny and Neville barely appear in the book either. you cant add to the book to make it completely different, people would notice and go "HEY, WTF! HERMIONE WAS MEANT TO SAY THAT, NOT GINNY!" or whatever

AND GAMBON, FEINNES, EMMA, DAN, RUPERT, BONNIE AND OLDMAN ALL SUCK

Rickman is the best actor in that, he makes snape an excellent cinematic character and perfectly fits the book descvription

I must say ALAN RICKMEN FOR PRESADENT!!! and I know how to spell Beauxbatons....I just had it like that becuase thats how Gambon said it! and it annoys me soooooooooooooooooo much!! and Yes Rickmen was the most like his carrie...except.....Harris!!! he ruled!!

I like Rickman and Coltrane the best.

Does anybody else agree that David Thewlis is a HORRIBLE Lupin? He doesn't look at ALL how I pictured him, and I don't think he captured the character well either.



And get this- Helena Bonham Carter (or however you spell it) as Bellatrix? I'm used to her as kind, caring, poor Mrs. Bucket from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I'm kind of scared. I dunno if she'll be able to do Bella well, but then again I haven't seen any of her other movies....

lol I have to agree on the Neville and Ginny. But Luna jus doesn't look like Luna to me . . . i dunno maybe she'll be good so i'll keep my mouth shut, but really snape is the best along with hagrid they were just soooo well done, and i LOVE who they've got for Umbridge, perfect match really.

I think that Staunton will be a pretty good Unbridge...but thats just me...I think Evanna will be pretty good...but who knows

best Actors in the HP films: Rickman, Coltrane, Thewlis (i liked him.), and whoever plays Neville. cant remember his name, Matt something

i dont like the look of Staunton as Umbridge. something isnt right.

Matt Lewis plays Neville. :)


I'm not saying that Thewlis isn't a good actor, I'm just saying that he didn't portray Lupin as I imagined him.


I don't have an opinion on Staunton. I've never seen any of her movies and therefore can't judge on anything but appearance.

Staunton is mainly in UK Dramas, I dont think she will be right for umbridge.

I must say Thewlis is the worst lupin EVER!!! he wasn't suppost to be like that... he was suppost to be.....difernt

I think Thewlis was a good Lupin, although I imagined Lupin as younger looking.
